Perfect roast beef and just the right amount of horseradish sauce. They dont overload it or give you too little. Plenty of options to choose from and you customize every sandwich. Online ordering is easy and user friendly. They also have other deli sandwiches such as the Rueben, Italian and cheesesteaks. Ordered a side of the homemade potato chips and theyre nice and crispy. A step above paneras chips. Friendly staff and medium sized restaurant with plenty of seating and easy to park. Also right off of 208. They will definitely give nearby goffle grill a run for its money. I dont understand the odd pricing though: $7.10 for a burger? $8.53 for the nashville sandwich? Spotted this place on my google map, not in real life, so I drove on over. It would be easy to miss as it's in a little strip mall but not facing the main road. Look for the Yella's sign! My milkshake, cheesesteak and fries were all delicious and the place is very nice and clean. Music paying was from the 50's / 60's so kind of like a Johnny Rockets but better. You can either get a classic burger with a shake (you should always get a shake, I recommend the birthday shake) or you can get one of they're classic sandwiches. This place is awesome!!! I got the hot pastrami with corned beef added. Huge!!!! And the best sandwich I have ever had. The chicken bacon looks great (taking that home for dinner! Fries and perfect and cooked 100% the way they should. Onion rings a crispy and delicious inside as well. The chocolate chip brownie was awesome (says the wife!) but hand made chips are great too. I don't think that I could emphasize enough that you need to go to Yella's immediatly! We walked in on a Sunday night to be greeted by the amazing staff! I'm pretty sure that I wanted to try one of everything on the menu! We settled for the double cheeseburger, the italian sub, the Yella's Birthday Shake and fries! We ate everything and literally couldn't have been happier! They just opened and it's going to be an incredible future, considering the rebrand and they were in business for many decades! Just hit Yella's in Hawthorne today. WOW. The food is SUPER fresh. We got legit a little of everything. Tonight I ordered for the first time from Yellas because I got a coupon for buy one cheese burger....get one free. I cannot believe what I received. The burgers were similar to fast food burgers. They didn't have the pickles they were supposed to. The 'crispy' French fries were soggy and the coleslaw was drenched in mayo and so weird tasting we couldn't eat it. The burger was 6.45....the fries were 3.45 and coleslaw almost 3.00... told bill 14.29 (?) The best part of the meal was the salad I MADE ! I can't believe there are any good reviews. Next time I'll go to Stewart's (which is always excellent) or Bogies or Villa Rossa or Puzos etc. read more

Dined-in and ordered takeout from Yella's a few times and it never disappoints! Great atmosphere inside the restaurant and the staff is always friendly. Most orders take slightly longer to make in store since everything is made to order, but I'm all for it. My go-to orders are the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and the Grandpa Joe, but you can't go wrong with any sandwich. Draft soda choices are unique flavors and always great to see non big-box brands in local restaurants. Oh - did I mention they have MILKSHAKES?! Who is saying no to a milkshake on a hot August day? This was my first time at Yella's. It was a Saturday at 12:30pm. There's no overhead menu boards so you may want to pick up a paper menu. After realizing where to go for ordering the food, I asked for the Yella Burger, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Torpedo Submarine as well as a Vanilla Milkshake. It's a new place and they were clearly training some of the workers. I received an extra Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which I promptly returned to the counter. I enjoyed my meal while listening to 50's tunes and watching endless Goffle Road traffic. The items were on the smaller side so maybe include some french fries to complement the meal. I stopped in to get something for lunch, I've never been to yellows before. The girls behind the counter we're very helpful and I happened to meet one of the owners. She was very helpful, and I wound up getting their BLTA, which is a bacon, lettuce and tomato with slices of avocado on a multi grain roll. Sandwich was delicious, and I will definitely have to go back again and try one of their outrageous looking milkshakes. Very bright and clean looking establishment. Will definitely order from there again. They have delivery through GrubHub, Uber eats, and whatever other delivery apps for food or out there. I'm going to be optimistic with this new local spot. I went with a friend and tried two different types of cheesesteak and some onion rings. The food was hot and good but not great. The cheesesteaks were a little try, like they could've used some sauce. The staff was nice and it's worth signing up for their loyalty club. Prices are higher than expected in the area. food is good, place is clean, the service and leadership is the issue. Out of 10 to go orders, 3-4 of them had items missing. i never want to embarrass them and check order before i go. That will have to change. Last week they left out a meal that i paid for. this week i came in and got credit for missing sandwich, got a free one. Then they proceeded to mix up this order which i caught before i left the lot. they made the 2 missing items 6 tenders.....3 plain/ 3 garlic parm. when i finally got home after half dinner had to be remade while the half got cold in car i saw they they gave me 6 tenders all garlic parm. so they messed up this order. I called the manager about this last error to make him aware. In person i informed him of the issues i was having and i told him this was not the first time an order was processed incorrectly. The manager and staff were polite but no one said they were sorry. There was no offer of compensation. If my staff messed up this much i would have paid for the customers meal. Your staff is a direct reflection of your leadership style. if I came to your establishment with a complaint about a service issue, you would think he would follow this order and make sure nothing goes wrong, but this was not done.. And the staff may need more training and better communication skills. read more

Customer service was on point. That's why they get two stars. Burger was not done. It was still red in the middle. The secret sauce had no seasoning nor did the burger have any seasoning. The onions were thinly Stredded. the pickles were too wet making the burger bun soggy. Milkshake was decent but I had better. I didn't taste any strawberry until I got halfway done. I will be open to try something different there like a sandwich but the burger was not hitting. The price is too high I got a burger and milkshake for 14 dollars.
