They offer some of the classic coffee and teas as well as speciality drinks. Furthermore, they have some delicious pasties from a famous bakery. PC's interior layout is very spacious with curated greek decor and abundance of natural light-thanks to its large windows. Atmosphere was very cozy as well as its chairs. I like that they have a piano and books and greek god marble statues. As a first time visitor, I ordered an Iced Apollo Latte and a warmed Chocolate Croissant. Both items, I truly enjoyed consuming like a demigod. Staff were affable and competent. Service was bloody spot on. Parking lot and street metered parking are available. It is slightly on the bitter side, but I like that it was not too acidic or sweet. 2. Rising Sun Matcha Latte (5/5) This is one of the best matcha drinks I've had outside my own home. You can taste the earthy matcha tones, along with nuttiness from the dark roast coffee, and slight sweetness from the dark chocolate. The counter is straight ahead and I was pleasantly surprised to see beer and wine available. I would have taken pictures as I waited for my order but didn't because of the excellent customer service! I am so used to baristas taking my order and have them focus on getting through the line. That is when I explore and take pictures around the restaurant. The four people behind the counter were so friendly and held a conversation with me as they worked on my order. One in particular, Daniel, had the best energy and was very sweet. I immediately love the vibes in the space. As for the honey lavender latte- it was delicious! It is just amount of floral and sweet and I can taste the coffee. It was a perfect drink for spring. I intend to come back with a friend so I can try their brunch menu.
