My family and I wanted to stop by U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt for dessert after eating at Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar. This U-Swirl location is located off of the 215/Charleston exit, in Summerlin. There is ample amount of parking available. It shares the same space as Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory. We had entered U-Swirl around 6:00 P.M on a Saturday evening. There is a lot of booth seating available inside this location! It was clean and well-stocked with plenty of toppings to choose from. There are a variety of flavors to choose from such as caramel, caramel crunch, chocolate, vanilla, cheesecake, cake batter, tart, and a few other flavors. Flavors will change throughout the year. It's a self service location, and gloves are provided to choose your own flavors. I decided to select the caramel, chocolate, and their NY style cheesecake. I didn't add any additional toppings to the yogurt. For a family of 5, and a wide range of yogurt selections/toppings, it wasn't too expensive, around $35.00 for the order. I didn't enjoy the caramel yogurt. It tasted too much like coffee. I wasn't the biggest fan of the chocolate flavor either as it was more of a dark chocolate. The NY style cheesecake was good though. The team members at this U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt location are awesome!

Getting frozen yogurt on a warm day is possibly the best thing ever. They had a lot of frozen yogurt items out of stock but still many other good options. Was clean and a large location to sit inside or out. They did have wayyyyyyy more toppings then other places.

I love froyo places like this! They have different daily flavors everyday and plenty of toppings to choose from. I got the vanilla and added kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and mochi. Definitely recommend!

This is such a fun treat place for all ages! Everything is by the weight, you can get as much or as little. Love the variety of flavors, regulars like chocolate, vanilla, cake batter but then also cool ones like mango, watermelon and pistachio. The variety of toppings from fresh fruit, cereal and candy, will find the little child in you. Love their bright decor of green and orange. The floors were dirty and overall cleanliness wasn't the best but yogurt rocks!! Staff is great

When I went here, seeking some cool refreshment to offset the fire from a Dom DeMarco's Big Apple Pizza, the place was undergoing remodeling. So, it probably has a much less Spartan atmosphere than it did when I visited a few months ago. The frozen yogurt tasted good, but, alas, although diners had a good choice of toppings, Hot Fudge was not available, and some offered frozen yogurt flavors were rather weird. 3-1/2 stars overall on this limited visit!

The best part is it doesn't have the waxy/greasy outer layer that normal canele have. I could literally eat half a dozen in one sitting--it's that good! It's near the lobby area of the Venetian. There is a Starbucks right across for reference. Its a tiny shop with a small drink and pastry menu. No indoor seating. I've tried their chocolate bars and enjoyed them. Service is efficient and polite.

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
