Service great! Three out of our 4 dishes didn't meet expectations and 2 were awful. Ambiance disappoints. Poor location. It's really difficult to mess up a cheeseburger (but they managed it with both the bun and meat) and you shouldn't have to cut seared scallops with a knife. They seemed raw. Cauliflower overcooked. Even the pretzel was burned in one area! Beers and cocktails were good. It's a brewery after all but it was weird they were served in plastic. DH actually spilled a little on his shirt since he was expecting glass weight. The manager apparently has a policy to not make substitutions for sides but when I mentioned a neuro sensitivity, they conceded. We were emailed to wear business casual for our "reservation" but found others wearing flip flops, t-shirts, yoga pants and sports' jerseys, etc. We made our reservation for Al fresco and the outdoor area looked very nice but we were denied our request. The food was very good we had the lobster fries, pierogis and a burger. I was surprised that they were not serving Yuengling in the bottle but the beer was fresh and delicious. Our server was very good and had great suggestions and was attentive. My only issue is that Yuengling has added a Service Charge to the check of 18%, this gratuity goes to all of the employees working not just severs, it is like they are offloading some of their back of the house employee cost onto the front of the house severs. ANYWAY to show your appreciation to your server you must do so in cash...otherwise it goes to dishwasher. read more

No bueno! I wish I could give a zero rating. We went as a family to give this restaurant a try. We took my elderly parents and used their handicap tag but the handicap parking is further from the door than regular parking...it didn't make any sense. Once we were seated everything seemed fine but it quickly went downhill. It took a really long time to get our food, we barely saw our waitress and once we did we had to request for her to pick up the plates we were done with. We had to request for drinks multiple times and even though I requested for a drink refill...it never came. Since we were a party of 7 18% gratuity was automatically taken out and I believe that made for our horrible service. Little did our waitress know that we would've given more had we seen her more throughout our visit-we don't mind rewarding good service! The conch fritters were practically burnt, the best item we had for our starters was the Lebanon salami. The pretzel was hard as a rock and it didn't really taste like a pretzel-it was the weirdest thing. We received burgers that were extra well done, an overcooked skirt steak, the pierogies were trash...frozen pierogies from the grocery store taste way better, the crispy fish banh mi had nothing crispy about it except the hard ass bread it came in. The open faced chicken fasnacht was completely missing the Nashville spice with waaaayyy too much gravy. The kids menu chicken strips were decent. The best food item we had came from the ice cream food truck parked in an open outside area. We spent over $250 here and two people from our party of 7 we're not able to even eat their entrees. Oh-and SN the toilets are super low to the ground...lol. Will NEVER go back! We are Tampa, Fl residents...we're locals but I repeat...WE WILL NEVERRRRR GO BACK! read more

Went here tonight for my wife's birthday. We had a larger party of 12. When I called to make reservations the lady that answered was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly! When we got there tonight our table was already ready and sat right away. Apps and kids food came out fast and were great! Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Atmosphere was nice and open. We've gone there many times and the food is always on point-great flavor and always hot and fresh. The food is reasonably priced with nice portions, I usually end up taking half of mine home. They do only serve Yuengling beers, but thankfully they have a lot of different types. Also, they serve wine and "mocktails" made with their beers. The atmosphere has an industrial feel, TVs for watching sports and just an all around good vibe. The outside area is huge!! They have designated areas for bocci ball, shuffleboard, corn hole and a large turfed area for kids to play. Mayday Ice Cream also has a presence with their Airstream food truck set up on the premises. Aside from the good food and nice atmosphere, the service has always been great, from the hostesses, waiters, food runners and bartenders Yuengling has a great group of people working for them! read more

We had a table of 14 people and had a great evening. Service was excellent. For dinner I ordered the lettuce wedge with a chicken breast. Great poppy seed dressing! Having a deviled egg on salad was a nice touch. I found this place on yelp after a round of golf and I'm glad I did. The staff was great and welcoming. I had a burger and fries, it was served hot and at the temperature I ordered. The inside is absolutely cavernous with that upscale sports bar vibe. My friend and I predict that this place will become USF Football Mecca! Of course they specialize in all things Yuengling beer (my favorite). Definitely worth a visit! read more

This is a great venue, but the food is a huge disappointment. We have ordered food here twice. The first time I had the turkey club which uses a turkey cutlet. The texture was rubbery and very unappealing. This last visit we ordered two appetizers. The pretzel on the Nosh plate was cold and frankly seemed stale. The chicken wings, which are actually chicken legs, were soggy, like they were cooked ahead and then just sat in the sauce. I give them credit for offering different takes on typical bar food, but they just aren't pulling it off. The service was fine and the space is great, but the food needs work. read more

Although this place opened a week ago yet has been discovered when it comes to this place . What is the purpose ? What's the goal . Walking in it's a huge laminated brewery with a lot of free space . Yet at the front desk an "open table" isn't available till 8:15 pm yet they close at 11pm . A lot to be desired for this place but so many unanswered questions you tend to ask yourself . We found a place at the bar, plenty of seating which is great . So many people on so bartenders/servers trying to hustle to find something to do . I get maybe because it just opened but it wasn't popping for A Friday night. Nonetheless watch a bartender open new (plastic) glasses in the 1st bar area stacked accordingly with the other plastic glasses from a box ?! Usually you send those through dish first . Unsanitary to say the least I was shocked . I get the whole plastic glass thing, however I prefer my beer in a cold glass , it just taste so much more refreshing came the need for more . Which should be the ends goal . It just begs the question of what's going on here and why isn't it performing the way it should, especially in the tampa area . Honestly as wrapping this up. I don't know if I'll be back . I was looking forward to it but it's lacking in sense of atmosphere and the way they deliver yuengling as a whole . Enjoyed the Noah for two. Chicken wings brined and fries are not a good combination. Didn't expect a fried drumstick for a wing dish. Served with watery ranch dressing. Veggie Caesar was a great concept however far too much anchovies used in the dressing recipe. Burger patty is thin? Nice fries but under cooked. Beer is great. My wife like the Smoked Jerk chicken. Let start with the food . We had and party of six 80% of the food was cold. Someone at the table order the scallops dinner and only 4 was only the plate when looking at the pictures we saw six scallops. We ask the server how many came to the plate she told us she told us that six came to a plate, but there was only for the food was very cold. Daughter-in-law had eaten. Her whole meal was before her side order came out of mac & cheese.. ordered two kids meal. The kids do not enjoyed it. All the kids did not like the hot hot dog which I don't know what kind of get a Brotz and then the hamburger was horrible. The drinks were good will come back and may be a year. They are not ready to have customers at this restaurant right now when it comes to food consumption. read more

Food is decent, not great but the beer is good. Unfortunately the service was poor. We had to ask someone to find our server 3 times. One meal came out incorrect and was taken away and after 10 minutes we had to ask someone ( our server was nowhere to be found) where the replacement meal was. Absolutely overpriced. They charge more for a yuengling beer than anywhere I have been in Tampa and they only had to transport about 50 yards from a tank. The hype will fade. You are better off going to any local other local brewer. read more

The food was not good. Service was slow. I could not order a Yuengling Oktoberfest beer as they were not allowed to sell it before September 15th even though it has been in grocery stores for weeks. I ordered a cheese burger and fries. The burger bun was bun was soggy and fell apart as I was attempting to eat it, Same as my wife's burger. I cut it in half to begin with and it just falls apart. You have soggy bun crap all over your fingers. The fries were cold and there was an inordinate amount of them. I ate with people I never met before and I was embarrassed having to eat this crap burger making a mess in front of people I just met. I had 4 bites of the slop burger and a few cold fries and just wanted my plate to be gone. I finally took my plate of slop and took it to where they had dirty plates to get rid of this embarrassment. I was going to buy a t shirt on my way out but didn't because of this fiasco. I also left hungry. Screw this place. I'll never go back again. read more

This is our second time. The venue itself is beautiful. The service is TERRIBLE. We arrived at 3:30 on a Saturday, and half of the venue was empty. We put our name on the list and waited 50 min. We set it for 4 adults and 2 children. When our table was ready, it was a high top (not possible with young children). They told us we would have to wait until a party cancelled or didn't show. Which is no guarantee of sitting at all. We mentioned it multiple times and finally the new host got the manager. The manager, Stone, came to us and said that we should've made a reservation, so basically it's our problem. Even though we've waited for an hour at this point! They then sat us by putting tables together from the waiting area, which have been open since we arrived. Not even even the full dining area. I'm floored at the audacity to blame the patron, instead of holding the hostess accountable and not offering compensation. Totally an awful experience, and we would share with our friends and family, but now we will warn them. And for a venue with PLENTY of money to pay more bar tenders and servers. read more

We went about a week after they opened. Line to check in was longer than it should have been and seemed very disorganized. There should be a better way. We did have reservations but they were really not needed. The place was not very busy. Our Server was great. She knew about the menu and was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately the food was not that great. Burger seemed like it was a couple frozen patties without much flavor. Pimento cheese didnt even taste like pimento cheese. Fries were cold and undercooked. Tostada was actually very good as was the Mac and cheese IMO. Scalops were under cooked. Beer was good but served in a plastic mug. Really?? And they do not offer a flight! Imagine a brewery that does NOT offer a flight! One more thing, apparently the 18% added to your bill does not all go to employees. 25% of that goes to Yuengling!!!! That is not communicated on the menu, which states that all of it gets divided among the employees. I would like a response from management asking if this is true or not. If it is true, state it on the menu. Personally, i think that is 100% wrong. If management takes 25%, employees only get about 13% if i figured it correctly. All in all, the three stars are mainly for our server, the beer and the facility itself, which is very nice. read more

Visited over the weekend and wanted to share a few takeaways. First the atmosphere and venue were impressive, wide open spread out dining and outside ares that can host quite the gathering. The newness showed with server and check in as somewhat expected so some growing pains. We were a little surprised that some beer was not available, thinking that isn't the brewery right there? Menu in my opinion is a bit confusing and attempting to be something unexpected. The appetizers did deliver, Oysters Rockefeller and pierogies were small but quite good. Mixed reviews on entrees as the skirt steak was extremely overcooked and the burgers were trying to be a bit too fancy, herb whipped ricotta? Lager mustard pimento and mango mustard? There was no standard pub style burger and seemed to confuse staff when asked if we could remove a topping. Also worthy to note that the 18% gratuity is included which didn't bother me but prefer to tip accordingly although never stiff a server. Large bar with TVs would make this a nice place to have a beer etc but no other alcohol available. It may be worthy of a second visit once the dust settles a bit. read more
