Everything was perfect! Their bathrooms were clean, which I always appreciate. The food was really good. The ostrich sliders are a must try. I had the Branzino as a main. It wasn't on the menu, but I asked our server and he said it was on the specials. That fish was so yummy and the sauce it came with was heavenly. Aiden, our server was very cheerful and answered questions gracefully.
Take me back. I visited a year ago with my boyfriend and ending up liking his scallop entree more than mine so I had to come back and order them for myself. I can't tell you how delicious they were. I finished the entree and wanted 10 more. So so good! The ambiance at Yebo is beautiful. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating feels like you're nested inside a garden which is a lovely touch. The service is always great. We were off to another event so I wasn't able to try their dessert options but I saw a bread pudding on the menu that has my name on it! So another visit must be had soon.
This restaurant was recommended by my daughter and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing. Our server was frank and he was very polite, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. We had numerous appetizers and all of them were delicious. This first time trying Crudo(fish) and it was so good. I simply loved the mussels (no picture provided), they were cooked to perfection and the sauce was so magnificent. The crab and artichoke dip had a citrus flavor but was a delight. The halibut in the curry sauce was fantastic. I really enjoyed the Yebo spritz and my daughter loved her passion paradise. The bread pudding was good as well. The dining area is nicely decorated and great for date night. It boasted low lighting and comfortable seating. Note that no substitutions are allowed. It is a bit pricey so be prepared to spend a little coin. Overall it was an excellent experience.
This place is beautiful, the inside is dark and intimate. We chose to sit outside, it's more of a courtyard surrounded by shops - The waiter was pleasant, however the service was spotty - he seemed distracted. However the food, even though it was only a salad was amazing - the salmon was very well seasoned
Yebo Beach Haus is still a staple. I've always loved their food, so I was excited when a friend chose it for one of my birthday dinners. They had the igloos set up, which are always a cozy and fun touch during the winter season. Our server, Stormy, was extremely pleasant and helpful, guiding us through our selections for the evening. We ordered the lamb chops, halibut, Brussels sprouts, and enjoyed two glasses of Chenin Blanc. The lamb chops are recommended medium, but my friend opted for medium-well. There is a disclaimer on the menu that if you order a different temperature, the dish can't be sent back--but he was happy with his choice. I really enjoyed the halibut, especially the curry sauce paired with coconut rice--it was flavorful and well balanced. The Brussels sprouts were just okay, nothing memorable. One thing to note: if you're visiting for a birthday, they don't do anything special like a comped dessert. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of since every restaurant handles celebrations differently. Overall, Yebo continues to deliver solid food, a great vibe, and friendly service--definitely still worth returning to.
It's a nice date night spot in Buckhead. We enjoyed the haus fondue appetizer. I hate brussel sprouts and I found it odd that they couldn't just substitute another item on the plate. Hubby had to eat them. He got the lamb and it was nicely cooked, just not one of the top ones he's had. I enjoyed by seabass and leek risotto. It has a nice flavor to it. We liked our flourless cake as well. It was rich without being overly sweet. It gets busy in there so service was a little hit or miss. We had to wait a while to get our check.
I was in the area having lunch nearby and decided to head to Yebo downstairs because I've heard great things about their frozen espresso martini. It is literally a perfect frozen martini! So good too! The restaurant is decorated so nicely. We sat at the bar and enjoyed yapping and drinking for a couple hours before heading out. I will definitely be back for lunch one day soon!
My husband and I chose Yebo Beach Haus for dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day. It was DELICIOUS. There was a prefixed menu which we weren't upset about at all. The options were amazing. And Kenny, our server was very kind. For our appetizers I had the Apres salad, Rockefeller oysters and baenki caviar (which was stellar). We enjoyed the espresso martini and the cowboy cocktail which are definite must tries - when we come back we're offering these again for sure. They were adequately staffed for the busy crowds of Valentine's Day reservations and did a good job tending to our needs. It was very romantic with dark lighting and roses which really set the mood. So happy we chose this place to celebrate our Valentine's Day together.
Something unique about my experience with this restaurant is the fact that I have ordered the same thing every single time. The lamb chops are always something I look forward to, and I don't really find myself interested in anything else on the menu! I decided to go for no appetizers this evening, and went straight to my main course. I did order a red wine, it was the French Bordeaux, Cru Monplaisir. There's nothing I like more with my steak or lamb chop then a full-bodied red wine, and I was disappointed to find that it was served... Chilled? Again, simply a choice or preference of temperature, but for me, I want my red wine to be room temperature. That way I can feel and taste the full body of the grape. It wasn't a pleasant shock to the system to feel the cold red wine after a bite of lamb. It just was off, and in the future, I really urge Yebo to ask their customers how they would like their wine serve served. The lamb chops were OK today. While they were seasoned well on the outside, as I got further into the shop, it was clear that the seasoning did not penetrate past that first layer. Added to that, there was supposed to be a chimichurri on the lamb chop, and that seemed to be grilled on the fire with the meat. I would've liked it a lot more if they drizzled it on top of the lamb chop as well. This is my third time here, and I think I've seen all I needed to see, and I'm ready to try something else

Have been wanting to trying this place for years and so glad I finally did! Had a fabulous lunch on the patio which is lovely. Food is elevated and lives up to the hype. Delicious South African champagne and lovely cocktail selections too. Our server was Reggie and he really knew his stuff we were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I had high expectations for this place due to all the great reviews. Overall I was underwhelmed with the food. The chips and crab dip were ok, the crepe was really good, the halibut was dry, scallops with rice were a little salty, and the side of brussel sprouts were average . Prices are expensive for how average the food tastes besides the crepes. Also I was hoping for more African inspired food but most things on the menu were very typical American food read more

Stopped by Yebo Beach Haus just for a drink, and it was absolutely worth it! I had heard from multiple people that the Frozen Espresso Martini was a must-try, and it did not disappoint. Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced--it's easily one of the best espresso martinis I've had. The atmosphere was stylish and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a well-crafted cocktail. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu next time! read more
My friend and I decided to do dinner on a Friday night and this spot had availability to accommodate our group so it was perfect. Upon arriving we were greeted by valet who were very chivalrous and ushered us towards the entrance. I did not realize that this restaurant was in a building with other restaurants nor did I realize that the "outside" seating area was technically outside. Needless to say it was a bit too chilly for my liking. We ordered the grab dip and some drinks to start off with. I enjoyed both. My entree was the special, lamb shank with veggies. It was a nice large portion and I even had some to take home as leftovers. I wanted to order desert but didn't have enough room in my tummy lol. That being said, I'd come back to try more items from the menu and hopefully I'd be able to be seated on the inside. read more

Tried this spot for the first time after my son suggested it for lunch, and we had a great experience. Our server Mina was fantastic, patient, attentive, and made excellent food and drink recommendations. I had the Frozen Espresso Martini, which was a little strong for me, but my son and daughter-in-law loved it. The standout for me was the Crab & Spinach Dip, so good I'd come back just for that. For my meal, I ordered the Coconut Curry Salmon; the sauce was flavorful, though the salmon itself could've used more seasoning. The Crab Cake, on the other hand, was delicious. Overall, good food, a nice atmosphere, and excellent service. I'm excited to come back for dinner next time. read more

Lovely ambiance ! The Christmas decor was also superb. I arrived at 7:15 for my reservation but we were waiting on one more person so we had to wait until they arrived. Several people were waiting and I noticed the manager provided wine and champagne to a particular race while excluding another. The service was wonderful besides the exclusion noted above. From the hostesses to our wonderful server, they were friendly and accommodating. I ordered a frozen espresso martini which was wonderful- very cold not slushy so it was perfect. My son and his friend enjoyed non alcoholic mock-tails suggested by our server. They loved them. We were seated outside in a heated igloo which was not bad at all but I did notice that once again notice the majority of customers "outside" were of a particular race. The food was delicious. I visit The Cape in Alpheretta (Avalon) frequently and they are very similar In cuisine. We ordered the chicken piccata, bolognese and halibut for our main entrees. For starters we ordered bobotie and crab dip and dessert the crème brûlée and the white cake with chocolate buttercream and coffee ganache. I of course ordered one of their great smelling candles ! I would have provided five stars if I knew they were not intentionally excluding a certain race..... this is so disappointing! read more

This place was so pretty inside and out. The decor was amazing and the lighting was the perfect setting. Unfortunately no flash photography is allowed. The service was also amazing. Very attentive to us and answered every question that we had about the food. Also went into detail about a lot of the items. For the food, I do rate it a 7 out of 10. I did not think there was a lot of flavor with the dishes. I was expecting a little more than was I was told. I would still come back! read more
The ambiance of the seasonal Yebo ski house is so welcoming, warm, and exciting. The holiday decor is beautiful, the restaurant has a great energy, and the service was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and the general manager was on the floor the entire night making sure everything was running smoothly. The food was flavorful, the menu had a nice array of different items, and even the wine and dessert menu was plentiful. I must admit I believe the serving sizes are a bit small for the prices. There's valet parking as well as very accessible street parking. There were multiple self parking spots available on a Saturday evening which made the experience even better. We will be back and recommend others giving this place a try. read more

I visited Yebo on a Friday night with one of my friends. We made reservations the day of and they had a lot of availability, which is sometimes rare in Atlanta. When we got there the valet advised there was no set price and based off tips. Inside was very nice and airy. I liked the greenery and outdoor feel of the restaurant. We sat "outside". The only con was it was a little chilly and the heaters weren't close by our table. I ordered a whiskey sour, which was really good! We got the crab dip for an appetizer. The dip was delicious but all of the assorted veggie chips didn't quite mix with the dip palette. I ended up asking for a side of bread. I got the Sea Bass for my entree, which came with sushi rice and bok choy. I think the bok choy was slightly softer than I would've liked but all the food was amazing! One of the best Sea Bass I've ever had! Overall, it was a great experience and I would return to try a few other menu items. read more

My first time here & enjoyed every minute of my dining experience. Fatma was our Server & she gets double the stars. Her presence, accommodations & service were genuine & full of light. Amongst the party of six, our lavish table spread ranged from Caviar, Mussels, Ostrich Sliders, Crab dish, Pan Seared Sea Bass, Hummus (the preparation was a little too fancy for me) with a luxurious combination of craft-made cocktails. Everyone loved their selections as well as sampling each other's plates as the evening went on. The atmosphere is on the highest note of social vibes, especially the interior patio that serves as a courtyard oasis & backdrop to the many photo shoots/selfies that were flashing around. Such a diverse & friendly environment. Location: The restaurant is beautiful, you almost don't feel like you are in Atlanta. Parking: They have complimentary valet, just make sure you tip. Service: 15/10 on the service! We had reservations at 7:45 but I was late due to traffic we sat down and the service was great. I can't remember our servers name but her knowledge of the food and descriptions was impressive. Ambience/Crowd: the ambiance is very affluent, you can dress casual. And I think the crowd age varied but mainly Middle Aged Food/drink : 250/10 The food was delicious! That crab dip and chips were addictive. Wish we would've ordered 2. Will I be back? I will definitely be back. The experience was one for the books. read more

I was in town and this place was highly recommended. The ambiance was great. We came for lunch and decided to share a couple of plates. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us great recommendations. The food was really good and very flavorful. The bobotie crepes were my favorite followed by the shrimp tempura. Me and my girls favorite place for Espresso Martinis. We come here about twice a month , sometimes just for drinks and sometimes dinner. We always get the crab dip and our favorite for dinner is the halibut in that delicious curry sauce. It's is so nice inside and out on the patio. & the Service is always immaculate 10/10. read more
My boyfriend and I came here for Valentines Day lunch and it did not disappoint. I LOVED the whole branzino and could eat that every day. We also had ostrich bolognese and peri peri chicken which were both unbelievably good as well. The restaurant is gorgeously decorated and has lots of lovely places for photo ops. I came to Yebo for a team dinner on a Tuesday night! You can find paid street parking or they have a valet. The restaurant is super cute with a garden in the center and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have sister restaurants including Biltong Bar and 10 Degrees South, both of which I love!! We ordered a few drinks at the bar. I just had a gin and tonic but they had a full bar plus some interesting after dinner dessert drinks. Our server was super attentive and gave great recommendations. To start, we had the shrimp tempura sushi roll and mezze board. The sushi rolls were so delicious and crispy and I loved the variety of the mezze board! The biltong jerky on it was so yummy. For my main, I had the Halibut. My coworkers tried the lamb chops, sea bass, and salmon. My halibut was cooked so perfectly and the meat just flaked right off. I especially loved the coconut based sauce it came with. Paired with fluffy white rice, it tasted really similar to a Thai Panang curry! The broccolini too was so buttery and perfect amount of cooked with a bite to them. The serving size was just right too. To finish, I had some kind of chocolate shell dessert with fruit inside. It was pretty good and fun to crack the shell, but wish there was some more mousse or something else in addition to the chocolate and fruit. Overall, it was a really lovely experience with great service, vibes, and food! Would definitely come back if in the Buckhead area! read more
I love trying new places and being that I was in Atlanta for the weekend (partly) I was able to meet a friend who introduced me to this place! This place the ambiance is EVERYTHING! Very grown and sexy. They even have igloos outside of the restaurant just in case you want to experience the seating out there! Very cutesy but given that it was cold out we opted to eat inside the restaurant. First off this place has a frozen expresso martini-say less! Strong with a punch but delicious. The apps we got were crab dip with chips and tempura sushi which were both amazing! The chips that went with the crab dip was a nice spin because typically it's some type of bread. Now the star of the show was the Seabass entree....yep it was so good, meaty, flavorful and I can't believe I even ate the rice. Now for the dessert, it fell short a little I'm used to bread pudding being crispy on top and where I can taste the cinnamon and flavors it was made with and it was the opposite. I'm glad I still tried it. The service and waitstaff was very nice. The waitstaff she was communicative and very quick and definitely awesome when it came to the experience! If you're looking to go somewhere that's for the grown and sexy and a great vibe/decor, come here! Definitely coming back and getting a few different things I wanted to try on the menu. read more

The frozen espresso martinis are the best in the city! I could go here for these alone however they're so strong that you'll need some delicious food to soak it up. The menu is fairly extensive with various options. During my last visit, I tried the mushroom burrata appetizer and filet mignon. The meal was delicious! The service was also impeccable. On a busy Saturday evening, our waiter was quite attentive and also provided us with some amazing recommendations. One slight piece of feedback is that there were A LOT of bones remaining in the fish after being de-boned by the waiter. The other guest in my party actually choked on a bone. He is doing well, but it did ruin the experience for him a bit. I'm looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu such as the ostrich pasta dish! The ambiance here is low key, yet elegant. It gives "put on your upscale bohemian attire and Chanel bag and meet me at Yebo" vibes. I'm convinced that one of these days I'm going to run into a fun group of women to hang out with because everyone always seems to be having such a great time! Food: Exceptional Service: Great Ambiance: Exquisite A TRUE GEM OF ATLANTA! If you want a gorgeous place to dine that feels like a vacation, then this is where you need to go. I went for a birthday lunch with a friend on a Tuesday afternoon and it was a lovely experience. Plus, they have free parking but it is limited. I ordered the ostrich bolognese and it was delicious with beautiful presentation. I ate every bite and regretted there wasn't more to devour. The crab dip was flavorful but doesn't have a spicy kick. And it came with yummy and crisp sweet potato and beet chips that paired well. I also tried the branzino and I see why its a crowd favorite. What a moist and well seasoned fish with garnish hidden in the filet for additional flavor. As a nice courtesy, they also brought out a piece of opera cake with a cute chocolate atop of it that said "happy birthday." The attention to detail and friendly service created a very welcoming and casual luxe vibe. I felt like I was teleported to a luxury resort in another country. I'm definitely going here again to impress someone special. read more

Yebo Beach Haus was another place I had seen so many times on Instagram and hesitated to visit. A lot of people compared it to 10 Degrees South and I like their food so I figured I'd take my mom for dinner. Okay sooo, this place can be hard to find if you don't know where to look. There's no clear signage from the street or parking lot. It's sort of downstairs in this shopping plaza, quad. Once you walk down the stairs, it's like descending into another world. The lights are really low, the ambiance is set, the music is loud but not so much that you can't hear yourself. It reminded me of underground Manhattan restaurants. I started with the crab dip and the mussels. The crab dip was delicious. It was creamy and flavorful and I love that they serve it with chips made out of root vegetables. That was a nice touch. The mussels were good but nothing too spectacular about them. For my entrée, I ordered the caperberry chicken piccata. I rarely ever order chicken dishes when I eat out but our server assured me it was good. I loved the flavor of the sauce. It had the right amount of acidity for me and the chicken was cooked well although the light breading on the chicken quickly started to fall off. I was excited for the lemon risotto but it wasn't as creamy as I like my risotto to be; it was still a little hard. On the bright side, this is the first time I've eaten broccolini in years (I don't like it) and I actually enjoyed it. I was trying to get good pictures of the food but because of the darkness, it can be hard to get a clear picture. I tried to take one with my flash and a man I assume is the manager walked over and told me I can 't use flash. There was a table of women behind me talking pictures and videos with flash so I'm not sure what the actual policy is regarding this. Our server came by to ask about dessert, grabbed our plates and walked away so fast that we didn't notice until a few minutes later that he never asked if we wanted boxes for our food. He just took our plates and moved quickly through the restaurant and we had what could have been next-day leftovers on there. The last dish I tried was the crème brulee. Crème brulee is my favorite dessert so I try it everywhere I go. Unfortunately, this one was not good. There wasn't much custard and what custard there was, was just okay. They do not serve theirs in a ramekin like most places; it's in this really thick, hard to break crust at the bottom. I ended up scraping the little bit of custard off of the crust and just leaving the crust behind because it wasn't enjoyable to eat. I would go back and try a few more dishes and just to enjoy the atmosphere. read more

I enjoyed dining at Yebo Beach Haus. The ambience was nice, service was pleasant, food was good, and it wasn't too busy for a Friday evening. My friend and I enjoyed two appetizers. The sushi rolls were great and the crab dip with sweet potato and beet chips was different, yet good. I recommend the Halibut. I really liked the curry sauce and requested more for an additional cost. The cheesecake was a great way to conclude my dining experience. The menu is limited but I would dine at Yebo again. Also, parking was a bit scarce in the small parking lot in front, luckily, I found a spot and didn't have to search. read more

Love yebo! Great date night or girls night option. Really good ambience. Inside is definitely more romantic, intimate,and dark. Outside seating is brighter and more open. Both good vibes. Good service and great food. The crepes are a must to start and of the frozen espresso martini. Only complaint is the wait. Even with a reservation, you typically have to wait at least 30 min to be sat. read more

I joined some family and friends here recently and everyone enjoyed themselves. The new location is beautiful and has a nice courtyard. For starters, we ordered the crab dip, shrimp tempura roll and the bobotie crepes. All of the appetizers were delicious , but the bobotie crepes stood out because it isn't something I'd typically order, but they were really good. The crepes are filled with curry ground beef, raisins, apples and hollandaise. My cocktail, camps bay was really tasty as well. It contained rum and bourbon. For my entree, I chose the Branzino. It was so fresh and flavorful. We ordered a variety of desserts including the strawberry cheesecake, key lime pie and crème brûlée. They were good, not great. I wish they'd bring back the Amarula cheesecake from their old location. It's one of the best desserts I've ever had. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was excellent. Food is always up to date, fresh , new creative. They change up the menu quite frequently so it's never boring. Buuuut it can also make it hard when you have your favorites and they're gone... The drinks here . Sigh.... You can NEVER get a bad drink here . Best espresso martini in Atlanta. Please challenge me. The service is always professional and helpful. The ambiance is business casual meets flirty night out. Always a great vibe in there. Never come underdressed. Valet is always a plus because I hate walking long distances to a venue. read more

4.8/5 I came for lunch for my birthday in December. I really enjoyed the experience I had here. Service: We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. Shortly after being seated our waiter came to the table to greet us and get us started on drinks. He gave his recommendations, which I took one of (a drink similar to a French 75), while one of my friends enjoyed a whiskey sour and the other an amaretto sour. Food: We all enjoyed our drinks enough to have a second round. For the appetizer, we enjoyed the mussels which came in a very light and flavorful white sauce. Our waiter even gave us extra bread to dip in the sauce. For our entrees, my friend and I got the ostrich bolognese. It was pretty good but I wasn't a fan of how minced the meat was. My other friend got the peri peri chicken with the sauce on the side. Although, they don't really offer complimentary desserts, our waiter was nice enough to give me a bowl of their salted caramel pecan gelato. Ambiance/Parking: The ambiance is beautiful, especially the outside of the building which have pink flower arches. The parking situation is atrocious though, very limited. Get there like 15 mins early to find decent parking. Overall: I loved this place and I'm happy i finally got the chance to go. I'll definitely come back again and try the other menu items. read more

Classy dining spot. Contrary to what most people say, I thought it was easy to find. You can opt for valet or self parking around the back. Service was great! We spent a pretty penny but it was worth it. Experience: 10/10 Loved the service! Our server, Tiffony was exceptional. The decor is gorgeous. The inside table has pillows which were a nice touch. It was pretty chilly inside especially if you were seated right under a vent but it didn't take too much away from the experience. Food: 10/10 The food was absolutely amazing. We started with the cheesy crab dip, ostrich sliders, and shrimp tempura. The shrimp tempura was so good that we had to order another.
