This is, in my 52 years of existence, hands down the worst customer service I've ever received. The small Asian woman, who is the owner (and the one who had served me) did not say a word to me. She completely ignored my presence when I approached the counter. Only when I specifically said what I wanted to order did she acknowledge that she heard me. I had first attempted to make some small talk to cheer her up as she seemed pretty down. She never spoke a word to me, only scowled and pointed. Used to love their food. But the food I received there yesterday was horrible. Food tasted old like it had just been warmed up from yesterday. Not fresh at all. They charged 2 meals for $24. But because I choose pepper steak, they charged me an extra $4 per plate. The food trays have shrunk and they gave me one small spoonful of orange chicken. Your double order of Orange Chicken or sweet and sour chicken is now the portion of single portion. They hit and miss the quality of food. I was hoping today, Sunday 5/19/19 was going to be their better day... NOT!!! As fore mentioned by other reviews, they have a problem with including the chicken to the batter, GET REAL! Then to make a complaint, don't take a rocket scientist to message me that you don't want to be bothered nor care about your customer satisfaction, you disconnect your phone number. Located in the Woodland Mall food court so your not going here for the decor. I usually grab take out because its quick and easy. Your also not going to get the most friendly people as they are pushing Chinese food in a mall food court, definitely not a destination job and I have to imagine the turnover rate is pretty high. Ultimately the food is pretty good, I have not had a bad experience and really have come to enjoy their sweet and sour chicken. I stopped by about 11:15 to pick up lunch to go. Nothing was ready. There was an employee in the front area and I asked her when the food would be available. She just said they are closed. Okay--but when will the food be ready. She replied--when the light is on. No smile--very rude. I came back about 20 minutes later. There were 3-4 entrees sitting out and an elderly gentleman waiting for someone to help him. The same woman finally came up to the front to help him and was very rude to him as well. Then, she finally came to me and I asked for soup and crab rangoon. "Not ready!" When will it be ready--the cook did finish the crab rangoon and I got that, but he said the soup wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. Someone needs to inform this place that a lot of folks like to have lunch about 11 or so. And, that they need to greatly improve their customer service. I don't know what the other person was thinking when she said the food was great. This was the nastiest mall Chinese food I have ever had in my life. $10 for lunch?!? Half my plate was greasy rice that was crunchy, the other half was over breaded chicken. The crab ragoon that was OK, but not worth it for the money. With so many options steps away ill be sure to go elsewhere next time. read more
