I hadn't visited Yonder in a minute but saw them promoting their new cereal latte on Instagram and knew I had to try it! This drink is made with Chobani cereal oat milk and topped with crushed cinnamon toast crunch which makes the perfect pairing. I've already come back two more times to order it again! I'm hoping Chobani doesn't discontinue the cereal oat milk that way this drink can become a permanent menu item. Fingers crossed! Besides their great seasonal drinks, Yonder is a beloved Northridge cafe for their abundance of seating, outlets, free wifi and attentive staff. For anyone who hasn't visited before, you'll be delighted by their private outdoor patio, which is both dog and student friendly. I myself have sat in on a few of my Zoom classes from Yonder's patio because their oasis is that relaxing and their wifi is that reliable. Although I'm not on a first name basis with any of the baristas, it's still always nice to see a familiar face when I walk in, and it's clear that Yonder has created their own community in the area by their abundance of after-hours events-- they're known for hosting a night market or two! The only thing to note about Yonder is that, while they do have a bathroom, you have to walk outside along the back end of the other businesses to reach it. It's a bit of a trek (and maybe confusing if you've never been there before), but everything else that Yonder offers makes it worth it. read more

They had a seasonal menu that mentioned ube cold foam which could be added to any drink, so I ordered this with a cold brew and it was DELICIOUS!! I love that they have a patio, but other than that... It's not for me. My iced mocha tasted like watered down chocolate milk. The coffee cake tasted weirdly like carrot cake. We were invited to order online since we were seated at the patio, and we did; only to find out that the online menu is not the same as the menu inside. It lacked the seasonal drinks and the pastries. They only had two pastries on the website, which were out of stock, but when we went inside to take a look around, there were more pastries available, and the seasonal drinks were on a sign at the register. Great coffee spot in the valley. Love their seating indoors and outdoors. Ada is so amazing, super friendly, understanding and very personable. She makes me feel welcome every single time and it's nice to have warm welcome. I have been coming here a lot more recently and I love their coffee. Pros-they are open late than normal coffee shops Nice and Clean Good Coffee Great service If you dine in they serve you coffee in mugs compared to to go cups which I love. I want that personal touch. They have stamp cards Reasonably priced Cons-closed Sunday but they need to rest too. :) All in all great coffee shop and great addition to the Valley. I found this coffee shop in Northridge area by searching on Yelp. It was a little bit hard to find because there is no sign. It is right at the corner next to a barbershop. This place is cute. It has inside seats and out door seats with many cool plants and a big fire place in the back. I got an ice Cappuccino and blueberry scone as a snack. Blueberry scone was delicious. It had clear icing coated. I thought it would be very sweet but surprisingly it wasn't too sweet the inside texture was good..soft and dense. This is the type of scone that's a bit more cake like. Coffee was good. Medium roast....but honestly....pretty strong. Got my heart beating...lol. There is milk alternative. Employee was friendly! Big parking lot ! I came on a Saturday morning so it was really busy! There were only 2 people working. It took a while for them to take my order, but my drink came out fast! I'm not even mad that I had to wait because they were working hard! I would hope they have more help during the week and upcoming Saturdays. The inside of the coffee shop is cute decorated with plants and merchandise, along with a patio that is dog friendly. They sell pressed juicery juices inside also. I got the agave love, which is a a cold brew shaken with agave and Topped off with milk. I chose oat milk for the creamy texture in my coffee. Been here a couple times and just never left a review. Went back yesterday and as always had a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and the vibe is cozy. I'm basic so I love their hot matcha but they have plenty of tastey drinks like the campfire latte and ube cold foam. Pastries are good too, I like the banana bread. This is a great place to just chill or get work done inside or in the outside patio now that it's not unbearably hot lol. read more

The coffee is pretty good. I prefer the vanilla latte over the Agave Love, but I'm not surprised considering the latte is my go-to. This place was a little hard to find because of the lack of signage, but it's in the corner of the plaza. A true, hidden gem. I love that they have both outdoor and indoor seating - I believe they have heat lamps outdoors, but don't quote me. We got their Oat Latte and banana bread. DELICIOUS. An amazing hidden gem in the valley! Outdoor seating is surrounded by plants and even has outlets! Seating inside as well is comfortable and has outlets too. The Ube Cold Foam latte is . I've tried variations with the milk. Oatmilk is the best (creamier but also more sugar). Whole milk and almond milk taste about the same to me. This drink should be a Permanent flavor! Yum! I would go everyday if i wasn't trying to watch my sugar. read more

Yonder is a fairly small coffee shop tucked away in a corner of a strip mall. They have good coffee, pastries, and a nice aesthetic, which explains their popularity. So far I tried their lavender latte and autumn latte and they were both delicious. Prices are around $5~$6 for a medium (think they only offer one size) which seems to be the norm these days. I didn't realize they had a stamp card, so make sure to ask for one of those if you plan on coming back! You can ask for your coffee in a ceramic cup if you plan on staying which I recommend on doing. It's not a real coffee shop without those! I love their patio space, although there was a mosquito the last time I went so be on the lookout for them. Parking is easy as it shares a huge lot with other businesses. The only downside is that their restroom is located in the back, accessible by going around the building, which is slightly inconvenient. Overall, I really like yonder coffee and plan on coming back.
