If you want to wait 10-15 minutes at the bar without even getting acknowledged, a menu, or service- come here- but I absolutely suggest not I drove 30 minutes to get here and ended up leaving because it was such a long wait and the staff are extremely rude. Love me some Yard House ... happy hour is always fun, even though I don't drink, it's great to order a bunch of appetizers with friends and enjoy. Recently, I took my mom here for the afternoon happy hour, and she enjoyed herself very much trying different varieties of food. Our server, Loc, was off the chain with his hospitality. Such a great attitude and wonderful spirit. He was very patient to explain everything to my mom and was very accommodating to all of our needs, which a lot of servers lack these days. Kudos to Loc for going above and beyond.. I definitely recommend the pokey nachos, cheese curds, sliders, Cali stack, any of the appetizers really, you can't go wrong... The drinks look fabulous as well.. Yard House is always a great place to go for the late night Happy hour. The patio seating is beautiful too. Wonderful early dinner. Our waiter, Cisco, was fantastic! So patient as I asked questions about how different items were prepared. Had a great meal ad I was able to stay on plan. I enjoyed the chicken wraps. My husband had seared ahi followed by a chopped salad. Our friend had Poke nachos which she shared with my husband because it was so much. The patio is everything! What a great layout for a restaurant. We came in for dinner on a Thursday night. It was about 7pm so it was pretty packed. We were seated right away and able to get a booth on the patio! What!!! Super excited. It was pretty busy yet everything did seem to flow very well. We ordered a few appetizers to share. Slider, Chicken tender and fries (as my daughter can't steer clear of them anytime we go out), and the Spinach dip! Everything came out again quickly. I also had to try a cocktail. A friend decided to grab a bite at the yard house after work. The ambiance of the place was nice. The restaurant had dimmed lighting and plenty of tvs around the restaurant with the local games playing. As for the food it was average - we had the following: Crab cakes - the order comes with 2 pieces - it had good flavor and it was pretty good - tasted how a crab cake is suppose to taste although it could have used more crab Quinoa kale salad - the portion was pretty generous. I added grilled chicken and it came out to $17.95 - it was pretty tasty - a little unusual since it had blueberries and pomegranate and chunks of Beets - ask for extra dressing since the dressing cup was pretty small Sweet potato fries and edamame for appetizer - the honey sauce that came with the sweet potato fries had a maple syrup taste that made it too sweet for my taste. It tastes better with ranch to me so ask for a side of ranch For dessert we had the brownie marshmallow and that was very good $8.95 and the portion was enough for 2 people to share Overall it was ok. To be honest, the jambalaya really sucked. Also wasn't spicy. The only thing was spicy was the black and shrimp. I had to ask for Tabasco to spice it up a little bit. It says it comes with a crawfish and it doesn't. It comes with a couple dozen of sea monkeys on the plate. If you look at the picture at the bottom you see those little little tiny things and sure looks like sea monkeys. Also, I did not see the trifecta in the sauce. I "onions, bell pepper, or celery". Meh! Not worth it! We came here at 4pm on a Friday and it was already packed! The host told us it would be a 15-20 min wait to seat the two of us, so we agreed. After 45mins of us trying to waste time, we returned to ask what happened. It turned out the host wrote our cell number incorrectly so our table was given away. Luckily they moved us to the front of the line. We ordered, and I noticed a few of the staff wearing their masks under their noses, which is a HUGE pet peeve of mine! The servers were nice, but one of them forgot one of our appetizers. The food took longer than normal to come out, and when it did, it wasn't great. My Beyond Burger was good, except for the fact that it was charred and burnt on one side. They drinks tasted overly sugary and fake. We were here last week with a large group of probably 20 or so. First off, the service was excellent. Every time you thought you needed something, wanted something, someone was there. You don't see that everywhere. Kudos to them for that as this place was PACKED! The crew pretty much ordered up appetizers for the tables. Some had meals and most had a lot to drink. Thank you, Uber. The only food I can really comment are the sliders, onion rings and the loaded chicken nachos. To us, the food that we had was the let down of the night. The onion rings were kinda greasy. We have been longtime customers of the yard house. The service there has always been great. We have never complained but today was so different. We were on a date night as we normally do on a regular basis. My husband who is the sweetest person was treated so badly by bartender Aslea as she was serving other customers these customers were upset about the way she treated him. They made it aware to me that they were very comfortable with the way she treated him as my husband was. As she was asking the other customers what they needed. She rudely turned to my husband and said what do you need? He said when you get a chance can you get me a box. She didn't respond and walked away. When I got back to the bar, these women were telling me about how rude and disrespectful she treated my husband and they were upset. The bartender service has really gone down. We used to love coming here because the service was so great but now I don't think that we will return. We are highly respected people in the community, we always recommend The yard house for get togethers but we will definitely inform our friends about the incident. Tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it! We were seated outside and it wasn't too warm. The ambiance is really nice and service was great. My boyfriend got a gin and tonic and a burger which he really enjoyed. We were surprised the gin and tonic were not expensive at all! I got the lobster garlic noodles and that really exceeded my expectations. A lot of prior restaurants usually give "fake" or really small pieces of seafood so it was a nice surprise to see that there were actually large chunks of shrimp and lobster. We also loved that they were open late as we had come around 8:30pm and the wait time wasn't that long even though it was still packed. Came here with my family for the first time this morning and was let down big time. The food was bland, looked and tasted sad. Onion rings tasted like air, so we only ate a couple out of the whole tower (which was $17). As for service, several tables that arrived and ordered after us got their food before us. Our waitress, Shelby, was rarely to be found, leaving us waiting excessively for refills, the box and basically everything. Also completely forgot one of the items ordered (went back to get it three times, kept returning without it and still had to be asked/reminded again long after all the entrees came out). It took 35 mins to get our appetizer and another 30 for our entrees after that, which we waited for with empty glasses. At least we didn't get sick, but that was about the only good news from this visit. read more

This is my favorite thing to order from Yardhouse. This place is very casual and ambiance is very chill. When you come for dinner they have little tea light candles on the tables it's so cute! Also, I swear they have all the beers that you want or need! Food is good. I was also able to have a taste of their appetizers; onion ring tower and the calamari. Portions are large enough to share with a group of friends and large enough for you to take home to eat at a later time (if your not sharing with friends). Customer service was also very good, my water was constantly filled and they checked up on us enough times so that way if we needed to order more food or had any questions they were available.
