Let's go to the Yard House! This place has always been my favorite restaurant & it was my first time visiting the Rancho Cucamonga location - right in Victoria Gardens. Right as I entered the entrance, there is little space is sit down and wait for your table. Luckily my family & I got there when it wasn't super busy so we got a table within 15mins. Our servers were very friendly & informative about the menu when we had questions about the food. The noise level, I would say was moderately loud. I forget the proper names of the dishes my family had but for myself, I got a poke bowl. Of course, I was starving so bad, I forgot to take a picture of it but I am sure anyone can get full off the poke bowl. The fish was fresh, the rice at bottom was okay, the few crackers they give you were absolutely crunchy & delicious, I wish they would give you more so you can have bits of salmon, avocado, seaweed, fish eggs, rice, & edamame all in one bite. I also ordered a lemonade (really tasty! Wasn't to sugary or sour at all, just perfect!) If you head out to any Yard House location, always make a reservation. read more

I hate that we were seated at first available on a Friday at 4:45pm. We were seated outside and the flies were in full effect. We had to eat our delicious spicy jambalaya (one with rice and one with pasta) FAST; having to fan our food while eating. No time to savor the flavor. We used one plate after eating, as bait to keep the flies away. Yes, It killed the mood because if one fly landed on my plate I was going to walk out!!!!! Gross. But from what I could taste, the food was pretty good. I'd like to try it without having to defend my food. Couldn't even take a picture of it. Maybe I'll come back when it's not busy. I just want to mention that the hostess Fiona was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and my family. After our names were called, she grabbed the menus and made it seem like she was going to escort us to our table, in which we stood by her and followed her (as any customer would do), BUT she then proceeded to rudely turn to us and say, "I'm not taking you guys." She then rolled her eyes, turned her back, and continued walking away. I can understand if it was an honest mistake, but there was no need for the attitude. Firstly, I would like to state that this is purely a review for my one encounter here. I go to Yard House frequently for their happy hour menu but I will not be coming back to this location. I came here one night with my coworkers. I do understand it was extremely busy because it was a friday night. Service: My party of 8. Firstly, we all received our orders at different times. We would get one dish, then two dishes, then three, and between intervals where would be a 20 minute wait before the next dish would come out. By them time all my coworkers received their food and ate it all, two of my friends didn't even get their pizzas yet. This was unacceptable. Haven't been to the Yard House for about a year and it is usually good food and service. Nothing has changed, food and service were very good. They changed their menu and I ordered a Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich with a side salad. The chicken was very good, not dry at all. The chicken patty covered the bun. I've been to restaurants (BJ's Restaurant) where the chicken patty is very smaller than the bun. I ordered a side salad and it was an above average house salad. The greens were fresh with just the right amount of dressing. My wife ordered a Chopped salad and she said it was very good and tasted very fresh. Came back here after a year! We forgot about the happy hour deal they have and its pleasantly great after a long time of not being here. I ordered my usual ahi poke nachos and still good portions. However that the sauce taste overly sweet than it used to. The lettuce wraps are still great and their wings are still a favorite. Will come back definitely when in the area. read more

Had never been to this Yard House before but figured after walking it'd be a great option. The food was really good, loved their chicken nachos. It was really busy when we got there but the wait was only 25mins. The only thing I did not care for were the bathrooms ... there was no paper in the women's restroom, in any of the stalls. The restrooms were really really dirty! I'm sure they were busy but maybe have people rotate to check on that. I let one of the employees know to replace paper, waited and then went back later and still none, I ended up using the men's restroom. Aside from that, our server Marco G was on point!! Amazing service by him. He was so attentive, bringing more drinks, replacing dishes, checking in on us. It was nice to see him and not feel like my server got lost. To a lot of people in the area, this is where you avoid going so you don't run into people from high school but F it! The food here is good enough to me that it's worth the risk. I love getting the lettuce wraps with ground chicken. The flavor is so good that my mom and I have recreated the dish at home. Service was amazing!!! Zach was our server and he was so nice to us! He gave us our food in a timely manner, checked up on us, and he was so funny he even took a picture with us. My boyfriend and I went yesterday night for our date night and had such an amazing visit. Our server josh was the best of all servers. He recommended things to try and always was attentive to our table as he was to all his others. Had polite conversation and you can tell he values providing customer service. It was a pleasant night knowing there is still amazing servers. This man needs a raise because he goes above and beyond for the customers dining in. Came here for Sunday early dinner. The wait time was 1.5 hours. But, then many of the other restaurants was about the same or more. We came here for dinner on a Sunday evening. It looked pretty busy but we it only took them about 15 mins to seat us. Our server was very friendly and attentive (I can't remember her name :(), our table was clean, and our food and drinks came out quickly. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Road trip and needed a pit stop, charge for the car, and casual lunch (outdoor dining only - COVID cautious). Victoria Gardens has many options that met our needs. Yard House has a really nice patio and a large menu so it was a good choice. Decided to share the Stacked Turkey Club sandwich ($16) with a side of Truffle Fries ($2). The sandwich comes about 3" tall and loaded with Turkey, bacon, cheese, avocado and tomato. YUMMM. And the truffle fries were even tastier than the sandwich. Excellent service (thank you Sara). We didn't have to wait long to be seated. We were quoted about 45 mins but we only had to wait about 20 minutes. We were seated by the nice hostess and Eric was our waiter. He took good care of us. I ordered the filet steak with mash potatoes and veggies along with a tortilla soup. Others with me ordered the fish and chips and the garlic lobster noodles. The garlic lobster noodles were a hit. The steak was okay, I get it medium well and it was cooked mostly perfect until you got the the end of the steak where it was over cooked definitely well. The mash potatoes looked like they sat under the heat lamp too long. They also had a hint of cheese which I wasn't expecting. I may have missed that in the menu. I had the tortilla soup which was okay but you could tell it was more of a cheesy sauce flavored soup which I wasn't expecting. The fish and chips however was not good at all. Two large pieces of fish covered in over battered breading that did not taste good. They resorted in taking the breading off the fish to eat it. They also didn't like the coleslaw.
