Went here for a recent lunch date with my husband and we had a great time! Sat outside on their covered patio area which had a lovely atmosphere. The drinks were good and the food delicious. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and he took good care of us. Deducting one star because we did have to wait 32 minutes for our food after placing the order. We sat outside which was very lovely but the only thing is that the air blowing machine blows air so hard that i had to change my seat because the air was too cold for my back. We ordered the lettuce wraps for appetizer. Entree was tofu orange chicken and a steak for me. The steak arrived cold so the manager took it back, he offered me any other meal or steak but I was already late so I ended up not having lunchbut the service was very nice . Experienced the best service here when I visited last Sunday. I especially appreciated our server, Grant, who checked on us frequently. If I came back in the near future I would definitely request him (and you should too). We ordered poke nachos and calamari as our appetizers. Unfortunately a blonde hair came on the poke nachos. I work with hair and wasn't really bothered by it but my mom preferred a new plate of food. My mom, brother and I are all brunette so we know for sure it wasn't ours. We let our server know and he replaced the appetizer almost immediately, it seriously came back out in like 3 minutes. I always oversalt the food going back to know for sure they give a fresh plate back. It was fresh! He sent a manager to check on us and apologize as well which I appreciated. The poke nachos were delicious and we all loved it. The calamari accidentally came out twice (we ordered just one) and our server assured us he would only charge us for one. I was nervous because I feel like there always seems to be miscommunication between the bill and what a server says when it comes to these situations. Rest assured, we weren't charged and got to keep the calamari. The rest of the food we ordered was great and came out quickly even though it was a busy afternoon. We got lobster garlic noodles and a vegan burger as well. Everything was very fresh and definitely satisfied us. When the meal came to a close Grant brought us our boxes and even asked if I wanted to go cups for the sauces for our calamari. I swear I always have to beg servers for these sauce cups for to-go but in this instance he offered them to me. After meeting up with some Auburn friends for some coffee we opted to extend the visit and take care of some empty stomachs. The parking was a quagmire as expected but after a few laps we found something that was a reasonable hike in to the restaurant. The hosts were very friendly and the seating was no wait which was nice. Once inside we could see that a whole section was closed down and our section was just over mod full. The parking is AWFUL! That said, the food is delicious, the atmosphere pleasant and the beer selection huge. Nice place to celebrate an achievement for us. There are things I love about the Roseville yard house. I love the outside patio which is always so comfortable and so nice to have a lunch date in. After I was seated it was about another 5 minutes before my drink order was even taken. I decided to try the bacon ranch burger for 10.75. It comes with bacon...ancho BBQ sauce...ranch...onion strings and cheese. I could not taste the BBQ sauce ...so I asked for some on the side along with additional ranch. The BBQ sauce is really good...so is the ranch. I ordered extra onion strings because I love them. The burger was cooked perfect... The fries were hot...crispy and soft in the middle. We shared the Poke Nachos, Spicy Edamame and the Pretzel. The pretzel came out and looked amazing. But as we tried to eat it, it was so dry we just didn't enjoy it. BUT...the poke Nachos and Edamame were both amazing! So full of flavor and the portion size was more than enough for the 3 of us to share. I did let our server know about the pretzel and he apologized and asked if he could bring another or some dessert but we were good. He did take it off the bill.
