Angie's Lobster was conveniently located in an area where we needed to stop by the grocery store before grabbing a bit of lunch. My coworker recommended trying out Angie's Lobster after finding out I was visiting Las Vegas again. To our surprise, Angie's Lobster is open from 6AM to 10PM, basically everyday unless stated otherwise. There was a drive thru option, but we opted to step inside and order on the self-order kiosk since we all wanted to eat. Everything was very affordable! I ordered the Warm Lobster Roll with a side of the mashed potatoes and gravy. My boyfriend ordered the same Warm Lobster Roll, but with a side of fries. Also, ordered a Protein Bowl to eat later. I would consider coming again as it is such an affordable "fast food" spot. It seems like it is on the healthier side of "fast food", too. I really wanted to like this place again, but after our visit tonight, I can't justify anything more than 1 star. When Angie's Lobster first opened, it was easily a 4 to 5 star experience. The lobster rolls were affordable (around $10), tasted fresh, and actually felt like a great deal. Unfortunately, everything that made this place special seems to have gone downhill. First, the menu has completely changed. Instead of focusing on what they did well, they've added a bunch of random items like burgers, rice bowls, and salads. It feels unfocused and unnecessary. We were especially disappointed to see that the crab roll is no longer on the menu. Then there's the price increase. Lobster rolls have gone from $9.99 to $14.99 in less than two years. A $5 jump wouldn't be as frustrating if the quality had stayed the same, but it absolutely has not. On top of that, the service was extremely disappointing. It took about 40 minutes to receive our order, and during that time, we saw multiple customers who ordered after us get their food, eat, and leave before we even received ours. We ordered warm lobster rolls and drove home, just like we've done before. In the past, they stayed warm the whole way. This time, they were completely cold and we had to microwave them. On top of that, one roll had noticeably less lobster meat than the other and the bread from another lobster roll looks like it was stepped on and flattened (see photos). The biggest issue, though, was the quality of the lobster itself. It was dry, chewy, and grisly, which is nothing like it used to be. I also ordered Angie's lemonade, and it tasted like plain water. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. While the prices may still be lower than some places, the drop in quality just isn't worth it anymore. We wont be coming back. read more

The exterior looks clean and organized, with a drive thru and a limited amount of parking spots. The menu has a variety of food options including Burgers, Sandwiches, Salads etc. Came here around 8pm on a Wednesday and ordered via the touch screen which made navigating and looking through the extensive menu easier. The interior wasn't that clean, with dirty tables and trash filled in the bin. The wait for my order was almost 20 minutes. Unfortunately this kinda sucked because some food items in the order were cold. I'll itemize my likes and dislikes from myself and my party below: Fried Cod Sandwich - review was good. 4/5 Chicken Tenders - ok and on the petite size. Price decent as an add on. Angie's sauce is a nice accompaniment. 4/5 Garlic Flat Bread - trash. Came out rock hard and cold. Do not recommend. Dipping it in Angie's sauce barely saved it. 1/5 Greek Salad w/ Chicken - good portion, ingredients and price. Impressed. 5/5 5oz Classic Burger - came out cold which was highly disappointing, but otherwise tasted good w/ Angie's sauce added. 3/5 Warm Lobster Roll - apparently good. 4/5 Fries - tasty 4/5 Overall, an ok experience, but not likely to come back. If you don't want a line, I recommend going early!! We went around 11, and just missed the crowd. As we were waiting for our food, the line grew FAST. Our group got warm lobster rolls all around, and generally the consensus was good. I think the lobster has good body with great lobster flavor. Honestly, no complaints, especially for the price. I cannot recommend adding side orders, as my side of cod was super tiny. To be fair, it was delicious. But not worth the price. The crunch wraps, salads, and bowls are all well priced and pretty delicious. The drinks are cool to try, but maybe only once. Angie's McRib clone is just ok. One had a lot of fat on it. The other was ok. I bit into a bone. Thank god I didn't break a tooth. The sauce was good not too sweet for me. They were out of Cobb salad so I made my own. I copied a Cobb clone with chicken, bacon, egg, onion spinach and ranch. It was good and cheap! Service was good. I ordered on app and it was ready to go. There is a tv screen for app orders and it's very accurate. The app also sends a text when your order is ready. It was a nice day so I waited outside. I read other reviews saying the stale bread ruined the lobster rolls, and I didn't believe them...but it's true. For $15, I'd expect a better balance between warmed up bread and lobster meat. But the bread is tough as if reheated over and over again. The lobster was fine for the price, and the lemon butter definitely helped with the bread issue. Interesting experience. Not a very friendly place when you first walk in. A banner on the outside was hanging loose, secured by a single rope on one corner. They have maybe eight or ten tables in the dining room, and the majority of the people there seemed to be waiting for takeout orders. Nobody greets you when you come in. Three big touchscreen monitors are on the wall and that's how you order. I scrolled through all my options and finally decided on a hot lobster roll with lemon butter, fries and a drink. Since there's no service out front, you have to either interrupt the kitchen staff to get a cup or just wait until your order is called. I went to find a seat and they all felt a little dirty. Not horrible but certainly not a clean place. Basically you have to wait until they call your name, but the person announcing orders wasn't very loud so people had to keep going up to the window and asking which order they just called. When I got my food, it was all in a big brown paper sack. I filled my drink and went back to the table to eat. Turns out they had automatically packaged my meal to go for some reason. Opening the meal up, it was somewhat underwhelming. The roll is pretty small compared to normal lobster rolls. The butter was sealed in a little plastic envelope, which would be great for takeout but seems a little tacky for dine-in. HOWEVER - the food tasted pretty dang good. The roll was toasted, not quite enough for my liking but it worked. The lobster was tasty, especially with the butter on it. And the fries were great. I wasn't a fan of the Angie's sauce that came with it, but they were delicious on their own. Crispy and salty the way I like them. Overall for the value this was a good meal. After seeing Angie's Lobster all over social media, I knew I wanted to try it. After my visit today, it's no longer a novelty and it's off my list. We dined in on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived between lunch and dinner so it wasn't too busy. You order at a kiosk and they assign you a number that they call when the order is ready. All of the employees are behind the scenes. There is a few tables inside and a large patio with outdoor seating. The tables were all dirty and we had to wipe one down to sit at. We waited while our order was prepared fresh for us. The food was hot and fresh. The lobster roll was full of a mix of large chunks of meat and smaller pieces. The smaller pieces were mixed and had quite a few shells in it. The crab roll had some large leg pieces in it and in my opinion was the better of the two. The fries were fresh and salty and the sauce for dipping was tasty. The butter packets for the rolls were only half melted but the butter we did drizzle on our rolls were tasty. They have some drink options like energy drinks with flavor you could add through syrups by the soda dispenser and I overheard an employee giving a customer some tips on tasty concoctions. Great price and portions here! The restaurant is quite small and limited seating, so we normally place a pickup order beforehand. If you order in person, there are tablets to order off of. We got the chilled lobster rolls (since they're cheaper than the warm) and two of the "breakfast, lunch, and drink deal", which included a breakfast burrito, salad, and drink for $9.99! The breakfast burritos were very big and filled with sausage, egg, and potatoes, but I would say they're pretty average tasting. The salads are a great portion and really fresh! I really enjoyed the lobster rolls, and the amount of meat in them is insane! Definitely prefer the butter sauces over the other ones for the lobster rolls. But hate the wait time, ordering two salads with a protein can take up to 30 minutes whether you go through the drive thru, in store, or ordering it a head on the website. The set up in the store - you order from touchscreens, card only. You watch another screen for your order. If you're picking up there is an inconspicuous (sticky) doorbell on the metal table that you have to ring to get their attention, their work stations faces away from the pickup window so all you see is the backs of the workers. What a gem! My first experience with gourmet fast casual. I stopped in with my family we were headed back to our hotel from a road trip. When you walk in to your right are three self service kiosks along with two large flat screen tvs to display the menu. The ordering process was well organized and very smooth. Time between ordering and food arrival was also very quick. I ordered a side of prime steak and had a nibble of the lobster roll sans the bread. The prime steak was cooked medium rare and was satiating. Not gammy not chewy i was content. The $11.99 price tag for the roll is not a gimmick. The lobster is the real deal and the portion is satisfying. It doesnt come pre buttered you get a sauce packet on the side and can flavor to taste. I got the fish & chips and the hot style lobster roll. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The fish was good, but only came with two sticks for the $14+ price... and the lobster roll was skinny and plain. Had maybe a teaspoon of cheese and 3 pieces of grilled chicken. The chicken was nicely seasoned. Cheese melted but was lacking. Sure, the quesadilla closed and stayed glued momentarily. I had a bigger bite of an empty tortilla. I ate around and tried to search for the chicken. That was the best part of the chicken quesadilla. Disappointed, I moved onto the chicken tenders. The breading had some peppery kick to it, fried perfectly to a dark brown but maintaining its juiciness. Turn down the heat on the oil! I like eating with my eyes and had to keep telling myself that it tastes good, but looks burnt. Angie's sauce was served with the chicken tenders which was nice. Moving onto the salad. Again solid choice. It was perfect. Price point was great. Order came out exactly as I requested. My drink was the energized berries and cream. Dining in, I was surprised I made it perfect. I've been thinking of trying this place. Finally I decided to head over and give Angie's a try. I walked in and all tables were absolutely filthy with food and sauce on everything. The floors and the bathroom were disgusting. There was no server it was all automated machines no human interaction at all. I ordered the lobster and crab rolls and they tasted off mainly the crab tasted like a mix of imitation crab and rotten crab cold same with lobster.The bread with rolls flat like someone punched them. The butter sauce was not good no seasoning. My boyfriend got a salad bowl and the rice was old and hard. The pricing and service made this place a very miserable experience. Salads, rice bowls, wraps, sandwiches. Truly impressive options for people wanting yummy seafood, or something totally different.
