I was recommended this spot by a coworker who'd been coming to Zen for 5+ years, after having bad luck my last few times with nail salons I was excited to try a new spot, my expectations were high honestly but TRISH absolutely delivered beyond my expectations. I am so happy with my set, I have simple but specific requests and she so gracefully and perfectly delivered on it all. No cuts, no pain, great vibe, I got to do my own thing while Trish performed Gods work on my hands. You've gained a new loyal guest! Also, amazing prices

Amazing place! Wanted to get my nails redone! And trish took care of me! She was efficient, professional, fast, very well experienced!

This spa is clean, friendly, good prices, knows what's up fr. I will only get my nails done here, they know their customers too well. I get dip powder for my nails and they last 3-4 weeks no lifting and gloss remains shiny. I do get pedicures here as well, they always take great care of my piggies and I never have any issues or complaints.

There was a bubble in the get and it came off.

It's been a few months since I've been in and to my surprise Tiffany was back! Like always, she made what I wanted happen. Amazing gel mani and pedi by Lang. Lang took her time and made sure I was having a good experience. I didn't feel rushed at all though the salon was busy. She had great attention to detail -- I noticed she was very careful, checked on the nail and cuticle before, during, and after she worked on it, and she even went back in to correct a mistake that she noticed herself ( I didn't even notice or point it out!) and I really appreciated that. They were able to take me in right away as a walk in on a busy Sunday which was great! The total for my gel mani and pedi was $72 (gel mani, gel pedi, and gel removal). Will definitely be visiting again

Had a very good experience with this salon. I'm very picky about how my nails are shaped, how they look from the side, if the design is the same on each side, etc. I called and made a same-day appointment and they were even able to get me in early when I arrived. I had an inspo pic and they followed it exactly. The staff was so kind and they helped me adjust my design where it was needed. The two young girls up front were so sweet and so was the lady with the bangs who did my nails. The staff is extremely kind and I also appreciated that they told me the price before beginning my nails. I loved it here!

I have been coming to this nail salon for a long time The owner she is very nice and I've really had good experience there they used to be a lot of family members and children hanging out and it smells more of food than a nail salon but I still continue to go and get my nails done there as it's convenient and not busy. The only thing I don't like is when you pay with your card they charge you because I'm sure they want the customers to pay for the credit card machine. I went recently to get my nails done due to the corona epidemic they have a couple of plastic sheets on the counters when you get your nails done when I went to pay I noticed that they want you to pay An extra five dollars on top of the one or two dollars depending on your price to pay I found this extremely greedy of the owners as I've noticed the greed before I asked how long this charge would be for the owner told me while the corona epidemic is going on I thought to myself I'm sure they would've paid for these plastic sheets 1000 times over with having their customers pay five dollars every time so I had to pay for my nails +1 dollar credit card fee +5 dollars plastic sheets fee and they still want a tip from me to myself I thought that is your tip but I decided I would take them five dollars extra as a tip but I would not be returning I don't like greedy people I also noticed that my nails were not looking good someone that put on straight and look lopsided summer flat like they should be in a couple of sticking up also there was acrylic left under my nails and I would always pull on my hair when I brush my hair or get caught on things. The nail polish wasn't painted very well I actually had to take of the nail polish at home and reapply myself. I also noticed that other reviews said very similar things. Favorite nail salon hands down! I pass up many locations just to come have Trish or Tiffany bless my nails with their work. The staff are extremely attentive and caring - I have never left this place disappointed. Upon arrival you are greeted and offered snacks and water, which makes you feel really appreciated while getting pampered. Absolutely love this place and would recommend to anyone, especially their dip nail services. read more

I was trying to find a good, quality nail salon last minute after doing construction and diy projects at home, and I found Zen Nail! I arrived to Zen with horrible, broken nails with roof cement on almost each of my nails (yuck!). Trang is very professional and responds quickly to my messages. She did an exceptional job on my dip powder nail! It is a little pricey compared to my fave nail lady, but I will definitely come back. Btw, that's my real nails! read more

This salon is one of the best I've been to. I've been in Vegas for 11 years and have yet to find a nail salon I love enough to go on a regular basis. Not only is the staff knowledgeable about nail art but they go above and beyond to make their customers happy and relaxed. They offer snacks, drinks and coffee. They also do facials, and lashes!!! I was looking for a place to get my nails done because the lady I usually go to was booked for almost a week and I needed my nails done ASAP. I decided to yelp some places close to where I work and I stumbled upon Zen Nails. I was a little hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews but I decided to try anyway. I called at 430pm and I was able to get an appointment same day at 6pm. Upon walking in I was greeted and was told to wash my hands which I appreciated because other shops do not tell you to wash your hands before being serviced. Rachel was awesome!!! She was very quick and the work she did was super neat. I was in and out within 45 mins. She did a superb job. I am definitely returning! They also do eyelashes extensions and brows. I already have my brows done but maybe on my next visit I will try the lash service. If you want fast and neat service Rachel is the way to go and if you want epic nail designs try my girl Trish. This place was amazing! Great customer service and the service itself was amazing! Called ahead for two pedicures and an eyebrow wax. Got there right on time and the owner was so sweet and sat us right away. Got a classic pedicure which included scrub and an amazing massage. Plus I messed up my toe and they were so nice to fix it! I never get my nails done. Ever. I've only had them done once before years back and I absolutely hated how they turned out that I never felt it was worth it to get them again. For whatever reason, I had the urge to get my nails done and I was really worried I was going to pick a bad shop again and boy, did I make the right decision by coming to Zen! My nail tech was Justin and he was no less than amazing. Not only is he great to talk to, but my nails came out perfect! Super impressed with this business. I took my mother for her birthday and we had an amazing time. Our nail technicians were personable, professional and great at their jobs. Their supply of polish, gel polish and dip were exceptional. I, myself, wanted a 3 color dip manicure and my technician gladly assisted in finding my all my colors for my design. The available options for manicures and pedicures was superb. We each got a deluxe pedicure and the experience was stupendous. Their massage chairs made the experience relaxing and refreshing. This is, by far, the best nail salon I've been too. I was referred here by a friend and the place did not disappoint. The staffs are super friendly and very nice! Leon did an awesome job w my nails! He also gave me great advice on how to minimize damage to my nails after getting acrylic done. The only thing I would say is, don't dip nails in the main container. Use separate containers for your clients to prevent unsanitary issues. read more

He offered to refund the FULL membership of $150. I declined because I used the service. Instead he offered and I accepted a 3 months credit of $37.50. Everything she had done by choosing an appropriate color to listening my needs and whys of the length and shape was great. I then get unfortunate news that she will no longer be at this salon so when I finally went in for a long over due fill (because I was waiting for Michele to back into town) I ended up having someone else do my nails. I can't remember her name. She was friendly but felt as if she didn't really listen. She curved my nails inwards a bit which now caused both my thumb nails to curve inwards even more so and in pain with pressure. I have never experienced this before. I'm very sad to see someone I went to leave but I support in whatever makes her happy. I just don't know about coming back as a client myself here because of the curving situation with my nails.

(I hate it when they try to use tissues instead.) Place was relaxing. Location- strip mall by grocery store. There is parking, but you share with strip mall clients. It's not as good as the cheese grater, but I understand that it is not safe and can actually hurt your feet if they don't do it right or scratch too much off. If your feet are really bad It's not going to do that much. The key is to go get your feet done at least once a month. Keep lotion on your feet or Vaseline At night with a sock. I do like the way they do fingernails. I think I will just do my feet at home. Thank you to the owner for making it right. I will consider going back again because of helena.

This place is great! They took over lucky nail salon and Google maps still says that's what is there so don't get confused. I got there at 6:45 and they close at 7 so I felt bad, but they were super nice about it. Even though I got there so late Trish took her time and my nails are perfection! They also offer complimentary snacks and drinks and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I got the dip polish they have a ton of color options for it. It will run you about 45 dollars and if you want a shape other than square it's an extra 5, but right now they are offering a 20% discount so go check them out! :) oh and you get a message with it :) read more

Being a mother of four young kids it's hard to have peace and quite at the house. The only time I can rest is by going to Zen Nails Spa to get a deluxe pedicure & manicure. The staff are knowledgeable and professional at what they do. No matter who I get I know it will be done right. Trish and Tiffany has been doing nails for a long time and they can just look at my polish and tell you the name of the polish. I would recommend this place to anybody who want to get a way from home or work and want to be pamper. I found them on yelp and Google. These ladies took their popularity and ran with it. Now this place is just another piece of garbage with a money hungry owner and below standard operators. They charged me $75 for what started out a $40 set of tips. Plus $5 to remove my polish and prepare the nails. Wtheck? Another $5 to shape the tips. Excuse me?? And, not once were these charges brought to my attention until I was at the register, nails a damn mess from an inexperienced technician, being charged a fee for needing to use my credit card. .. The massage was amazing. They do a really detailed job with making sure my pedicure was absolutely amazing. I did gel polish as well. My mom got a full set with gel as well. They charged $98 for a fill - 2 nail fixed- French tip and 3 beads on each nail. Just because the father decided to take his daughter in for a special treat they didn't mind to over charge cause they think men know nothing better. He even tip $15 over that price which I would never tip read more
