Due to the rampet use of questionable business sales tactic's I researched the company and the dealer that i spoke to : Mr Mustafaa. i called YC Auto Group and asked a friend to also inquire about the same automobile. we asked the same questions, and also both of us asked ; about a covid discount, other dealers were offering. we both were told same information, "no official discount, but we can talk about it" and asked if you would like to make an appointment. I got to appointment i told him i had never purchased a car in USA because i spent my carrier in U.S.N. overseas. so he walked me through the car inspection process and educated me about Certified Automobiles, and informed me my car was Certified.( i already researched everything he had told me. This man EARNED my trust because the information he provided matched everything i had found out about vehicle during my research. I perched A Mercedes Benz E350 from him. when paying he told the paperwork person(sectary) to remove 200 dollars from price of vehicle, looked at me and said "the car is in great condition and the price is already low for this make and model, this is best i can do for covid discount" i had forgotten to remind him about discount (excitement got me) and I was astonished. I Did Not feel; rushed, pressured, cheated, nor conned. I Do feel Blessed; because I found a Awesome, Beautiful, Mechanically sound vehicle, that I normally could not afford for such a Fair price. YES I said FAIR. he could have doubled the price and received it easily(i looked at other dealers and personals for same car, and so has my sister). I payed lot less than Kelly blue book.at first i was worried because the price was to low. i thought scam I was wrong.i miss read . it said blessing not scam. (Big Smile here) I had a mechanic go over car day after i bought it, and was told " the car is better than represented. good purchase, keep it" YES I would and have recommended YC auto Group, Mr Mustafaa to others. 1. My sister purchased a Mercedes Benz C300 (i think) auto from YC Auto Group, Mr Mustafaa 4 days ago. 2. My mother's new husband said if they have the car he wants he will do business with them. Mercedes 350 was his dream car , and he knows a lot about them. he was impressed how clean the car was for the price. The man ,MR Mustafaa, is professional, honest, and a really nice person. his staff was attentive, offering me and my sister, drinks and snacks (if we wanted). nice to us, and professional. the store is clean and etc... also it is in a great area not downtown , nor is it hidden off the beaten path. great for test drives. The Free way is right next to it so you can test-drive and see if the speedometer works (wink, wink). I LOVE MY PURCHAS NO REMORSE E350 babby!!!!! P.s. I used to be a BMW. now i am a Mercedes. i came in a couple months ago ready to by my son a car as i was walking in a guy names mustafa automatically told me i was not approved i got mad aznd told my son were leaving and never coming back. i felt discriminated. i was walking out the door and a gentleman named manuel cruz he asked me what happened i explained to him that the other guy told me i was not approved and disappointed in this location. manuel speaks spanish and felt so bad that his co-worker would treat a customer like that. but i am thankful that i was helped by him he took his time explained everything to me step by step. i was able to buy my son a audi my son fell in love with it. with the help from manuel cruz i will come back to get another car. if i had never gotten help by him. i would of bought a car somewhere else. it is not okay to welcome someone into your location give them a weird and just help them because its your job and right away tell them no with out knowing who they really are. take the time to help. thats not how you will gain customers. i hope you guys teach or retrain Mustafa how to be a sell rep because his job isnt that hard to to respect and be nice. he should be happy that i did not sue this location for his discrimination. at the end of the day im am pleased with manuel and his hard work. thank you manuel cruz i will be back soon for another car. im only giving 5 stars because of manuel customer service read more

Hello. I would like to give praise and thanks to Mustafa and the team at YC Auto Group. My car had a valve problem just before the holidays. I found a Lexus car being offered by YC Auto Group. I spoke to and worked with Mustafa about my dream car. He gave me a detailed description about the car and the history behind it. I called him several times over the next 1-2 days and he happily answered more of my questions. He insured me that if I made the 2+ hour drive to the dealership, I would not be disappointed. Chris was very communicative and helpful throughout the inquiry process. I live on the east coast, so I was very hesitant to pursue a vehicle on the west coast, but Chris was very open about the process, and willing to drop the car off for a PPI at a place a few towns away. He even held off other potential buyers during the PPI (despite it taking a few days). Unfortunately, we weren't able to meet on price.
