I liked it! Mind you, I am not a fro-yo snob. Not in the least bit. The only frozen yogurt I had until last year was from TCBY or DQ. The only other chain I've been to besides TCBY is Golden Spoon. So, the U-Swirl. It is self serve, which I love. I can have tons of different tastes, so this fit me pretty well. It was very clean even though it was busy and there were a lot of families there. The service was also pretty quick. I like the selection of toppings, from fruit to cereal (captain crunch makes anything better). The yogurt tasted very good, and not too artificial (the red velvet tasted exactly like cake, and was very very rich). I thought the price was pretty good $.36/ounce, but then again, I've not been to a lot of fro-yo places. I paid less here than I do for the same amount at Golden Spoon or a place like Coldstone, so I was happy. read more

The day i happened to walk in EVERY machine was down, but my main intention was to buy a gift card, and I was able to do JUST that. I can't give em less than 5 stars because of tech difficulties...I have frequented this place so many damn times I lost track of how many punch cards I've gone through. I wasn't impressed with the frozen yogurt. It was icy and watery. It was not delicious at all. So, why 3 stars then? I was with someone who has a nut allergy and they were extremely accommodating. We asked about toppings and was told that they cross contaminant, so if we wanted something, they'd have to get from the back. They were careful to read ingredients for the syrups to make sure there were no nuts. That gets an additional star in my book. So, customer service wise, place was great = 4 stars. My boyfriend and I have loved to frequent this place. He is diabetic and appreciates that they have more than one sugar-free flavor and even some toppings that he can use. I love their cheesecake flavored frozen yogurt, but it's not the best out there. Sometimes it's hard for me to reach all of the toppings because of the way the sneezeguard is set up. Am I the only person with short arms? The employees are always very friendly and it's nice that they are open late. The seating is very comfortable and there is plenty of room to bring your friends. Recently they got rid of the punch card program. This is not an inexpensive treat shop so it really bums me out. We will probably be visiting less often now because we don't feel like we're getting something back for the price tag at a later date. To share my experience here. I wanted to surprise my son before I picked him up from Daycare with some frozen yogurt. I had about 20 minutes till I had to pick him up so I figured it would be enough time. I had no idea they only had one cash register working and the lady in front of me had her significant other on the phone and was showing him all the selections over the phone and taking her sweet time without a doubt. If I'm late to get him from daycare they charge me 40 bucks and that's anything over a couple minutes. I told the guy behind the counter look I'm going to be late I know Two yogurts are 10 bucks all I have is a 20. I gave him the 20 couldn't wait for the change so I'm sure they kept it as a Good tip. But he says to me as I'm walking away hey I'll remember you when you come in next time and take care of you. EXACT WORDS. I go in today with my boy they both remember me and the situation and she says I'll give you 10 % off hahahaha what a joke. Last time I'll ever go in there. That's for sure. Don't bother to say anything about hooking someone up if your going to give 50 cents off of a yogurt. I can think of ten different things to do to accommodate a customer when you only have one register working. That's not the customers fault. I try and support local businesses but when you act like that I won't spend a dime in your establishment. read more

I've read all the good reviews and wondering why my opinion is the exact opposite!? Also, my daughter agrees with me. She went to U-Swirl for the first time tonight and brought me home some frozen chocolate yogurt and a few of the Rocky Mountain Chocolate candies. Everything was horrible!!! I'm a true chocolate addict and, sadly, this stuff wasn't even edible!!! Tasted 3 pieces of the candy and threw them all in the trash!!! I don't know but maybe it was an "off" night for this Summerlin U-Swirl location??? For us, it was a total waste of money, and I will certainly never return or recommend this place to anyone. Wow what a way to rip you off!! I get there is a pandemic and they want to assure the safety and not spread germs, but to charge $7 for basically nothing is ridiculous. My daughter got a quarter of of cup of fro yo and chocolate sauce and some brownies, but they pre package everything in large portions so ur committed to buying it and they charge you for the weight of the packaging with the tops included. Something that would usually charge me $2.50 costed me $7. What a rip off and what a joke to charge customers a lot and taking advantage of ppl during these time. Never again! read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Dirty floors, sticky tables and chairs. Yogurt on the floor that my daughter slipped in. 3 employees standing around with no customers. One of them could have been wiping stuff down. Very sad because this place use to be so good. read more

I stopped in here while out running some errands for an afternoon pick me up. The store was pretty empty but I chalked that up to the cooler temperature outside(about 60°). I didn't get a sample cup prior to making my selection. I wish that I would have. Had I done that I wouldn't have purchased anything here. In my cup I put 3 different flavors. Each of them was in a different dispenser. All of them were so melted that they liquefied by the time I sat down after paying(there was no one on front of me in the line). The flavors of the yogurts were nothing special. The topping selection was ample, clean, & well organized. The cashier was polite. Love this concept! Place is nice and clean and they offered a toy to my kids. The girl pulled out a basket and let them each pick a toy. This must be their "thing" because they were able to do this at one in Henderson a few months back as well. The couches and set up is fun and casual for sitting and eating and very condusive to kids. The only weird thing is that the sales people need to do the samples which can be a bit difficult when they are busy. I'm not sure if this is a health standards thing, but you can't just use the little sample cups and try them yourself even though you can fill your actual cup yourself. read more

I've been to this U-swirl before and was not impressed. Thought I'd try it again but was disgusted. The floors were sticky, my clothes stuck to the chairs, both trashes full and the girl working was touching her nose and her hair was down which is unsanitary. It may sound picky but other U-swirls have had great customer service and were sanitary. A simple greeting especially in this economy goes a long way. This U-swirl brings down the reputation of the franchises. I feel dirty after I left and I will never come back. read more

I just visited this location today and I have to say that had I known how dirty this location is, I would have never gone. Just as we got up to leave from the bench seats my daughter noticed food and trash in between the seats. It was disgusting!! After looking the place over, I noticed the walls were filthy as well as the floors. It definitely needs a good mopping and a little bleach wouldn't hurt. Their yogurt is consistently either icy or too soft and melted. Please calibrate your machines to the proper setting for a better texture. Quality control please! Their only saving grace is the gelatos which are the correct creamy texture and not icy like their yogurt. Your Better of going to yogurtland until they fix this. read more

I'm a HUGE Yogurtland fan so I was skeptical about this place that obviously was a knockoff. And my friend and I would have ended up at Yogurtland but she was really seriously craving froyo...like right that second. I live right by U-Swirl so we decided to give it a go. I was surprised by its size and the amount of seating available. Every time I've gone to Yogurtland I've had to eat my yogurt sitting in my car since the small amount of tables they have are always overflowing with froyo lovers. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety in flavors and toppings. Friend and I agree that the sweet flavors were yummier than the tart ones here. The tart flavors here pales in comparison to other froyo places like Pinkberry, Red Mango, and Yogurtland. My favorite flavor here is Irish Mint. So refreshingly sweet! The only thing that I thought was a bit weird was that when we asked for sample cups the worker dude came out from behind the register and gave us each our samples. Made us feel like we were teenage hoodlums out to score as much free froyo as possible. What happens if there's a line of people waiting to pay? Do you still have to wait for him to go get you your individual samples? Hmmm...doesn't seem very efficient. Whatever, not my problem. Not sure why this has become a tradition for my boyfriend and I after a hike. We always look forward to coming down the mountain on a hot summer day and stopping in for a yogurt. I usually like the good old fashioned original tart but, when they have the coconut flavor, I'm all in tropical. I always add some mochi to counter balance the cold. I would recommend this location especially. We tried one a little farther away and they treated up very rudely and refused to give us more that 1 sample cup per person. But, my weight watchers coach Debbie, disagrees and yelled at me at our last weigh in and told me that if I eat anymore fro-yo from USwirl that I will convulse on the floor from high blood pressure. We love coming to Uswirl for frozen yogurt. My husband works long hours in the summer, and we frequently come by around 10ish. We were there a few nights ago and there were 2 young girls working, a young blonde girl and a young Hispanic girl with dark hair. The blonde girl was keeping busy and making sure we were doing ok as well as the other guests. The dark haired girl stood behind the counter and did not have much to say, and seemed irritated that customers were there so late. The place was clean and well stocked, especially for being so late at night. The blonde even offered for us to buy chocolate bar that benefits the military. We will continue to visit this location, but you could use more employees like the young blonde! read more
