Friendly, Family Owned, Food is Delish! After my Dr. appointment I happened into this little cafe thanks to a sign in the elevator. I was pleasantly surprised. This unassuming little shop had homemade soups, great prices and a very sweet gentleman at the counter. His love for what he does and pride in his service showed. The ultimate surprise was the bread that came with my salad. It had so much buttery flavor and was so tasty! Everything was good but those little bread loafs were amazing! You must visit! Unfortunately, I ate my food so fast I have no pics of it! read more

I grabbed a small vanilla latte, and a butter croissant. You have to go inside the Beverly Hills Vision Center through some clear doors. It's to the right. It's metered parking only. The coffee was good, they offer other food. As far as service the lady & the guy was nice. Fast service. read more

Yummy's breakfast hit the spot with incredible value for a good meal. When I went, it was not busy, so there was no line for the counter-service when ordering. I chose to dine-in sitting at one of the small tables, and the service was friendly and family-owned feel! The espresso was strong. The food was fresh and tasty. I had the California Omelet; the plate comes with a bright fruit salad and bread. I will go further - the food quality was exceptional. The prices are amazing too. NOTE: Level of Difficulty in finding the location: HARD Tricky find this hidden spot during my morning walk on Robertson in Beverly Hills. Nothing fancy looks like a side cafe. Almost no signage, except for the clue of the pharmacy on the corner; you will find Yummy's inside the lobby of Cedars-Sinai Medical building. read more

As this restaurant is in a medical office building, I would never expected the food and service to be exemplary. They have the best yogurt/berry parfait in town. The sandwiches are good not gourmet but very satisfying.I have seen going to this place for years and the owner/operator with his wife and son do a great job with service you rarely see these days. The ambiance is lacking as it has a few tables and chairs with a tv playing . The lack of ambiance is made up by the food and service. read more

My favorite place for lunch when I go to work. Yummys has the friendliest staff and the BEST SOUPS IN LA. Every soup I've had from there is SO good. Today I had their chicken pesto panini and it was another solid 10/10. Grateful to have them near me for good lunch! read more

Fantastic veggie omelette breakfast at this small easily missed place. It is a little ways inside the foyer of an office building so if you go don't worry that your GPS has steered you wrong. The family that runs this place are very kind and friendly people. Their food is excellent and prices are really reasonable for this area. Very clean and tidy. I highly recommend!!! read more

This place is a family owned, hidden gem. For the area and quality, the prices are very reasonable. There is not one thing I've tried here that I've disliked. In the mornings my go-tos are vanilla lattes, their veggie omelettes (soo good I love the home fried potatoes that come with it) or their yogurt parfaits. For lunch, I recommend their Mediterranean Combo, Tuna Salad Sandwich, or their Chicken Quesadilla. Overall, the price, quality, and portions are great and their service is even better. I stopped in after reading other reviews and was not disappointed. Surprisingly inexpensive especially for the area. I ordered a chicken pesto panini and Caesar salad. The sandwich was pretty big, I only ate half. That plus a drink was only $10. Very unsuspecting. It was terrific. Thanks!! read more

I have been going to Yummy's for years! Every time I have a Dr's visit, I look forward to getting something delicious on my way out. I haven't ever had a disappointing experience. The service is always friendly. The food is always fresh and the coffee is always strong. Those are three of my favorite attributes to a good place to eat. The prices are very reasonable as well. My favorite is the breakfast croissant with fruit salad and a large coffee. It's about $7.50 and worth every penny. read more

Great Caprese sandwich at a quaint restaurant next to the lobby of a doctor's office building. So far as I can tell, it's the only restaurant in the block. The panini bread is baked in-house and is super fresh, which put the sandwich over the top, together with the simple blend of mozzarella, tomato, basil, and balsamic vinaigrette. Superb service by the owner and his family! And inexpensive prices too. To Yelp: It's nearly impossible to find this place, even if you search "Yummy" and Beverly Hills, CA or Los Angeles, CA. This is not just a little medical building cafe. It's a small wonderful place to eat. The menu has a huge selection including fresh fruit smoothies and great muffins. The hot and cold sandwich selections are great. I love the food and the owners are amazing! read more

A lot of people have mentioned the owner in their reviews and rightfully so.... The guy is awesome haha . Upon walking in I was greeted and he was so exuberant and jovial the whole time. I got the breakfast croissant and chicken pesto sandwich. Everything was fresh and made in house, which to me shows the integrity of the food. The croissant was super tasty and cooked in a panini grill a first! It was buttery with perfectly cooked bacon inside 8.5/10 . The chicken pesto sandwich had awesome pesto which pretty much was the star of the sandwich as it was done exquisitely 8.5/10 lovely food and service read more

You can find everything you need from snacks, Breakfast and Lunch. This family has been in the restaurant business for 40 years and counting and at this location for 7 years .The owner is very open about his experience and confident. When I finally stopped by I ordered a Yummy's Breakfast Sandwich: turkey,eggs, avocado,cheese on sour dough bread. My sandwich was made perfectly. Along with my Breakfast Sandwich was a side of sweet ,fresh fruit which was also a plus. I'm happy I stopped by and had this nice experience. Amazing prices, not sure how they serve this quality for this great of a deal! I ordered a breakfast quesadilla, it has scrambled eggs, onions, tomatoes, chicken, salsa and sour cream with a side of season potatoes. Also got an iced cappuccino- they have a lot of iced coffee options. Very very good! Feels like a hidden, local bistro. Pastries look to be made in house and super fresh, lots of fresh fruit available too. Little hard to find, it's inside the office building. The hidden gem of Beverly Hills!! I go here almost every day to get coffee and lunch, and I can't recommend it enough. The food is great, I always get the turkey avocado sandwich or the tuna salad! It's always a good portion at a great price! It's conveniently located and the owners are so welcoming and nice. I work down the street and there aren't that many places available for a good lunch that isn't overly expensive or just not good. I usually get the pesto chicken panini with a side of pasta salad. If you're looking for something super quick, tasty, and fresh in the Beverly Hills area this is the place. Awesome little mom and pop cafe that's serving super fresh sandwiches and salads. I must say their potato salad is one of a kind, it's has no mayo at all just oil, cilantro, and herbs, definitely some of the best potato salad I've ever had. It's kind of hard to find being that it's tucked away in a business building off Robertson blvd. Only thing I would advise the owners of this cafe to correct is their hours of operation. I came here at about 3:25 and as soon as I entered they said they were closing in 5 minutes but they would still make any order to go. Their yelp hours say closed at 4pm but it doesn't seem like that's the case. Still giving this review 5 stars because of the quality of their food and the freshness in the ingredients. read more

Family owned, located inside of a medical building. This may not be the place you arrange to have all your bud's meet you at, but if you work in the area, or have an appointment in one of the many medical buildings nearby, this is a great option! It's basic sandwich fare for the most part, with available coffee and pastries. The service is excellent, as the husband and wife work as a team. If you are close by, you can even ask about delivery! On my visit, I had a Turkey sandwich and my associate had the Tuna. Our orders came quickly and correctly. I'm a soda junkie, so the cans vs fountain did not suit me, but as a business lunch on a busy day, nursing multiple refills was not going to be an option for me anyway. Overall, this place gets 5 stars for convenience and great service with tasty, basic food! Ps - you MUST try the pasta salad!!! read more

I had a doctor's appointment next door at Cedars vision center, my husband and I arrived about two and a half hours early, we were both hungry. We didn't know what to do because the parking is horrendous and it's so congested in the area we decided to park in Cedars parking lot and ask the parking attendants about a good place to eat. They all recommended Yummies Wow were happy that they did, this little place is immaculate the food is extremely fresh and tasty. They cut their fruits lettuce and all produce by hand, it's a couple and they work very well together. They keep everything clean and fresh, they bus the tables as soon as a guest leaves, they're constantly moving about replenishing and cleaning. Our order consisted of a Turkey Club sandwich which was served with either a Pasta Salad or Caesar Salad and we chose the Caesar Salad, it was so fresh and the dressing was delicious. We shared a sandwich it was so big that we decided to share it with a bag of chips, I had a vanilla latte and my husband chose a cranberry drink, much to our surprise this tiny little place located on the lobby level of the building was an excellent choice. Their menu is impressive not too much just enough to keep everything fresh and tasty I would certainly eat there again. I would recommend it to anyone that has any reason to be in the area and need a place to eat, while they're waiting for their vision service. My husband and I had a very long and friendly conversation with the owners, they were so kind and friendly and give you a warm and happy feeling. I think I found another HAPPY PLACE. The chicken Caesar wrap is a huge hit and i know the Gen Z's love this according to my younger sister lol. I feel like you can't go wrong here, always something for everyone. We've brought friends and family here over the years and we'll always continue to do so. The service is also super friendly . I love that they expanded to the side walk because the wait times used to be even crazier when it was just the patio . I remember sooo well. Love the expansion. I chose the vegemite caramel latte. If I'm trying somewhere new and that somewhere new is Australian, you have to go with vegemite. But I'll be honest, I didn't really know what vegemite is exactly, of course I've heard of it before, but what is it?, I still can't tell you. But the nice lady assured me that they make the syrup in house just using a little of the Vegemite and the drink just tastes like rich caramel. I got it with almond milk. It wasn't cheap... it rang up to over $8. But thankfully they don't charge for non-dairy milk. The portion seemed a little small for such a hefty price tag but given the latte's richness in flavor, it actually was just enough. Good stuff! Check it out.

Now, on to the cafe itself! Verve offers a variety of drinks along with pastries for sale, and they even hosted a cookbook popup during my recent visit. I usually get espresso-based drinks or their cold brew, and I've never been disappointed by the drink quality or the time it takes to prepare my beverages. There's ample seating both indoors and outdoors, and I could see why this would be a popular spot for reading or getting work on your laptop done.
