We came here because we heard they had Mr Beast food. When we arrived, we were directed to a placard with a QR code which we needed to use to order our food. We ordered and were informed it would take 14 minutes before our food was ready. It took 29 minutes, and they failed to fulfill the order correctly. We were missing fries,but we were also now late to our next engagement, so we left. Overpriced food. Slow and inept service. We won't be returning. read more

I didn't know what to expect, but ordered some pepperoni pizzas for my stepson and his friends, and ended up repeatedly going downstairs "to check on them" and steal another slice. chewy, gooey, salty, crispy at the edges, just so good. Then I had the "brownoli." Oh. My. Gosh. moist, rich, thick, decadent. I'm stuffed but it was worth the calories! Staff were super fast but friendly. Pizza was done quick. This was my second attempt at trying to patron this establishment. First time: burger was completely raw in the middle after I empathized that I wanted it well done. Cashier that was working at the time was extremely apologetic and offered to remake the order. I declined and opted for a refund because at this point I had already lost my appetite. Second time: Today, tried to give this place another shot. Placed my order over the phone. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to the restaurant in less than 5. Approached the cashier and gave my name for the order. Was told that the order was still being prepared so I had to wait a few more minutes. Got the food home and I live 6 minutes away. EVERYTHING was cold!!!! Fries were so old and dried out. I was livid! I immediately called to voice my complaint with the same cashier that took my money and wasn't offered for my order to be made fresh. She wasn't apologetic at all and got upset because I didn't want a credit for the fries. She's then proceed to tell another employee that my order was picked up over an hour ago when processing my refund. Don't eat here if you like fresh food and friendly customer service. read more

I want to like this place, but the dine in is subpar. The take out has been hit or miss on accuaracy.

Happen to drive past this place and decided to stop. Never heard of it before so thought we would give it a try. My husband got the beef sandwich, which was dipped and the bread stayed crispy on the outside. He also ordered the fries literally it was 2 pounds of fries I thought I would give their pizza a try and ordered the Popeye with no tomato. It was the best pizza I've had in a while the crust was delicious not too thin not too thick . It had spinach , mushroom, garlic and cheese. Instead of a red sauce it was a Romano ranch sauce... ohhhh wow that sauce made it for sure . I had surgery on my right hand and couldn't cut my pizza , they cut it into little squares for me so it's easier for me to eat. I thought that was really nice of them they could've told me no. We let the woman know at the register about our great experience and told her we would be back she was very informative about specials and even told us about the catering menu . looking forward to my next visit read more

I finally found a place in Elgin that can do an actual gyro pizza which is awesome! We've never tried Zza pizza before so I was excited. We picked it up, brought it home, and when we opened the box the pizza looked to be over cooked. I called back and spoke with a guy that then wanted to see a picture of it. I sent it to him and he said that the gyro meat usually does that because it's thin but he would be glad to send me out another one free of charge. The pizza was delicious and we will definitely be going there again especially now that I know their customer service is stellar. read more

I had a craving for some sausage pizza, so I stopped by for a late lunch. The personal square hit the spot. Good flavor, and I liked that the crust wasn't too thick. Decided to stop here late at night since it seemed to be one of the few places open with a drive-thru. And I was not disappointed. I had the factory burger and the cheese bacon fries accompanied by a NUTELLA shake!!! The burger was pretty good. No complaints. The bacon fries came in a HUGE portion. Now I should've known this based on the price (approx $8) but I didn't expect what I got. The fries alone were delicious, but covered in cheese and so much bacon! Easily some of the best cheeses bacon fries I've ever had. And the Nutella shake...it was so yummy. Don't pass it up! All in all a great place to visit for a meal. Especially late at night. This pizza place is great! We were just visiting Elgin and decided to stop in - we were greeted with free cheese fries, a great personal pizza, and an awesome Nutella milkshake. Seriously, they just came over and gave us free cheese fries on the house - that's awesome. The pizza here is pretty good - it seems like slightly sweeter/quite a bit better Pizza Hut that is well cooked. In addition to being fans of their pizza (see my previous review) we have now tried a couple sandwiches & some of their loaded fries and all has been consistently good so I am upping them a star. The loaded fries are huge & have been plenty for the Hubs & I to share as a quick meal (not a healthy one, but a quick & tasty one!). And the staff has been consistently friendly and courteous as well each time we have visited - which is not always so easy to find at a fast food type of place. They also have plenty of seating that is enough for a few customers visiting their place every day. This ZZA Factory is a very busy place. Their customers are always plenty. Some of their old customers keep coming back again and again just to order some of their pizzas. No wonder why this place is one of the most visited spots here in this area of Elgin. Their location is very accessible, they are also near other popular places, and the whole place is really huge. Really worth trying this place. ZZA Factory is phenomenal! Everything they have on their menu is special and amazing. I ordered their famous Pepperoni Pizza and I also got a Chicken Sandwich. It was really great and mind-blowing. Great new option for pizza in the area. They don't serve the normal thin crust or deep dish here, they do a square Sicilian style pizza that has high sides and a really buttery dough. What's also great about this style of pizza is where the cheese gets nice and crispy along the edges...yum! I will definitely be back - the price is definitely right - the 'personal' pizza was way more than enough for me for a meal, and I am a big guy. As for the one negative review - I have no idea what is up with that guy. But I have to say I seriously doubt the validity of a bad review when they only have done one... read more
