The Best Chicken Caesar Salad in Pinellas So good! If you decide to try it, they only take cash. Worth it

I've been dining at this YaYa's location in Clearwater since the '90's and it has always been excellent!!! Entire restaurant looks the same which is fine with me. Food is always fresh and excellent tasting!!! Friendly staff on hand taking orders and putting the food together!! Place is cash only as always, but has an ATM on site if needed to use. It's great to be able to continually support local mom and pop businesses!!! Always look forward to the amazing flavor of their food!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Well, I'm back again. Spent two weeks in Clearwater. Visited this Yaya's three different times. Different times of the day absolutely love the food. It's the best in my opinion. Yes, it's an older building but it's relatively kept up. But you just can't beat this chicken.

Been frequenting this establishment for a solid 20 years- it's definitely dingy inside (and outside) but the chicken makes up for it!

    Very dry chicken sandwich

Chicken is always very tasty. Along with salad and flatbread. Has been here for years and service is great.

No beans are mentioned on the menu. Our order was mostly beans. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

Super cool guy and very welcoming which made the experience feel extra special. We sat at the bar seating where you can watch the kitchen in action and it made the night even more fun. It kind of gave me Rooster & the Till vibes with the open kitchen energy and intimate setup. They serve wine and beer only which honestly fits the cozy and thoughtfully curated feel of the place really well. Great food great atmosphere and a unique dining experience overall. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it if you are looking for something a little different in Dunedin. What I ordered: - house made naan bread - chicken veloute, potato tortellini, carmalized onions, egg yolk (gives only 1 tortellini. Wish they added more) - ricotta gnocchi, brown butter, sage, prosciutto - beef short rib, mushroom and onion tart, parsnip, black garlic (really good!! must order!!)

We even brought his homemade pepper sauce. They have beer and wine. The shrimp bisque was good. I ordered the soft shell crabs . They were delicious with a chili glaze. We each ordered an entree along with a side of mashed potatoes and a side of the crispy brussel sprouts. Again, both were excellent in flavor, but $8 for a "cup" of mashed potatoes to share at the table and $12 for approximately three sprouts thinnly sliced and tossed with fried onions and bacon? Hardly shareable. My seared tuna was very good and a decent size portion but seriously? You can't serve shelled edamame? Fishing the bean pods out of the sauce to clumsily try to squirt the bean out should not be happening with a dish that is $34. We ordered a bottle of wine which we all enjoyed. My last complaint is that the restaurant was extremely warm. We all were on the verge of breaking out in a sweat. For those prices, invest in some sort of better air conditioning. The service was fine. The meal was $300 with tip, and considering everything, we feel it's not worth going back.

The overall vibe of the restaurant is comfy but elevated. The staff were extremely nice and were very attentive. The cocktail menu has the classics but then also their signature drinks. They all looked delicious and were difficult to choose from. My husband and I loved our drinks and could easily sit at the bar all day talking with the bartenders and bonding over their drinks The food was extremely well prepared. We loved that their menu wasn't full of fluff that fine dining places can tend to have but rather it was all the classic staples that you know but expertly executed. The cauliflower appetizer had a nice thin crispy layer with soft cauliflower and paired extremely well with the garlic jalapeño aioli that was just mildly spicy. This was by far the best cauliflower dish we've ever had. The Burrata was paired with fresh strawberries, arugula and balsamic vinaigrette which made a fresh and delicious combo. The star of the night was the chicken piccata. The portion size was big enough to share for two. The chicken was juicy and soaked up all the sauce and paired well with the vegetables it was served with. The sauce was slightly tart but balanced by the capers and cream. The potatoes were perfectly salted with a very crispy skin (almost like French fries) and then a soft center. I'm not sure how they made it but it left us craving more This will certainly be a place we will return to
