    Vietnamese coffee

Their pho broth is so good! I've visited their location in LA and am so glad there are closer ones in OC. We also got their last Viet coffee as well. For apps, we shared the eggrolls. They were nice and crispy. Their shaking beef is also very flavorful and tender and comes with a side of broth as well.

Vietnamese restaurant in Westminster serving lots of delicious dishes! My friends and I shared a variety of dishes: - Flaming Wagyu: Tender and delicious. The flame show was fun. The staff also asks you what cook preference you like on the wagyu before they torch it. I also liked the tangy dipping sauce it came with which added so much flavor. - Crispy Egg Roll: Crispy and tasty. They also came with lettuce wraps to wrap them in to provide extra crunch and freshness. - Pho Wagyu Oxtail: Tender oxtail meat and tasty broth. You also can choose between thin and thick noodles. - Wagyu Beef Stew: Highly recommend getting the crispy bread to dip in the rich broth. The wagyu beef was nice and tender as well. - Wagyu Fried Rice: One of my favorite dishes here. Flavorful and full of wagyu beef. Comes with pho broth as well. - Shaken Beef: Loved the sweet beef pieces. Also came with pho broth which was nice. - Lychee and Passionfruit Teas: Sweet and refreshing. The staff here was very friendly and attentive. The interior is nice, great for groups and sharing dishes. For parking, they have a big and free lot out in front.

The pho here is FIRE! I got the rare steak and omg it was so tender. Like the melt-in-your-mouth type. The service was awesome: my server Huy was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The vibe is great, with upbeat music and plenty of tables, including a bar-like area. Can't wait to return!

I was very excited to try out this pho place and really liking it. We came around 11:15 AM and were quickly seated. Service was good and pretty fast. I got the pho with rare steak, regular size. The meat was really good, a little fatty here and there, and broth was flavorful. It definitely hit the spot. I do wish the portions were bigger but other than that, very good!

Heard so much about this All-Wagyu Pho spot and finally got a chance to visit it. My wife and I ordered the steak and shrimp egg-roll appetizer and a Rare Steak Pho large bowl each. Our kids were offered a complimentary kids pho each, which is incredibly thoughtful . Any kids that are ages 5 and below, get a free kids bowl of pho. Much respect to this establishment for doing that! The appetizer came with 4 egg rolls and they were very delicious. They were crispy on the outside and extremely tender and juicy on the inside. The ground wagyu beef definitely tasted the part, inside of the egg rolls. Then came the rare steak large bowls of pho. The broth looked and tasted very clean, without any bone pieces or residue and the broth didn't taste overly salty. You could tell that it's high quality and I was told by the waiter that they prepare it for more than 24 hours and sometimes for more than 30 hours. Our pho came with the thin noodles that we chose and with a generous portion of wagyu steak pieces. I must say that it's the tenderest, juiciest, yummiest pho steak that I've had. This wagyu steak really does stand out from the many hundreds of other pho spots in LA that offer rare steak in their pho howls. To complete my pho bowl, I added Thai basil, jalapeno pieces and their version of sriracha and hoisin sauce. What I got was an incredibly delicious bowl of pho and that wagyu steak did make me crave for more, when I get home. The place itself has a spacious, modern design, with 15 some tables for dining in and a huge plaza that Redbo is on has plenty of parking. The customer service was very friendly and welcoming and left my whole family satisfied. Would definitely come back here again!

Amazing food! Not sure if I am super hungry... Beef is tender and thin noodle is chewy. Love it.

We were super grateful for their accommodation for our large party of 25, without a reservation ahead of time. Luckily, the restaurant was at half-capacity at about 11am on a Saturday morning. The pho is always super fragrant, a rich broth with tender rare steak that melts in your mouth! I would say the bowl is kinda pricey but every once in a while, it hits the spot! For our size party, I was very content with the food still coming out about 20-25 minutes after ordering. The waiting staff handled the large party split up into three tables as best as they could given the large demands of all the bowls to be served.

I've been to all three of their locations and love that everything has been so consistent in the quality, flavor, and service. Our favorites have to be the Oho Combo and Wagyu Beef Stew, soooo good. This was perfect for a week night dinner. They have lots of indoor seating and a big parking lot. ig: @cravingswithcat

This restaurant is hands down the undisputed best pho spot in all of Orange County. Tonight I drove 40 minutes just to have their divine wagyu rare steak pho that came out piping hot and tasted like a medley of flavors. What really sets Pho Redbo apart is their customer service. The gentleman helping me who I believe is the manager went above and beyond and made it so I write this review right after I finished eating. If you want the highest quality Vietnamese food with the best customer service to boot, come to Pho Redbo.

a tad bit expensive in terms of the pricing and idk if it was the best place to choose given the fact that we were in fountain valley (it was $20 for a regular pho). i liked how they had a hefty portion of meat inside the bowl and also offered thin or thick noodles. the broth was pretty flavorful on first sip so i didn't feel too inclined to add lime until towards the end of the meal. the truffle fries weren't a bad starter but was just something to satiate us. lychee tea can be a bit sweet but still very refreshing.

Was craving pho and this was the closest spot to me and decided to give it a try. This is definitely a much nicer spot, but giving Pho is not much of an upscale meal as it is, it's not giving the best place ever either. The "upscale" thing about it would definitely be the wagyu option, but other than that it's a typical Asian food spot. The broth was delicious but the choice of meat beside the wagyu wasn't the best I've had at other pho spots. The service was very friendly and good, but we were the only people in the place (we were there at a pretty early time on a Tuesday) so I can't speak on how it is when it is busy. It's pretty pricy even when big ordering the wagyu option so I wouldn't come back, only because I haven't ever felt the need to have a "wagyu pho". But I did enjoy my visit either way.

    Yahaira N.

So delicious flavorful and clean! The meat is sourced from great places so its high quality at affordable prices! Service is great and the environment is nice! All of the food is amazing! The stew is unlike anything i have ever had! The sandwich dipped in the broth is soooooo tasty! Everything we order has been good

Andy and staff took very well care of us, serving the following recommendations: Drinks: - Thai Tea - Passion Fruit Appetizer: - Crispy Eggrolls (Beef and Shrimp) - Flaming Wagyu (Halal) Mains: - Shaken Beef w/ Rice (Halal) - Pho w/ Wagyu A5 ===== Drinks: Thai Tea - tasted more light & not as densed as others I've had but it had a nice blend of tea and milk. Passion Fruit Tea - was very refreshing. Appetizers: Crispy Eggrolls - was served just right and not too hot for us to be able to eat right away. The shell was crispy indeed and not overly cooked. Flaming Wagyu - was cooked in front of us on a hot plate and small flame thrower. Came in about 8 pieces. Enough to get your appetite going. Mains: Shaken Beef w/ Rice - came with a small pho soup, some veggies, beef, and white rice. We put some of the soup onto the rice, before eating it together. Pho w/ Wagyu A5 - We chose to get the flat noodles. Came with a stove pot that will cook your meat and noodles more. ====== Everything was sooo amazing! Location was easy to find and aesthetically pleasing interior and presentations. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Would come back (=.

They have so many other options on the menu like chow fun, hainan chicken, and a ton of other noodle soup dishes. The last two times I came here was on a weekday during lunch so there was plenty of parking. However, I'm sure it gets packed on the weekend since it is located right next to the Asian Garden Mall. Long time diner, first time reviewer…read more I've always loved Grandpa's Kitchen, maybe because of the sweet name that makes me think of my own grandpa. They have one of the best egg noodle soups around. The broth is perfectly balanced and well seasoned, the egg noodle is well made, with generous toppings. The dry version of the egg noodle is equally delicious. You can't go wrong with either selection. I'm always surprised at their affordable prices. These days you can't really get a good bowl of noodle soup for under $18-$20. Here you can get a solid bowl for just $8 during happy hour! Whaaat?! Crazy! That is such a great price that I almost feel like I'm robbing them. LOL. During this recent visit, I wasn't too hungry so I just got a small bowl of wonton soup for just $7. It comes with 5 pieces of wontons. The only disappointing thing was that it doesn't come with one of my favorite toppings - tóc mỡ. It would've cost $2 to add it. I really wish they did include it. I also got some grilled pork skewers. Though a little soft, they were pretty delicious - nicely seasoned, flavorful, and make a great appetizer. I also love that they're open late - till 11PM!

The Grandpa's noodles was good (a dryer noodle), great portion, meat was tender, the radish cube looking things was crispy bits of pork skin. The menu is unique here and mostly in vietnamese. I think I had wished for some sauce to go with the noodles (but I understand its mostly with the soup on the side), good tightness of the meatballs :D... They have the classic condiments on the side, the pickled garlic isn't very crunchy and kind of on the sweet side, the pickled chili does have that slight acidic kick that works well. I modified my noodle to egg for a dollar. The soup was good, on the more umami soy/beef side than clear. The wontons were abundant too, instead of a chili oil the sauce is more like a tangy sweet chili vinegrette thing. My accompaniment got a garlic noodle soup (fried garlic oil) that was rich and also in a huge bowl. For the price and portion its a hidden gem for someone who needs to feed a family. Not like gourmet, but good enough! Omg, also I missed the corn milk :((
