Intimidation tactics are a strange way to handle a customer concern. Being accused of having the wrong bill when there was clearly confusion surrounding my tab was frustrating and unnecessary. I wasn't looking for free food, discounts, or compensation from Julia (my server), Rachel (the bartender), or the manager, Alex. I simply wanted an accurate bill, a receipt, and a professional resolution. Rachel's service at the bar was disappointing. It also felt odd that before I had even put my ID back in my wallet, I was already being pressed for payment. The interaction felt rushed and unnecessarily tense. I was also left wondering how I ended up with a tab associated with Natasha, who had already closed out earlier in the evening. The Moscow Mule was okay, but the overall bar experience left a lot to be desired. The food itself was average. I ordered boneless lemon pepper wings per my servers recommendation but was served bone-in wings instead, and no one asked whether I wanted bone-in or boneless when I placed my order--a fairly standard question when someone orders wings. The lemon pepper seasoning was good, and it's clear the kitchen is doing its best despite the front-of-house issues. Ivy, the hostess, was the highlight of my visit. She was welcoming, professional, and helped make an otherwise uncomfortable experience more pleasant. Unfortunately, the front-of-house experience didn't match the effort coming from the kitchen. Communication seemed disorganized, and the handling of a straightforward billing concern felt unnecessarily confrontational. I can understand why so many experienced team members are no longer there if this reflects the current culture. I'm hopeful that security footage and, if necessary, the Roseville Police Department can help clarify what occurred with the billing. I'm also confident Conrad will review the situation thoroughly and determine exactly where the confusion happened. Overall, while the kitchen continues to put out flavorful food, the service, professionalism, and handling of a simple billing issue left me disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve communication, accuracy, and the overall guest experience. Stick to their sliders, the California roll used to be fire, the poke nachos, or their spinach and artichoke dip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is always dark, loud, dreary, and it always seems like everyone's just trying to keep things afloat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I genuinely hope this feedback is received in the spirit it's intended: not to tear anyone down, but to encourage a better experience for future guests and a stronger environment for the staff who work hard every day.

It's Thursday late afternoon and we made it for happy hour. Your House has an excellent Happy Hour, so we ordered two Mai tais, fried calamari, and poke nachos. The food was half off and the Mai Tais were $2 off each one. Our server was Brittney, who was awful. She's very attentive, very friendly, and very helpful. She made some great suggestions, too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is so busy, and load, today. Yet Brittney had plenty of time to attend to our wishes and never made us feel rushed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . Even though we've been here several times, I can't say we had a server as great as Brittney. When we come back next time we're definitely going to ask for her. My husband had the birria and Carne Asada - 2 taco combination plate. He doesn't care for the beans and rice, and Brittney suggested he could have a salad or fries. The only problem was the tacos were too small, especially for $19 no tacos on Happy Hour menu.

Yard House is one of my favorite happy hour spots! The drinks are great, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere is always fun[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and amazing service shout out to Karim! The happy hour deals make it an even better value. They have a huge selection of beers and tasty cocktails, plus the appetizers are perfect for sharing. Definitely a go-to spot if you're looking for good drinks, good food, and a great vibe.

Yard House in Roseville is one of our family's go-to spots for a reason! The menu offers a huge variety of entrees, so there's truly something for everyone, no matter what you're in the mood for. Their extensive selection of beers on tap is also a big highlight. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is lively and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal together.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On top of that, the service is always fast and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a great meal with plenty of options!

Me and friend decided to go hang at Yardhouse. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Host greeted us and we sat at a comfy booth across from bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came for the Happy hour at 3pm on Wednesday. It was worth the wait and food was good. Ordered Calamari and Poke nachos. We had Watermelon Margarita and Moscow Mule half off. The Truffle Mushroom pizza was tasty. We had a good time chatting and eating. I Recommend coming on weekday went its not so busy.

First time visiting this restaurant. Really liked the YELP reviews. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was extremely crowded, but we were able to get a seat at the bar right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Immediately had a server give us menus and took our drink order. Drinks came out quickly and we placed our food order. We split an Ahi Crunchy Poke Bowl. It came out a lot quicker than we expected and it was absolutely delicious. When we were ready to check out, David was right there to get our check taken care of. Quickly and politely. Rachel, our server, was constantly checking on us. We were so impressed with the service. It was so nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a little noisy, but not so much we couldn't talk and a lot of people were sitting at the bar to watch the Basketball Finals.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will definitely come back to this restaurant.

I come here for the happy hour. Yard house's happy hour has a great variety of drinks and food items. I have never gotten tired of their happy hour menu. The quality of food is still great! Happy hour can get packed, so it's best to join the waitlist online (if open), or plan to come in at the very beginning of happy hour. Parking can also be tough since there's a lot of things to do in the area, but at least this plaza has a parking lot across the street for overflow parking. My go-tos: the calamari and the chicken nachos. The calamari is always good when I come here, and the chicken nachos are the perfect shareable item. Ask for sour cream for an extra charge - it's worth it! Other things: The patio at this location is clean and beautiful. Also, the service is great - staff are so nice and helpful. You can pay through the monitors at each table for easy check out.

I've always had a positive experience at this location of Yard House. It's usually quite packed but we get seated every time. The food is always great and good quality. Our favorites are the Cali stack and the Miguel's queso dip! We recently tried the lime cilantro chicken and my husband thinks it's divine! I highly recommend this location if you're in the Roseville area. They will make sure you're well taken care of even in their busiest of times.

Parking was a pain on a Friday evening. We didn't have to wait long for our table. Ruben was our server and came by to make sure to take away empty dishes and glasses. We were so full off the appetizers and onion rings tower. I barely had room for my prime rib.

I've always enjoyed coming to this location for Happy Hour. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful. The food portions are generous--not skimpy at all--and everything always tastes fresh and comes out hot. They offer a solid Happy Hour menu with great drink options. I'm definitely bummed that the tuna tartare tower and buffalo wings are no longer on the HH menu, though. One tip: try not to sit on the patio if you're wearing shorts or a dress--the mosquitoes will eat you alive.

Another great experience at Yard House. The food was excellent as usual. My brother and I ordered the spicy jambalaya, and it was absolutely on point. We switched it up this time and had it served over linguini instead of rice, and it worked perfectly -- great flavor and just the right amount of spice. The girls ordered the sliders with fries, and everything came out fresh and delicious. The pickles on the side were a nice touch -- crisp and flavorful. Overall, every meal at the table was a winner. Our waitress, Taylor, did a fantastic job taking care of us. She was positive, attentive, and made sure everything came out right without ever feeling rushed. The ambiance was great, and the hostess welcomed us with a smile and got us seated quickly in a comfortable booth. Consistently good food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Ambiance- Large bar and restaurant with heated patio. Seats 700 if full, likely 500 tonight. 30 minute wait on a Friday night. Patio was nice and a little quieter. Except for the 21st Birthday girls doing shots lol. Full bar, pages of beers to choose from. Service - friendly and efficient. Food - above average. Turkey club was stacked high. Cut in fourths, she took 2 home. Me, whiskey Salmon was sweet and delicious with mashed potatoes mo leftovers for me, perfect portion.

We visited on a weekend, and surprisingly we only waited 10 minutes! It was smooth sailing. They were accommodate to our party of two and a stroller--had a table where we were able to park our stroller within the table. Clutch! Our server was super nice. I wish I remembered her name because she made our visit easy. She was personably but prompt. Our orders were in and shortly received our food not too long after. We ordered their poke nachos and their hot chicken sandwich. The sandwich wasn't hot at all, but we still enjoyed it. We like their garlic parm fries! We enjoyed our visit, and definitely will visit again.

How much do people end up spending per person at The Yard House? Just asking to estimate how much I should budget for to treat a party of 6, including myself.

A few months ago our party of 9, 6 adults, 3 kids cost about $220 with tax and gratuity. 3 of us had a couple beers and we shared 3 appetizers. Everyone had a entree. I would say the average tab per person with a beer is $25-$30.

We enjoyed: - pomegranate martini: light and fruity, good pomegranate flavor - yuzu lime drop: seasonal for summer only! - the First Lady: strong but smooth; came with a nicely cut ice cube - whiskey sour: classic flavor, executed well The drinks were great but I really wish there was some sort of snack to munch on. Even peanuts or mixed nuts would have been welcome. Adding a small food menu of bar snacks would make me stay longer!

Since I…read moredon't live nearby, I turned to Yelp and started calling places close to the mortuary where our family would be gathering. Pain Killers was the third place on my list. My first call went unanswered, and there wasn't an answering service. On my second call, I was able to leave a voicemail. When I called Pain Killers, a kind woman answered within two rings. I explained that I was looking for a venue to host a memorial gathering. She let me know that the person who could best assist me wasn't available but offered to take my number and have them return my call. Within 30 minutes, Austin called me back. We discussed what we were looking for, and as you can imagine, it's not an easy conversation to have with someone you've never met. From the very beginning, Austin's kindness and compassion stood out. His exact words were, "We want to be here for you during this difficult time." Those weren't just words--I could genuinely feel his sincerity, not only during that phone call but in every text message we exchanged over the following week. Each time I reached out, I'd say, "Ok, Austin, last question," only to think of another one shortly afterward. No matter how many times I contacted him, he remained patient, understanding, and accommodating. He answered every question, responded promptly, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. In the end, it was decided to keep the entire day's gathering at a church rather than the mortuary, so we didn't end up going to Pain Killers. Even so, I wanted to recognize Austin for the exceptional level of customer service and genuine compassion he showed during one of the most difficult times. The next time I'm in the Rocklin area, I plan to stop by, say hello to Austin, and make sure to give Pain Killers some well-deserved business. Thank you, Austin, for reminding me that kindness and empathy still go a long way.

I do hope you recently cleaned the patio since I did visit a few weeks ago. I wish you the best of luck. Just a tip on future responses to reviews. You always seem to have an "answer" . Sometimes you just need to chalk it up to a bad day, experience, or something to grow from. You show a pattern which comes off as disingenuous. Anybody who reads your other responses will see its deflection. Sometimes a "Thanks for your review, we identified a few items to learn from and hopefully a future chance at your business will be better". Service was horrible. Sunday afternoon around 4 pm. 1 bartender, 1 patron at bar, 2 establishment based folks "meeting" at a high top in the bar area. Bartender literally told me after we received our drinks that "if she got bored, she would come check on us in the patio" as she moved over to eat her salad (at the bar) and chat with the 1 patron. The patio is filthy. Please pressure wash the outside and maybe wash the furniture covers outside. I mean it gives off the grunge downtown or extremely busy college bar scene but in Rocklin, Ca which is about as grunge as the Hamptons. The menu has lined out times, rather than update the paper document. Food looked standard pub fair, nothing flashy, but didn't have the quality of the old Mac and cheeses Bone Shakers use to provide. Decor is pretty much Bone Shakers, no real heart or specialization, beyond adding the grunge feel. I ordered a specialty fry with my first drink. As I was wrapping up my 3rd drink, I cancelled the order, and proceeded to close out. One of the establishment "gentleman" let me know the food was coming out. I said "at this point, No Thank You". They did offer the food to me at no charge 5 minutes later as I finished my drink outside. It weighed about 10 lbs and was not appetizing looking. You can be the judge. I came here for a little nostalgia and to see how the place had grown since I had been there some years ago. I can check it off my follow up list.
