Woo! So glad Yiassoo is still doing well! Was in the area, and stopped by around 2PM. Surprisingly, close to a full house inside. Two of us ordered: beef souvlaki plate $20.95 super gyros plate $20.95 Food took some time to come out, but comes out hot and nice flavors. Flavors are clean and ingredients taste fresh. Seating inside and outside. Parking lot out back. Glad the high school staple is still alive and thriving!

This was my first time at this location, however, I have frequented the Campbell location quite a few times. I knew by coming here I would get a huge portion for a not so huge price, and that they delivered. I ordered the 1/2 chicken plate and subbed the salad for rice which I would not recommend because it made my meal far more carb heavy than I was anticipating. Service is nothing extraordinary but the lady working the front was nice and helpful. This location seems to be clean considering you can see right into the kitchen. As for the food quality, I loved the chicken and the side soup, the rice could've used more seasoning, and the fries were good and hot but I also would've liked to see more of a garnish. I didn't know that the plate came with pita so that was a pleasant surprise, I just wish there was some sort of dip for the bread as well as the fry. Definitely plan to come back for diversity of food on the plate, the portion size, and the price (I think it was just under$20)!

I haven't been here in a long time but was in the area and in the mood for Greek food. It's a local hangout and it's very casual. Staff are really nice. You order from the board menu posted inside the restaurant. They give you a buzzer. When your food is ready you go and get it at the counter. Service is fast. Food is delicious - both the gyros and the chicken skewers. I thought the rice was a little bland. They do have sauces at the counter that you can add to enhance your food. The gyro plate (I had it open faced vs wrapped) comes with rice, salad, tzakiki and some pita. You bus your own table after you're done. There's outside seating on the patio on nice days.

Chicken plate 5/5 - this dish was really good! Looks very simple but flavors are good and chicken isn't too dry. I like the flavor of the rice. A bit salty but paired with the yogurt, it was good! Good amount of sides too. Not much indoor seating and since we had a larger party, we sat outside. Food came out pretty quickly.

Had a chance to try Yiassoo with a few coworkers yesterday and had a nice experience. This spot was on my radar after reading lots of good reviews on the yelp page. The service here is fast and ambiance is also cute. The ordering system here is at the front. You are then given a buzzer and then go to pick up your food. I ordered the Super Gyro plate which came with a wrap stuffed with Gyro meat which was EXTREMELY flavorful. The portions here are really great - and I would DEFINITELY recommend one to check this place out. I got this with fried and they also packed a side salad for me which came with cucumbers, tomato, feta cheese, olives etc. I really enjoyed every bite of this meal and would recommend to go back here and try!

Stopped by to Yiassoo for lunch with a Gyro Salad. This salad was packed either tons of protein and every bite was delicious. Add some of the yogurt or spicy sauce to give it a little more flavortown! The staff was very friendly on providing suggestions on what to get and their favorite thing to eat. A good amount of space while giving you the option of indoor or outdoor seating.

Nice, casual Greek spot with big portions and tasty options. My friend and I shared two entrees: - GYROS PLATE: Given that it comes with the choice of rice or fries, I didn't realize this would be a pita sandwich rather than just gyros meat, but the sandwich is very tasty with the sauces and toppings. They also offer a deluxe option with extra meat, but we thought the portion was already fairly generous, and as a plate made for a very satisfying and complete meal. We especially enjoyed the rice when paired with the complementary bottles of ranch sauce - CHICKEN SOUVLAKI SALAD: This was pretty good, but felt a bit dry and less flavorful in comparison to the gyros. Unless you're really watching your carbs, I would probably recommend the plates over the salads, as the rice is really good and they also come with a good amount of the same salad Overall, highly recommend the gyros, though I also want to come back to try the salmon!

This was my go-to spot when I worked in Cupertino. I discovered this place because I used to go to their sister restaurant, Mikonos Grill, in Milpitas. The menu is similar. They have a small parking lot shared with a Chinese restaurant next door. If you go during lunch time, parking might be hard to find. What I love about this place is you can choose two sides with your entree. Your options are fries, greek salad, soup, and rice. I always op for rice and soup. Rice always go well with meats and I love avgolemono soup. If you haven't avgolemono soup, it's rice and chicken in a lemony egg broth. It might not sound appetizing, but it is. For my entree, I always order the gyro plate or salmon. The gyro plate is filling and I always request for the gyro meat to be extra crispy. If you're a fan of a salmon, order this! It's never dry and full of flavor.

Good spot! It was clean and friendly. The chicken souvlaki plate with fries was delicious and filling. The chicken was tender and went well with the tzatziki. The pita was warm and nicely toasted, soft inside (mmm wonderful). The greek salad was very refreshing, especially the bits of green bell pepper in there. The lemon wedge brought everything together. The fries were crispy and good. The white sauce by the counter was a great flavor, definitely add some to your meal! The baklava was also super tasty. Great walnut flavor and sweetness. Super crispy layers. It was such a treat! For the price it's a steal in my opinion. Yum yum! Love how everything was so fresh and tasty.

I was heartbroken too. But I also felt bad seeing so many people leave negative reviews without even trying the ramen first. I've been a customer for years but review bombing a small business over a menu change just didn't sit right with me. I decided to give the ramen a try. Is it as unique as the udon? No. The udon is definitely what made this place stand out. But the ramen was still very good. The broth was porky, fatty, and creamy! The Chasiu could use some work. Classic Tonkatsu ramen 8.5/10 I'm really glad they listened to customer feedback and brought the udon back. I hope anyone looking at this Yelp page for the first time disregards the bad reviews and understands that is just how passionate people are about their udon! At the end of the day, I'm happy we get to have both. The spicy udon is still one of the best things I've eaten in the Bay and the ramen is absolutely worth trying too.

Adding some of the soy sauce at the table gave some savory sweetness to the dish which I recommend. We were looking to catch up in person on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. All tables were full and there were a couple of other parties waiting inside when we walked in, but the wait for a table was not bad at all. It is on the noisier side since the clientele is primarily Asian, and service tends to be short since that's what would be considered authentic. I got the beef noodle soup with the wide noodles since it was a chilly day and I wanted something warm. In the past I've gotten the tomato and eggs sauce noodles, which was very tasty and not a bad option for a hot day as the noodles themselves come out cold. Make sure to bring some floss if you get the beef noodle soup, some of the meat gets stuck in my teeth every time. Service does tend to be short so don't expect anyone to wait around for you to order or extra pleasantries. But this isn't surprising given the type of restaurant so it didn't detract from the meal. The check comes to you when you're about done so there is no need to flag anyone down after finishing. I would definitely revisit if I have cash on hand and am in the area. I would recommend this spot to anyone interested in authentic Chinese noodles, hot or cold.

First you select a broth (I don't do spicy, so I always pick their chicken broth; but friends and family enjoy the spicy flavors a lot). Then you pick your style of noodle (the fish noodle was fun to try, but I prefer the ramen or the knife-cut or rice noodles). Then you pick your toppings - a large variety of both meat and veggie options! It comes with a little veggies (spinach, corn, mushroom, bamboo) too. My favorite appetizer is their rice spicy honeycomb tripe - great marinade! Recently tried the Hainan chicken dish and it was good too (though I would prefer more ginger than scallion in the oil and the roasted peanuts, garlic cucumber are yummy too!). In the past we have also had the fried rice, which my kiddos really love. But the true highlight is to get the "large" soup noodles where they serve it in a bowl larger than your whole head. Today I came in for dine-in, and the experience was honestly one of the worst I've had. First, after being seated, someone asked what I wanted to drink but didn't explain the options clearly and walked away before I could even answer. During the entire meal, nobody followed up and I didn't even get water. The ordering experience overall felt rushed and unfriendly. After I finished eating, I asked for a to-go box. They just dropped it on the table, and while I was packing my food, someone immediately came over asking for payment, so I had to stop what I was doing. The payment system is now on an iPad with a default 18% tip suggestion. I still selected 15%, even though the service had already been disappointing. Then came the final straw. Since my leftover food had soup in it, I politely asked if I could get a plastic bag because I didn't want it leaking in my car. They told me it would cost 10 cents. After years of coming here and also all restaurants in bay areas I ever had none of them asked money for a plastic bag, after paying for food and tipping, getting charged extra for a simple bag felt ridiculous, especially only finding out after payment was already done. The whole experience felt careless, unfriendly, and frustrating. It completely ruined my mood and honestly ruined my day. After being a customer for years, this experience was enough to make me decide I won't be coming back. I should give 0 tips but worried as I am only myself, they will do something ridiculous. :(
