Yuzu is one of the best ramen in Beaverton! I love how unassuming the outside is which makes you feel like you've stumbled across gatekept gem. The chicken karaage is incredibly delicious with a crispy coating and tender inside. Their ramen broths are also very rich and smooth, but not heavy which I greatly enjoy.

You gotta come to Yuzu, in Beaverton, OR, for authentic Japanese classic food! Visiting from Vancouver, BC we have a lot of exceptional Japanese ramen restaurants and if Yuzu opened in Vancouver, they would do amazing! You might walk past Yuzu as there is no large sign on the exterior. Once you enter, the interior is so cozy and inviting. We shared Agedashi Tofu and we all ordered ramen. Hubby likes his spicy (Kokuni Ramen) and rest of us ordered mild Miso Ramen. I did ask for soba noodles (buckwheat) instead of egg noodles as it is good for my dietary restriction. Delicious and satisfying. We came the day before to make a reservation for next day (dinner). I believe it was the owner we talked to and we weren't sure if she remember us as as it didn't write it down. We were pleasant to see our table had a 'reserve' sign when were seated. Wonderful service!

Yuzu is one of beaverton institutions, a hidden gem. In fact, it could be challenging to find their shop as it simply marked "YUZU" on their entrance. It's been a while since I was there, so I was pleasantly surprised nothing really has changed. Knowing there were limited seatings , we called ahead to make a reservation and we were glad we did. Many drop in customers had to wait for 30 minutes or turned away, which could be a bummer. The food here is Japanese beer house style. You'll find some rice balls, grilled meat, and other common Japanese dishes such as Katsu and ramen here. We ordered some sake, grilled shishito peppers, the house ramen and katsu curry rice, and liked all of what we ordered. The ramen was rich and savory, with fall apart pork belly chunks. My boyfriend really enjoyed the smooth curry and crunchy pork katsu as well. It was fun to see what the chef was doing thru the open kitchen, and our servers were very friendly and attentive, which made our dining experience very enjoyable. Overall, we like this little gem in beaverton and will come back again.

Flavors were so rich and restaurant was very homey. I loved the ambiance of the place and customer service was excellent. Definitely will be a go to spot for me when I need to hit that ramen craving. Don't skip out on their pork belly. Absolutely mind blowing.

Hole in the wall restaurant that's worth the try! Long wait though so make sure you arrive early! Flavor was really good but they don't give much noodles.

Everything here is really delicious! The ramen is the best in town. The ambiance is cozy and comforting. All the dishes were very high quality as well. My only complaint is that the portion sizes are a bit small. It takes multiple dishes to get full.

Very cute place nestled in a small shopping center. The restaraunt gave family owned vibes and was very chill and homey. The ramen was so great. Not too heavy and refreshing yet filling. Had a lot of great flavor. Service was quick tooo! Will come here again

This place was recommended by a friend and since we were in the area, we decided to give it a try. It was small but cozy place and the staff were very nice. This ramen broth was very flavorful and light. It was delicious but not oily, or overly rich to the point of overpowering the dish. It was beautifully balanced and the pork was very tender. I would definitely come here again.

One of my favorite ramen places to go to in town. The exterior is very subtle, and you may miss it. They have done some small upgrades over the years. The interior is nice and cozy. I had the Kakuni Ramen this time and shared a bowl of gyu-don. The ramen was perfect! The broth was rich and full of great flavors. The gyu-don was a perfect complement to the ramen.

Inside is clean, bright but impersonal and generic. Maybe they just haven't had the time to put their stamp on it yet. The upsides - there is table service now and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I've ordered their Country Fried Steak with scrambled eggs multiple times now. Still a very good steak and sausage gravy. Either the steak breading of the sausage gravy was maybe a touch more salty than usual. The eggs were disappointing- scrambled eggs should be fluffy due to constantly stirring over low heat in a pan - and previously they always had been. This time they were a overcooked dense, dry puck, It was as if the egg mixture was poured out on the flattop, left and flipped once. Still eatable with hot sauce. Over all - they did hit a ball, but definitely no home run. It's unlikely that I'll be back.

My breakfast partner had the veggie hash which was enjoyed very much. I had the Truckstop breakfast with 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, veggie sausage (comes with your choice of protein), and a cat's head biscuit (that's what we called giant biscuits in the South). The cook prepared the scrambled eggs perfectly - I order eggs "scrambled, soft" but don't always come out that way, but they were expertly on target here. The breakfast potatoes were glorious- a generous serving of perfectly seasoned, fluffy soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, two pieces of tasty vegan sausage, and the biscuit had been sliced and heated on the stove and came with butter and what I suspect might have been housemade berry jam. I am fussy about pancakes and didn't see anyone else with them on their plates (as I rubbernecked around the room to see what people were eating) but I think I'll try one next time, now that I know what an exceptionally good job they did with everything on this first visit. There is only neighborhood street parking, FYI. There's only a handful of tables inside (and a couple outside) but the space is nice and cozy. They have both plants and art on the walls for sale. Their menu offers a number of options for both drinks and food. I had a mango mimosa (one of the best mimosas I've had in some time) to drink, and a pancake and the vegetable hash to eat. The pancake was wonderful. The hash was a great mix of veggies and the most perfect poached eggs on top. It was served with a small spring mix salad. My complaint with all the food was that it was just ok. While prepared well, it all lacked flavor. Nothing seasoned or stood out as a great dish. The service was fantastic. A small staff, but they all were doing everything and I believe everyone touched our table throughout our dining experience. I'd go back, but it wouldn't be at the top of my list to revisit.

Biscuits Cafe is definitely the best breakfast we've had in a long while. We needed a new place for gluten free breakfast since iHop stopped serving gluten free pancakes. The kitchen is out in the open to watch them cook the food and they even have a dedicated biscuit warmer. The biscuits were the best I've ever had! Flaky and melt in your mouth, especially with the fresh jam and whipped butter! They played good music and the staff was super friendly and immediately sat us. Our server was Jose A. B, he gave me his opinion between two menu options and I went with the Hash and Eggs. The red potatoes were seasoned great. It was a bit expensive for two at $54.76 but we tipped 25% on-top of it due to the level of service. The price makes sense due to the speed and taste of the food and the friendliness of the staff.
