Great place to get breakfast sandwiches in Capitol Hill! I really enjoyed the rolls and everything that was inside the sandwich. Place is very large and had good lighting. Friendly service, I highly recommend and I would come back.

Have been here for a private event and knew how good the food would be. I finally had a chance on a day off to spend some time in the cafe enjoying the Wakey Wakey Breakfast sando and a seasonal latte. Both delicious perfect for an over cast day off. Lots of natural light with ample seating bar, couch, tables.. Even a rocking chair. I live a ways away bus wise but can tell they get a lot of regulars. Friendly welcoming service!

Loved this place!! All gluten free and very vegan/vegetarian friendly too. Got the roll for one sandwich and English muffin for another, and my partner and I agreed the roll was better. The tomato jam was really tasty, and we loved both the egg and tofu patties. I asked them to go light on the mayo for the one that came with it and either a) they totally forgot or b) if you don't ask for it light it must be insanely saucy cuz I still had to scrape a decent amount off. Cute ambiance for hanging out and good assortment of alternative milk options for coffee. If you come at night, lots of hard ciders and other gluten free alcohol options. Reasonably priced for gluten free ($10-$16 per breakfast sandwich.) Will totally be back!

A GEM! DO NOT tip! why? because you don't need to! (and we love a business that cares about their employees!! *picture attached*) A review that's slightly overdue but better late than never! I visited Yeobo in June. I came here on a Sunday evening and it had a great atmosphere. If you're thinking you don't like gluten free Korean-fusion food, well think again! Food/Drinks: 5/5. *This is not on their regular sandwich menu.* but if they are still on the evening menu, I recommend! I tried the cauliflower wings and meatball. Both extremely tasty! They also serve beer/wine. Service: 5/5 excellent service! extremely friendly and attentive. A quiet introvert like me enjoyed. Ambiance: a cozy chill place for dinner! I'm unsure how it is during their breakfast hours. *they also support other small businesses! I bought some cute stickers (we love community) I would follow their instagram to see their latest updates. Their breakfast sandwiches look really appetizing. I WILL be back and update my review for sandwiches!

Ok, adorable place in Madison Valley, right on a bus line. Queer and API owned and operated, supporting API businesses during API month. Came by and tried the yummy drink that also comes with prosecco if you want the alcoholic version, we did the nonalcoholic and it was lovely. Space has K-pop playing and kdrama on the screens, two levels with a quaint space with books, puzzles, and board games, also offers space buy out M-F that's affordable pricing. They will start doing evenings as the summer hits and provide beers, wines, cocktails etc. food flys off the bakery shelves so be aware if you come by for a snack and drink :) Really lovely vibes and great customer service.

I'm going to be dreaming of these fried egg sandwiches until I'm back in Seattle. I think the best one I've ever had. And as someone with celiac, it's so meaningful to have an all-gf kitchen. Really cute space too.

Still can't believe this place is completely gf! The flavor profile of the wakey wakey with the spicy pork belly and bun hit the spot. Loved the matcha orange Julius for something sweet wish I could eat here more often- definitely will be my new breakfast/ coffee meet up spot with the chill ambiance

Yeobo is simply incredible. My wife has celiac and it is a fully gluten free cafe that has some of the best breakfast sandwiches, other sandwiches and GF food items around! And they have GF beer and mocktails?! Amazing. The team is second to none and the owner has community in mind with everything they do. We love Yeobo and always enjoy being there every time we go.

Super inviting community space with great food/drinks! Great to find gluten-free options. Can't wait to come back!!

But it doesn't stop there. The moment you walk in, the hospitality hits you. Not forced, not fake. Real, warm, and ready. You feel like they've been expecting you. Now the food... this is where it gets serious. Whoever is in that kitchen is not just cooking. They are putting their soul on every plate. Every bite feels intentional. Nothing is over-seasoned. Nothing is missing. Just perfect balance, consistency, and flavor that makes you pause mid-bite like, "Hold on..." And the portions? Exactly what a Southern plate is supposed to look like. No shortcuts. No playing around. You're getting your money's worth and then some. I don't have pictures, and you'll understand why if you accidentally take a bite before you snap one. What really seals it is the vibe. The music is hitting. The energy is right. Before you know it, you're not just eating. You're enjoying the moment. Wally's isn't somewhere you just try. It's somewhere you go back to again and again. Once you find it, you already know. You don't just eat, You eat WELL. This place isn't good. It's necessary.

I didn't even remember where it was located but was intrigued when I learned it was in a micro-hood named Tanglewood. Salmon was very good, not dry but succulent; as well as the vegetables. The Hanger Steak was amazing. Almost everything was locally sourced and you can taste it. It all just seemed to work together in a uniquely Pacific Northwest kinda way. It's as though you were eating the outdoors. The owner met with us and gave us a history of the place, followed by his chef's cuisine philosophy. Just a really pleasant conversation. My only personal gripe is that some of the elevated presentations of the cuisine itself did not meld well with some of the rustic dishes; I think their presentation should appear slightly more 'nouvelle cuisine française' and less road-side diner in some dishes. Overall however, R Christine reminds me of the wonderful little hidden locovore spots throughout France that oftentime prove to be borderline Michelin star operations. This place is just like that, lovely.

Our server was very friendly and upbeat, which I appreciated, but the service ended up feeling a bit intrusive. We were checked on so often that it interrupted our conversation and made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment. Everything we ordered was pretty bland and under-seasoned, with no real standout flavors. For the price, I expected a lot more. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good enough to justify a return visit. Unlikely to come back.

Starting with the food, the shrimp and grits are creamy and packed with flavor, the eggs Benedict with bacon has perfectly poached eggs with a zippy crystal hollandaise, the waffle has a satisfying texture and comes with a comforting henny butter, and the best part that ties it all together: GARLIC. AIOLI. I have tasted many garlic aioli in my 28 years of life and this is by far the most delicious garlic aioli around. It's something I can't explain; you need to try it for yourself. With the breakfast potatoes, on the Benedict, in the shrimp and grits, by itself, I don't care, I just need it bottled up ASAP. As for the atmosphere, it's quite cozy and warm as a diner would be. I had to wait around 30 minutes both times I went because it was prime brunch time on Saturday and was fully worth the wait. The service is very welcoming and kind, and there's a good variety of sauces available on each table. They also serve Boon Boona coffee which is a Renton based coffee roaster, and I always love seeing local businesses support other local businesses. I tell my non-Asian friends that they should leave an Asian restaurant if you don't see any Asians inside. I am happy to say we were the odd ducks in this place! Love me some legit soul food. The menu is straightforward. We ordered at the counter. The food is brought to our table. The food took quite a while with big crowds coming in after us. I suspect they cook in batches as multiple groups received food at the same time. It was mostly self-service (utensils, water) until the restaurant quieted down, then we saw servers cleaning tables, etc. The Food: Combo Dinner with two sides, $26 - 5 Stars The combo plat offers two meat choices. I chose the wings and catfish. The wings are sizable and plump. Highly recommend. The catfish was a thinner cut and a bit dryer. I liked the very thin breading on the catfish, not greasy, and it tasted good with Tabasco. For sides, both the collard greens and fried okra are excellent. In fact, I say the okra is perfection! The little corn bread is just right for me. I thought the corn bread has good flavor while hubby said it was too dry. Catfish Dinner with two sides, $24 - 3.5 Stars Hubby complained the catfish was too thin. He's not a Tabasco person, so that doesn't help. I gave him two wings to calm him down. Lol. He loved the hush puppies the best. They are huge with a wonderful crisp. I agree with him! He thought the yams are too sweet; they do look sweet in the liquids but isn't that want yams are intended to be? I think he just needs to order differently in the future. Note they have a 3.5% service charge for credit card purchases. See line on the menu photo.

Located on the upper floor of Pike's Place, this cute bar has a good amount of seating with both table and bar top options. We went on a Saturday night at around 9 PM and it wasn't too crowded -- we were quickly seated at the bar top for a party of two. When you walk in you'll notice that they have a more rustic, dark ambiance that still provides a more casual feel. We were immediately greeted by our host and were seated right away! We were having a late dinner so we ended up getting the Tater Tots with all the toppings, beef tartare, and a side of their coleslaw. For the two of us, that was more than enough! Their portion sizes were very generous and filling. The tater tots were amazing, with the perfect amount of crisp, sauce, and toppings! The beef tartare was also so delicious with the perfect amount of seasoning and the yolk beautifully ran through the meat. For drinks, we ended up getting two cocktails as well as as a whiskey flight. For the cocktails we ordered the Turn the Page and Angel's Wings. Both drinks were absolutely amazing! It was the perfect balance of tasting the spirit with its complementary fruity notes.
