I was expecting a lot from this place. My cousin brought us pizza from here raving that it was good, but the first sign that it was a miss was that they got the order wrong. Also asked for wings and they forgot the wings. Pizza was okay and the calzone was ok too. Didn't really like the crust. The sauce was good. I just called to order a Giant size pizza at 7:05pm. The employee who answered the phone answered saying pizza, salad and wings are available for pick up. I asked to order the giant pizza since it was still pizza. However, the employee said only the traditional NY pizza was available and the largest size was XL. I get it, the giant size takes a while to make and it's an hour to closing. Tip: the employee said that they stop taking orders for the giant size pizza at 7pm. Hands down the BEST pizza place in the area! I'm no pizza or Italian pizza expert but if I were to visit Italy, I'd imagine pizza to taste like those made here. To be honest though, I haven't tried all the other pizzeria's in town but Your Pizza Stop has ranked the best in our family when compared to a couple others we have tried. We absolutely love a cheesy and delicious pizza and we ordered from your pizza spot when we want a hearty and authentic pizza. We ordered a pizza last week and got caught up doing a house project and lost track of time. The restaurant called me to tell me my order was ready and very politely let me know they were closing soon. I rushed out the door and worried I might not make it on time and she was so understanding and waited for me a few minutes after close time with a warm pizza that she kept in the warmer for me. I like to give credit where credit is due new to Perris and seems like we had a lock down regular pizza spot in Nuevo called Marcelo's until we realized the second time going back that it's unsanitary u have employs using the register touching money with open wounds then going straight back to cook the pizza without washing hands . I don't want to leave too bad of a review because their food is good and delicious. But after returning to Menifee after 5 years living in a different city this was the first pizza Place I called. No big deal that they were an extra 40 minutes for pickup time but they kept saying well that's what the delivery ticket said when she told me 30 minutes over the phone. Took an extra 40 minutes all together about an hour and 10 minutes. Then when I got home I had barbecue sauce not buffalo sauce on my wings never ordered that in my life all three people around me when I ordered it on speakerphone heard me say buffalo sauce. Again the lady argued with me saying over and over over that's what the ticket says. She offered to remake them for me but it's not worth my time and money to leave and go all the way back to the pizza store to get some buffalo wings for my kids. I can't believe I never knew this pizza spot is so close to me. It's so good! My family wanted deep dish pizza, so bad. We ordered a Chicago style pizza, Sicilian pizza, pizza bread, jalapeño cheese bread, a calzone, and wings. Nothing was a disappointment and you can't beat the price. Delicious. They don't skimp on toppings and for the Chicago style the toppings went all the way to the crust. I didn't get to take a picture of the jalapeño cheese bread because it was devoured so quickly. Nice people but there is absolutely nothing "New York style" about their New York style pizza. Gonna revisit the menu next time out(they have several options that look interesting ) but they really should remove that tag from their NY style pizza and just call them "regular slices and pies" because they were basically thin crust Mountain Mikes. Not bad but your basic Cali pizza w no hints of any of the NY tristate flavor unfortunately. Looked for a place that served deep dish pizzas near the Menifee area and this popped up. My family never had deep dish pizzas or calzones before, so I ordered some. Online ordering was straightforward and easy. They gave me an estimated pickup time. The only thing I'd recommend as well is to have some notification when the order is complete and ready for pickup. We've tried this place a couple of times before but the last 2 times were not great at all. We thought that maybe the last time they were having an off day but today was worse. We decided to try the deep dish and for the price I was expecting it to be amazing! $28 for this pizza and it was thick flavorless dough that was not cooked thoroughly, literally made my stomach hurt. The cheese and sauce were scarce! We also decided to get wings and asked for them well done and we had to come home and put them in the air fryer since they were practically raw. My husband found this place one evening after our girls finished their gymnastics in the same shopping center. It's located behind Vons. This place is small and the employees are always nice. They take phone orders, which is what we do so we avoid waiting for the goodness. It's basically pizza to go, but makes for an awesome family dinner at home. This is great pizza! We usually buy pepperoni pizza and garlic cheese bread and it's delicious! The pizza is always consistently cooked where is melts in your mouth. They don't skimp on the cheese or the pepperonis, which is why it's a bit greasy, but it doesn't take away from the amazing taste. 2 large pizzas and the garlic cheese bread cost about $35. read more

I called for a pick up order. A Chicago and a Hawaiian. Only request was to go to the edge with sauce and cheese on the Hawaiian. Was quoted 30-45 minutes. I arrived in just over 20 minutes and our food was ready. If i arrive at the 45 minute quote our food would have been sitting for almost half an hour. That's not very fresh, That why we pick up our own food. The place smelled amazing and we could I't wait to get back for pizza. The Chicago looked great but the sauce on top was almost dry. I'm use to being able to dip the crust in the sauce on top for some bread action but that didn't happen. It had a very good. The the Hawaiian is a different story. Topping looked great but when we took a bit it was dry. No sauce. I open the slice to see if they used a garlic butter or a white sauce or even a herbed ricotta. Nothing, What we did see way a slight pink color on the crust and the i realized they used a pastry brush or just the back of a spoon to "sauce the pizza". I call back. When I said I have an issue the wonder full mod of being called hun from her on the phone completely changed. She asked if we could bring it back but I said we we in for the night and really didn't want this to go one for another hour to go and comeback. I said would it be possible for some king of credit because we paid with a card. The lady, maybe her mother was in the back listening to our entire conversation. She then joined in and said that I first must send a picture of their pizza to their personal phone. I said great. It will be there in moments. I to the pick then immediately hit redial. The lady answered and said that it looks to here the "could have been sauce on there". I said mam these no tomato taste, it's a light pink. She then offer to give us a 25% discount one the one pizza. I said thank you that's cool. Then she add that I would never again be comped or discounted any food in the future. Where did this attitude come from. I told her we are travelers and would probably never be acknowledged in this immediate area. She then piped up them maybe I rethink that discount. I repeated back to her what she just said and she said yes and hung up on me. 50 years of In food service has been my life. We love supporting local placed and hate chains. I must say they both turned into total bit€he's when a customer called with a concern. I know food cost it very hard to attaint but don't compromise your products quality. out two pies cody $44.00 that's not cheap. But they are cutting corners and got called out, very politely and these "broads" went East coast nasty in their tone immediately. If these are the owners I very disappointed in how they deal with a simply food issue. I wish I had brought it back to them in person. If they spoke to my face the way they spoke to me on the phone, Those pizzas would have been smeared all omer their cash register and windows. You customer service it total bullshit. I have a business down the street from this pizza place and most of the food around here you have to go to Newport to get. I stopped in a few weeks ago to get a pepperoni pizza and the food was so fresh and delicious I was so happy I found this place. The customer service was outstanding the girl at that the front remembered me, was so kind and helpful! I've been in customer service for years and she made me feel so welcomed. Stopped by today to get a Greek salad and I'm impressed.
