This speaks volumes when owner/mgr comes by and takes their time speaking with me as well as getting feedback. I'm headed back there again today and have already told several friends about it. Veggies were good & crispy and rice was the way I like it (the veggies and rice provided a small amount of moisture I think as the saving grace). But the beef was very dry and the soy/garlic sauce showed up most in the color of the top of the rice. I may try this place again if I am in a pinch and if I try other menu items.

As we were explained the menu and experience, my friend had requested if it was possible for her to not have green onions. The lady told her it was not possible. This is her dietary preference, which is fine, but it does make me wonder if somebody had an allergy or dietary restriction...would they not have made the accommodations? We were then 2 courses into our dining experience..the male server was about to seat a couple at the table next to us, until one of them asks if they could sit at the bar. The server obliged, and they were able to sit at the 2 bar tops that was open when we first arrived. When asked about this, the only response was "I don't know, I'm sorry." Also small in size for the price, didn't match the picture on the menu but was somewhat edible. I feel like Kroger sushi would have been a better option. The wait staff stayed polite even though our disappointment was practically radiating across the room. When asked, "How was your dinner?" we gave the safest answer possible: "It was okay." Oddly, no manager showed up to our table .. on a Friday night. On a positive note, they allow BYOB--which honestly feels like part of the business model.
