I know it wasn't vinegar, but it did not taste good like Kung pow. The rice I had was a bit dry and kept falling off my fork. The server was not present 90% of my visit and only asked me one time if I needed a refill of water. The place was actually dirty. Especially the bathroom, which was ridiculous. I won't be back.
