IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A NAIL SALON, THIS IS THE ONE. Okay I love this place. I've been to many nail salons in Vegas, none of them had everything I was looking for. Walking in, I loved the atmosphere. It was very modern & it was very clean. I did end up waiting for about 30 minutes, but I did walk in when all the technicians were busy. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind. I noticed how family oriented these owners are. It seemed as if all the workers were related & they had their kids running around. Family businesses seem to be more welcoming & every one was extremely friendly. I was given water & a snack. One of the owners went to grab pizza & came in offering some to absolutely everyone. It was very kind. Not many people are like that anymore. You can tell these owners are absolutely genuine. I felt very comfortable being there, which was awesome because most places have made me feel very uncomfortable, by completely ignoring me. My nails came out sooo good. I got a gel manicure, which I haven't gotten one in months. So watching my technician clean my cuticles was sooooo satisfying. He was quick but he did a great job. The gel doesn't look too thick even though my nails are short & also, the gel isn't bumpy which is a huge plus because anywhere I've gone, there was always a few nails that were bumpy. I paid $35 for my gel mani. Which is average for most places. They have a point system. You get a point for every $1 you spend. & once you reach 200 points, you get $10 off on your next visit. They also do raffles, I'm not sure how often, but I believe they put your name in every time you come in. I'm not sure what the prizes are, but still really cool. It's very obvious that they pride themselves on customer service. They do everything they can to make their customers happy. I will definitely be returning when I need another mani. read more

Wow. My mom's and my new favorite nail salon! The ambiance is so soothing, the massage chairs are really high quality, the staff really takes the time to make your nails look just the way you like and are super easy to communicate with, the massages are actually really relaxing, and the color selection for gel, dip, and regular paint are comprehensive (and the knowledge off the top of their head about whether they have a certain color is also really impressive!) I'm really picky about nail shape (narrow, but not too narrow, for example), and the woman doing my nails got it just right and helped me learn what I like. I was able to describe the kind of sheer color I want and she was able to find a few beautiful options for me. My acrylic nails are perfectly shaped (smooth, rounded rather than sticking straight out, etc.), and go down to the cuticle so they don't already look grown out before I even leave the salon. I can tell they take their work seriously, and don't just rush to get it done. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Defiantly a Zen nail spa, WOW!! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and very attentive to their clients. I was so amazed at how outstanding everything was. I decided to get a gel manicure and a "jelly pedicure" that matched my gel color. A+ to the ladies who worked on me, they were fabulous and gave me such a relaxing LONG massage. DO NOT GO HERE. I do my nails at home because my experiences with salons have been AWFUL. I walked in and waited some time. Then sat down and verbalized to Vikki, the tech that I was nervous because I've had my nails butchered in the past. She told me not to worry and got started. I noticed she did not push back my cuticles and asked her if she could before gluing the tips on and she SNAPPED. She was completely rude and kept saying if I don't trust her like I would a doctor I will not have a good experience? Like...what? I wanted to leave and cry but decided that it would be best to finish the service and not return if I felt uncomfortable. She never pushed back my cuticles, and kept going on about how "young people are so picky"... yeah? I'm paying $60 for a basic French tip. It SHOULD be done properly. I ended up tipping her WAY too much because I was scared she would be offended if I didn't. She also told me to come back if my nails don't last more than 2 weeks. This is after not even a week and a half. My nails grow fast so pushing back the cuticle usually helps them last longer. I DO NOT recommend. read more

BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!!!! First I would like to say I didn't want to post this review but because of how many people have told me how bad m nails look. I felt it was needed. I came here when my usual place was booked because I need a color change last minute before the evening. There was no wait time but there was no place to park. I called an asked where I could park because everything is reserved for the businesses and they told me to park in the jack in the box side (though there is a warning sign if you aren't a jack in the box customer you'll be towed) however she said it was fine and I didn't have much of a choice. I didn't know my previous nail tech has put on a top layer of gel to make my nails stronger/ thicker before applying the color polish, so when asked about it I had said no. She behind removing the nail polish and shows me that there is indeed a thicker layer on top that he had applied! I was irritated at the time because I had no idea that something had been applied without my knowledge. I have been going to that nail tech for over a year and never knew. I was ok with what he has applied because my nails were stronger, but didn't know what it was. At this time she's removing everything off my nails and THEN says that the coat he has applied is something that In order for her to do would've been an extra charge. At this time is too late, the nail polish is already on. My nails are thin the shape is duckbilled and uneven. She was very rough with my fingers and three of them were bleeding after she trimmed my cuticles. They were rushing to close because they were going on vacation, so I don't understand why they scheduled me if they were in a rush. Anyways, I am upset and look down and see on the plexiglass glass that there is an ADDITIONAL charge $5-7 because of "updates" they had to make for COVID. There is nothing on there website that mentions this and when I called and spoke AND TEXTED someone about my appointment and service that charge was never mentioned. Also when you go to pay, if you pay with a debit card you get charged an EXTRA fee. The more you spend on your service the MORE of a feee you pay!!!! If you spend over $80 you pay even more of a "debit transaction fee" than if you spend $50. I was so upset I was blindly hit with an extra $10+ in fees with no true warning. I take so much pride in my nails and I hated them as soon as I saw them. There was even nail polish on my fingers she didn't clean off. I had to go and get them redone two days after because they were SO bad. I'm never coming back here again. read more

I've been going to about 3 different shops on and off again, never fully satisfied at any.. it was time to try somewhere new and I'm never going anywhere else. I FOUND MY SALON. I didn't get her name but the lady who took care of me was amazing. She's passionate and loves what she does. She paid attention to detail and let me know what caused my nails to lift, etc. Everyone at this salon was extremely friendly and welcoming as well, I even got offered water and chips. This place was honestly everything I needed. I just started a serving job at a BBQ restaurant called Smoke & Fire down the street and desperately needed some LOVE done on my feet. I was so happy when they fit me in an hour and 15 mins before closing. I got a Platinum pedicure and it was amazing! It included a leg scrub (with a 5 min message on each foot) , epsilon salt in my soak, callus treatment and a hydrating wax treatment with another 5 min foot rub on both feet! All for $45! The girl who did my actual pedicure was very positive, friendly, and competent, although I was cringing and in a little bit of pain at parts of the actual exfoliation. Metal cheese grater tool? Yes, that's here. They got me in as an appointment with 40 minutes notice, so that's good. Their prices are clearly displayed on their menu, with all of their services. I would say their prices are in line with other nail salons in the area. The drawback was that similar pedicures have taken 45 to 60 minutes. I was still sitting in the chair, just finishing up the pedicure at 75 minutes, and then painting of the nails... I was left sitting in the chair for another 30 minutes before I finally spoke up and said, 'is it OK now, can I go? I really need to leave...' The girl who had painted my nails was on her phone and not paying attention to anything else, including me. Then, they wanted me to stay longer and wait for their credit card machine to come back online. SMH. All in all, I was there for 2 hours, which is way too long. read more

This was my favorite salon hands down, my go to salon. I went consistently for months up until I decided to try a new nail tech elsewhere who specializes in designs and when she removed my set from Zen, I was informed that this salon indeed used MMA not EMA (search it up, MMA is VERY BAD for your nails). Mma powder is known for eating away at your nails (aka not meant for nails it's actually supposed to be used in dental) and it's very gooey and sticky upon removal unlike ema (acrylic) power, and what sucks most is that you are paying for your nails yet they're not using acrylic!! Huge disappointment. :-( Please be aware of this before going into this salon if you care about the health of your nails. All these five stars reviews were too good to be true. read more

Not only with the feng shui and ambiance of the nail spa but the people who work there are very humble and friendly. Three weeks ago in Home Depot I was approached by the owners for my opinion about some pendant lights they were looking to purchase to make sure they were zen like, which they were. The owner showed pictures of the establishment he was opening in two weeks and he took down my # and said he would text me when the shop was open. And sure enough, he kept his word. I came here for the first time after reading reviews. I'm always skeptical when trying a new nail salon because I came in for a fill after having my nails done poorly elsewhere . Tiffany did my nails and she took such great care of me! She took her time and even fixed 3 of my nails that were crooked from somewhere else. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and usually I get something similar but not quite the same.. nope she got me the exact color I wanted and I couldn't be anymore happier! I remember when I first met the entire family, they literally welcomed me with open arms. My nails were damaged and Tiffany took her time with curing my nails.
