I love Yogurtland as it has always been a staple for a sweet treat after dinner or just a casual hangout. I usually get a simple base such as plain tart and add wafers. Depending on how long the wafers have been sitting out, most of the times I go it is usually dried out, but this time, it was still soft and crunchy. Was very happy. This location is located into UTC so super convenient!

Everything you would expect from a chain restaurant. The yogurt is really good, I love the tarte and the fact that they have new flavors every once in a while. The mangos were actually really good this time that I went. Love the variety in toppings. Service and ambience were alright.

Only giant cups they offered when they clearly had small cups behind the counter, which they refused us.

We asked them for small cups, which they used to give everyone the option of getting. We saw them behind the counter after she said no and then asked why can't we have those small cups? She said it's only for a delivery. I believe this is a scam in order to get more weight on the scale that determines the price. You still up coming here, slightly disappointed by this pretty sad.

It's a small yogurtland but has all of the essential and popular frozen yogurt options. They are so clean and I found this location to be not be busy. Definitely recommend coming to this location especially if you live locally or if you're a student.

Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Location in Irvine Spectrum right in the middle across from Dave and Buster's! Location was clean and service is decent. Pretty quick walk through and plenty of seats available.

Disinterested employee behind the counter informed that this location doesn't offer tasting cups, and a posted printout from half a decade ago blames covid-19 for this still ongoing policy. Additionally, no water station exists, presumably to sell bottled water to thirsty patrons, now conveniently for sale in the cooler by the door.

Still love this place even after 5 years. My favorite flavor is plain tart with all the fresh fruits. The staff here has always been super nice and I love this location. Don't let the reviews fool you. Try them out. =)

**Yogurtland - A Full-On Dessert Adventure** Walking into Yogurtland is like stepping into a world where everything is sweet, cool, and inviting. The moment the door swings open, the air is filled with an irresistible mix of vanilla, chocolate, and that mysterious 'Taro' swirl that seems to beckon you closer. It's like you're in a candy-coated dream. The colors inside are an explosion of joy. Rows of swirling yogurt machines sit ready for action, while the toppings bar glistens like a treasure trove of sprinkles, fruit, and candies. You can't help but feel like a kid in a candy store, except this is a frozen yogurt paradise. Gripping the levers of those yogurt machines gives you a sense of power--like you're in control of creating the perfect, creamy masterpiece. There's a satisfying heft to it, and watching the yogurt twirl into your cup feels like you're crafting art. But watch out, because one overly enthusiastic pull and you might just end up with more than you bargained for. No complaints here though! Then comes the first spoonful. It's an explosion of flavor: the creaminess hits you first, followed by that balance of tang and sweet that makes frozen yogurt so addictive. The toppings take it to a whole new level--crunchy, chewy, smooth, and bursting with flavor. Whether it's a fresh strawberry, a gooey caramel drizzle, or a candy-coated treat, every bite keeps you guessing and delighted. The atmosphere inside is a hum of excitement, with people chatting about which flavor they'll try next, the steady click of metal scoops diving into the toppings, and the gentle whirring of the yogurt machines in the background. It's the kind of place where every little detail adds to the experience. Finally, you head to the counter where your yogurt mountain is placed on the scale with the kind of precision that feels almost scientific. The staff weighs it like they're about to announce the results of a competition (spoiler: the real winner is you). After that, checkout is quick, friendly, and efficient. They'll even smile as they hand you the receipt, silently judging your mountain of toppings, but it's all good--you earned it. Yogurtland doesn't just serve frozen yogurt; it serves pure, unfiltered joy. Go once, and you'll be hooked.

This is the cleanest and most organized Yogurtland I have ever been in! I was really impressed. Love that because it's in the University Center there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy, or little shops you can wander around in. I hope they never get rid of the Rocket Pop Sorbet

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!…read more I haven't been to Honeymee for sooo long but I used to go and love it in LA koreatown and Sawtelle. My friend and I noticed things have changed much with Melo Melo, so we walked acrossed the street and were deciding between HeyTea and Honeymee, but we were SO GLAD we went with Honeymee to sit inside at the cute table. The lady(owner?) was so sweet and of course, my OG Honeymee was sooo GOOD. My friend's yuju drink was so refreshing and yummy, too. Honeymee will be one of my very few best dessert spots and I won't forget to come back often.

They also have some items on the menu that other Honeymee's don't have. The employees here are also usually friendlier than some of the other locations. However, if you don't want to talk to anyone while ordering, a kiosk is available. Personally, my favorite item is the Sweetie, which has true milk ice cream drizzled with honey. The Honeymee -- true milk ice cream with honeycomb -- is also pretty good if you're into honeycombs. My bf's favorite is the Dear Caramel, which has a caramel drizzle topped with what is reminiscent of dalgona coffee bits. The milkshakes here are also a solid choice. While I'm still sad that my favorite and closest Honeymee location in Garden Grove closed a couple of years ago, the Irvine location is pretty reliable in terms of consistency and service.

The line wasn't too bad - since we were figuring out our strategy of which flavors to try and which flavors each of us wanted to get. There was at least 2 guys servicing us so they were pretty efficient. My friend and I both got the quad scoops, which him getting Pink Rose, White Rose, Pomegranate, & Date, while I got Cucumber, Faloodeh, Jasmine, & Saffron with Pistachio. They were incredibly generous with their scoops, the ice cream itself is the most amazing thing ever!!! All of the very unique and delicious flavor options, and the unique texture and taste of the Persian ice cream was absolutely delicious. We were just bummed out that we couldn't finish our ice creams (we shared and did our best, but absolutely could not). So we asked for a lid and attempted to bring it home, but it unfortunately spilled. Oh well, we definitely got our money's worth of the ice cream and had an incredible time here. Plaza itself was nice. Staff was great - customer service was good. 100% highly recommend and I'll definitely be back!!!

However, I was still more than happy to check them out when my gf suggested coming here. All of their hype and praise was certainly a big reason why, as well as me wanting to see what Persian ice cream tastes like, but, quite simply, how could I ever say "no" to trying a new ice cream shop? Especially to cap off such a warm evening out! While I can't say how this location compares to their spot in LA, I liked how low-key and unassuming this place felt. Past the counter/register, there's a small amount of seating to the back, but there's also a bunch of seats and tables right out in front. More importantly, though, their display case of ice cream is chock full of enticing options. Inspired by ingredients and flavors from around the world, Saffron Rose's roster of flavors is quite diverse. What's more, from their Mango and French Espresso to their Saffron & Pistachio and Passionfruit, they all looked equal parts unique and delicious! -- FRENCH ESPRESSO While it may not have been quite as amazing as I had hoped, this was still pretty good. Although I wish the taste of the espresso had been more robust, it still had a decent coffee flavor to it that I really liked. -- PASSIONFRUIT I got this mostly because I wanted something a bit tart and citric to balance the French Espresso and it did the trick. The passionfruit was refreshing and I liked that the taste of it wasn't overly acidic. -- SAFFRON WITH PISTACHIO Presumably their namesake flavor? Either way, this may not have been my favorite flavor, but it wasn't bad. The taste of saffron was decently strong and I liked how the pistachios in this added some texture. -- MANGO Of all of the flavors I've tried, this is easily my favorite. Not only did it feel rather refreshing (especially on such a warm night), but it also had a surprisingly strong taste of mango to it. -- POMEGRANATE Unfortunately, this was pretty disappointing. Much like when I got the passionfruit flavor, I wanted something fruity and light to offset the pistachio, but this was a little bit sharp and acidic for my liking. -- GREEN PISTACHIO I love pistachios, so I had some high hopes for this one, but it missed the mark for me. For whatever reason, the taste of pistachios didn't come across as well as it did with the other flavors and the chunks of pistachios felt surprisingly soft. -- PINK ROSE My least favorite of the bunch, but, to be fair, I'm also just not a fan of floral flavors and the rose water showed up most prominently in this one. Even though the first couple of bites were okay, the taste of the rose was too much for me after that. Regardless of the flavor, one thing I noticed about Saffron Rose's ice cream is that they're somewhat similar to gelato, but with a slightly gummier texture to them. What's more, all of the ice cream is made with rose water, which, as mentioned, I'm not a huge fan of, though it was pretty subtle in all of them except the Pink Rose. Also, I didn't care for the wafers they give you either. While I appreciate that they can complement the ice cream well (they resembled those classic cake ice cream cones), the wafers had more of a soft, semi-stale texture rather than a crisp one (unless that's they way they're supposed to be). All and all, considering how they're one of the only Persian ice cream joints around, Saffron Rose is by no means bad in any way. At the very least, their ice cream is certainly unique and even better than some of the gelatos I've had. However, as someone who prefers a more classic, creamy scoop of ice cream, I think Saffron Rose is just okay. My gf, on the other hand, is definitely a fan, so I'm sure more scoops of their Mango and French Espresso will be in my future the next time we visit when we're back in town again! THREE AND A HALF STARS rounded down.
