If you like thin crust, NY style pizza then this is the place. A slice of pizza always hits just right after a few drinks at the ocean front. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place itself is I think a bit run down. Nothing special.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My friend went to the bathroom and decided against it. No toilet paper and was dirty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm sure in the busy tourist season that can happen more than off season. But the pizza - I will definitely be back for the pizza. There is no parking so walking is best or take out. Or delivery if they deliver. I really want to go back for that pizza though. Simple slice of cheese but it was done right.

Second year in a row we tried 204 Pizza while staying in our hotel for Jeepfest and both times the delivery and pizza were perfection!! Delivery has been super fast less than 30 mins from the time of our order and the pizzas arrived hot and cheesy! My son who's a picky eater said our cheese pizza was his favorite pizza EVER!! Then he happily ate leftover cheese pizza the next day. They even provided us with extra paper plates, plastic ware, napkins, and salt like we requested. We will be back next Jeepfest!!

We stopped into VA Beach for the night on our trip down the coast. Our original dinner plans fell through so we scoured the land for something that wouldn't leave us disappointed and hungry. Just there to take the order and make the food. The pizza itself, just absolutely perfect. Texture, flavors, doneness and pretty to look at. Adding the ricotta put it over the top. 10/10

Ordered the deluxe pizza and garlic knots to go. The pizza was good, the garlic knots were better. I enjoyed the red sauce that came with the garlic knots. I appreciate that they are opened late. I would say they had great value for their food considering their prices were good.

Pizza was terrible - 4.5 rating clearly left by people who eat shit for dinner. Pizza was tasteless. Got a whole pie and we each (2 of us) ate one slice and threw the rest in the trash! Please stop telling people this is NY pizza. Horrible

WOW! The best pizza I've ever had. I highly recommend the deluxe large. Thin crust and cooked just right. Good foldable NY pizza. The Greek salad is also 5 stars!

Talk about fresh pizza..... they make it the minute you order it! The slices are also somewhat made on ordering it, they make the base pizza (cheese) then they take the slices you desire and add the toppings, place it back in the over and it's like you have a fresh slice of pizza. We had the Margherrita pizza and it was DELICIOUS! The tomatoes went fresh but stewed instead (which I didn't think I'd like but it was very delicious) the basil is put on the pizza after it's placed in the box and the steam cooks the basil. The location is right off the Main Street but easy to get to. The staff is nice but quiet. read more

We ordered cheese and pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and garlic cheese bread. My 5&7 yo as well as husband did not like the pizza and skipped dinner. I didn't think it was terrible. It kinda reminded me of mall pizza. The garlic knots were ok. The garlic cheese bread was awful. We ended up ordering something else for dinner because no one was eating. read more

Worst pizza ever. Don't be deceived by positive reviews. We ordered meat lover pizza and cheese pizza. Meat lover was way too salty (man seriously did they put entire salt bag there) and greasy, and meat toppings weren't fresh - they smelled like almost gone bad. Dough was dull and greasy and bland. We couldn't even finish these pizzas and had to throw away. Even 7-11 convenience store pizzas taste ten times better than these pizza. Worst ever. Just go to convenience store near there than going this place. read more

The pizza is always hot and delicious. I travel all the way to the ocean front to get it so you know that's saying something. I always get a regular cheese pizza. You can tell that their tomato pizza sauce is made from scratch. The garlic buttery blend they use on their crust is also top tier amazing. The restaurant could use some renovations inside but it's not exactly a sit-in restaurant so it does not bother me. The service is also nice. read more

The pizza was excellent. If you like thin crust, you will like it. The large is quite large but due to thinness and goodness, two women ate all but one slice. . My only recommendation is a bit more salt to the crust dough, and readily condiments such as garlic salt, hot pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese. You can ask for all but the garlic, and they have packets. No alcohol available. read more

This was my favorite meal during our beach trip. Simple but very delicious thin crust pizza. Initially I was a bit dismayed that the online ordering estimated 55 minutes for delivery, but it ended up being more like 30 minutes. We just got a cheese pizza and cheese cake. The cheesecake was simple but pretty tasty. read more

Was here two nights in a row. The first night my boy and I enjoyed a fantastic pizza with artichoke hearts and olives. Delicious. Told the owner that we would be back the next night because I wanted to try the pasta with the homemade marinara sauce and it did not disappoint: it was absolutely delicious. For $12 you get a big bowl of pasta with a large helping of that marinara sauce covering it, a side of garlic knots and a side salad. Plenty of food. Friendly staff, great food. Right off the strip but not strip prices. This place is busy at 3 AM for a reason. We enjoyed our dinner under a covered patio and really nicely laid out distressed picnic benches that were handmade. Forget all other pizzas on the strip come to 204. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. It's like a hole in the wall gem. The crust is hands down the best part every restaurant has limp slices. But it's crispy all the way through. The toppings just add even more to the experience it's amazing. read more

We were first time in Virginia Beach with 3 kids and walked off the beach to grab something to eat. We were checking places by just walking in and I walked into this place to see people being served such a delicious looking pizza. The gentleman and lady at the counter were so welcoming helpful and nice answering our questions. The place was clean and the tables were being kept clean. The outside sitting area was also very nice. When the pizza came it was HUGE and just so amazingly nice. I've rarely eaten pizza this delicious. People were taking away large boxes to the hotels read more

Can't say more about this place besides it's a must try. I live in Jersey and get to taste all the mom and pop pizza joints here and nothing is even close to 204 pizza. The staff was super friendly and a great spot for the family to get some late night pizza. It is legit GOOD pizza and especially at a reasonable price. 10/10 will try again!!!! read more

We first planned on trying the place next door but lightning struck the building and they said it would put them an hour behind. Pizza 204 was ready to roll in minutes. We ordered an 18 inch pepperoni pizza, 25 medium wings and a fry appetizer. We sat outside on nice wooden benches that were actually dry even it rain 5 minutes ago. It took about 3 minutes for the fries to come out, they were perfectly made and the toppings were just spot on. The pizza came next and it was divine, thin crust with just a touch of char. The sauce was just perfect and it surprisingly didn't give me heart burn which basically all pizza does. Now the wings is were we couldn't pull in the 5 star, they were cooked perfectly but the medium sauce which tasted good when I got some out of the tray was overshadowed by the peanut oil they cooked them in. That's basically the only complaint here is they need to try a different oil for their wings. read more

Made a pick-up order through their website one night. This little pizzeria smelled AMAZING when I walked inside! Clean and well-lit with friendly folks behind the counter! I just got a 14" cheese pizza and it was PERFECT. Crispy crust (but not burnt!), with a special herb sauce brushed around the edges, not too much cheese and good tomato sauce ratio! Can't wait to try one of their specialty pizzas! They also do fresh funnel cake! read more

We were at the beach needed good pizza or quick food but good. Beach got so many places to select from but not sure what to select from. This place is little bit to the side so I give it a shot. I ordered large cheese, jalapeño and mushrooms pizza. I forgot my credit card at the store... staff located me and gave me my card!! 20 minutes later it was ready I took it to the beach and everyone loved it. We wished to have another pizza it was that good. Next day we were at the beach again ... my brother and I went to give them another shot. Both staff members recognized me, warm welcome and smiles made our day. Once again pizza was outstanding!!!! I love these guys they are absolutely great!!! read more

We're not sure if this is how their scallops always are served, of if we just got a mushy order. Overall the food and service was great and we will be back!

We had three different waitresses checking on us, but were left to sit for about 30 minutes alone at one point, and it took almost 20 to have our order taken, once we ordered, we had to request our appetizer again, after waiting another 20 or so minutes. Upon asking, again, we found out they were out of part of the appetizer we ordered. After that it came out quick. The food, however, was excellent and definitely the highlight of the experience. That's why this review is disappointing to write -- the kitchen is clearly doing a great job. I just hope the service side improves, because it didn't match the quality of the food.

Since they were out of the malasadas, I decided to order the banana latte instead. I'd give it about a 7/10. For context, I'm always searching for a great banana latte because I love flavored coffee. One thing that frustrates me is when coffee shops advertise flavors like cookie butter, lemon pound cake, or red velvet, but the drink just ends up tasting like sweet coffee with no real trace of the advertised flavor. I was pleasantly surprised because this latte actually tasted like banana. It wasn't the best banana latte I've ever had that title still belongs to one I had in Las Vegas but it was definitely one of the better ones I've tried. The only reason it wasn't rated higher is because I noticed a sugary base flavor that overpowered the coffee a little for me. I personally prefer flavored lattes where I mainly taste the coffee cut with milk and the featured flavor heavily, not just sweetness. That's purely my preference. The fact that I finished the entire drink says a lot. I've had plenty of flavored coffees that I couldn't even finish because I disliked them so much. This wasn't one of those. I enjoyed it, and I definitely didn't regret ordering it. Now...the real star of the visit was the lumpia. It was AMAZING. Crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best lumpia I've had. I actually tried another lumpia spot recently, and while it was decent, Ohana & Co.'s lumpia completely won me over. It's honestly the reason I'll be back. I have an eye appointment in the area next week, and I'm already planning another stop. I'll definitely be ordering the lumpia again, and this time I'm hoping they have the banana malasadas because that's what I originally came for. I also want to try one of their platters. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend giving Ohana & Co. a try. The customer service was wonderful, the café was clean, the banana latte was one of the better ones I've had, and the lumpia alone is worth the drive.

My husband lives onions so he devoured his half. The food is good and the garlic bread was a great substitution, there could be some more meat but meh it's the beach. Peppers are nice with a bit of crunch and the steak is tender. Buffalo Wings are just hot enough for me and have a nice lil vinegar tang you get about 8 wings so standard-ish. Definetly an 8/10 and would come again. Splurge the extra for extra meat if you are super hungry for your steak.
