The menu is unlike any other tea house I've ever seen, so lots to explore! The owner was super helpful and helped me pick out the best teas for me! He even took time to give me a few samples so I can try out what I liked. My favorite was the blueberry matcha, but I definitely want to go back to try more. The location was a little weird because part of the outside is under construction, but it was relatively easy to find. There's a cat that hangs out outside the store, and there's a cute little sign that says it might bite (so be careful). There were PLENTY of outlets to plug into and plenty of seats. Just dropped by with my mom and boyfriend! We ordered 2 drinks (peach lychee immortality tea and strawberry immortality tea). We also got three orders of Andrew ice cream! We loved our drinks, it was light and refreshing! Even more so we loved the ice cream! It's made by Andrew, you can ask for Andrew style which means the ice cream will be topped with teddy graham crackers, coco/matcha powder, and a choco mushroom. My mom is really picky when it comes to food but she LOVED the ice cream cause it was so buttery and not too sweet~ she especially loves the vanilla bean and strawberry cheesecake! Soooo where should I start...the 5 star is an ultimate lie. How does it take 15-20 mins to make 3 PRE made drinks and 2 other drinks. Given the sample for first time customers was much appreciated but it should not take that long to make the drinks. Not only that but use one spoon to mix one drink then use the SAME spoon to mix another DIFFERENT then proceed to put the SAME spoon BACK in the other drink. On top of that if you spent an extra 5-10 mins to layer a drink why shake it after. If you know that it has half the amount of carbonated water....WHY SHAKE IT! it builds carbonation then the sealed lid will puff up. Once we popped the seal the whole lid exploded. When I asked nicely to change my drink since it literally tasted like lightly flavored sparkling water. His mouth said yes and sorry but his actions were not the case. I will never come back to this store again. We spent 30+ dollars at this door plus a 3 dollar tip for a disappointment and judgmental eyes. Awesome hole in the wall cafe with great tea options. I love almost everything on their menu. They even have a BYOB 5% going on at the moment. I really love everything on their menu. The service is super great too. If it's your first time, go ahead and ask for some samples. They'll bring out one from each of the menu items and will explain to you what it's all about. The flavors are all natural so you don't have to taste all the artificial flavoring in them. There are caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks so if you don't feel like you can handle caffeine later in the day you have your options. I recommend the raspberry matcha and the immortality tea in passion fruit or mango flavor. Yum! I heard the strawberry flavor is very popular too. The parking is relatively easy and the business plaza where it's located isn't too busy. It's really great so if you're in the area and want some tea fix you should check it out. I'm saddened to say that as much as I enjoy the drinks I won't be returning. Ever since management changed there definitely is a different vibe. First off there is mainly only one person making the drinks the girl or one of the new guys it's never both at the same time getting the flow of people out quickly. The girl that's running the place is nice and talks to everyone from what I've noticed which is good but not when customers that already paid are waiting half an hour or more for orders to come out specially if you were the first one who ordered. The last three times I've gone it has taken forever for my order of two drinks to come out. There's been a lot of chatting with other customers and they disregard the waiting ones. I have noticed the place is getting way more cluttered as well. Just from glancing around there is random stuff behind the counters where drinks are being prepared. The espresso machine area has its own mess going on. From seeing the place when it first opened to what it is now I'd have to suggest they try and keep the place up because the drinks are great but if it continues to get more cluttered and the owner/manager/staff keep over looking things it unfortunately won't retain its regular clientele let alone stay open as long as the previous manager/owner had it running. read more

This place has great customer service! That is something that really caught my attention. This is by far my favorite tea spot! I have had other places like tebo, tastea, etc. But this place has quality tea made with real fruits! Also interesting toppings with some healthier options like chia seeds. This place totally goes above and beyond, in not only the drinks quality but customer service as well. As me and my girlfriend stood there trying to choose what we wanted to drink the owner kindly asked us if it was our first time. We said yes and he happily gave us a great informational tour of what their drinks are all about. He was very descriptive about the samples he has given out for us to help determine which is the right drink for us. For those who have taken a couple science classes, he was right on the money on what he's talking about. You can tell he was very passionate about what his business represents. He tries to go for great taste and great beneficial nutrients which is hard to come by. My girlfriend got the lychee guayusa which was very delicious and would recommend lychee lovers to go for it. I got the milk tea guayusa w/half and half, and it totally satisfies my milk tea wanting without any guilt! We both got chia seeds because the owner highly recommended it and we were not disappointed! We also unexpectedly came in during happy hour (mon-fri ; 4-7) so our second drink was 30% off!! Just when I thought this experience couldn't get any better, we got a discount haha. This place is great for studying also. Fair amount of seats, mostly small tables for 2 people. And there's no music playing so its nice and quiet. The temperature is very neutral. Parking was very easy to find because the plaza seems to be not as busy. If you don't like either, then try the regular matcha. For this drink, you can choose either soy milk or almond milk, but I usually go for almond milk. Trust me. Just try this drink. Writing this review alone is making me want to go get some right now. For the price you pay, it's actually worth it. The drinks are generally healthy and delicious. The cafe has a very friendly environment and makes you feel welcomed. Jackie has superb customer service. She treats all her customers with respect and makes wonderful drinks. First thing I have to mention is the awesome customer service. We were greeted by the "barista" with a smile, she helped us with a smile, and said goodbye with a smile! We were given samples and breakdowns of each drink and every add on item. Every question was answered and we appreciated the recommendations. I ended up getting a raspberry green tea with almond milk, chia seeds, and aloe. It was SO good! Very creamy and not overly sweet. The BF and I were down in Westminster getting our weekly Vietnamese fix and wanted some boba to wash down the pho. We found this place with 5 stars and thought we'd check it out. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a man who I assume is the owner. Since we were first time customers, he explained how his tea shop differentiates from the many competitors in Westminster. Rather than using the typical fermented teas (oolong tea for example), they use organic ingredients. No artificial flavoring and no dairy. They use soy and almond milk only so this is a great spot if you're vegan. After the explanation, the owner then passed us over to one of his employees who offers us 3 small samples from each of their tea categories. First one we tried was the mango immortalitea. It takes like a less sweet version of a mango green tea. I really liked it though. The second was the passion fruit guayusa iced tea. This one was okay, but my BF said he liked it a lot. I definitely think it got overshadowed by the 3rd sample. The last one we tried was the raspberry matcha latte. This was our favorite. We ended up getting one blueberry matcha latte and one raspberry matcha latte. Some people say their blueberry matcha is the most popular, but I thought the raspberry one was better. Maybe that's my personal bias because I prefer raspberry. They don't use artificial flavoring so the drink tasted really healthy. One thing I have to note is that their music was on a very low volume (almost as if they didn't have any at all). I guess this is for the people who come to study. Overall, I thought it refreshing to try something different. The service was stellar and I felt like they care more about the drink than trying to sell me something that is IG worthy.
