Do not go here. This place sucks. Gave my mom an infection after getting a pedicure. I got a dip manicure and all my nails popped off within a week. Not to mention I called to make an appointment on Saturday for Sunday and when we walked in they "didn't have an appointment" for us. They are extremely rude at the front desk as well and my nail tech was rushing. My mom went into the store and complain and showed a man her puffy infected toe and he goes "that's not infected" and kept arguing with her after she called them for 2 weeks straight trying to complain to a manager but they "all were on a break". This place is a joke and has terrible customer service. Do not go here. I don't know how they are still in business after the way they treat their clients. read more

Went here excited to try a new nail place. I was going in for an gel fill. The overall setting and vibe of the place is nice but the prices are not clearly stated. I was charged $60 for a fil manicure when there were only two nails that needed to be fixed and they charged me 8$ per nail. There definitely needs to be up-to-date prices on their website/Facebook page. If you are debating on going here I would call first and ask how much you will be paying so that you know when you go how much it will be, Because I got two different answers. read more

I've tried many places to get a decent looking french ombre and this place was by far the best I've been to. They did an absolutely amazing job! All the staff were kind and extremely welcoming, including the owner who came and checked on everyone who came in. The guy who did my nails actually took his time and asked for my input along the way to make sure they were exactly like the pic I showed him. My toes needed some serious work done on them since I have been able to get a pedi for the past 5 months because of this whole thing called COVID-19 and at home pedis were not cutting it anymore. Usually I have a place that I go to but they were booked up so figured I would try another place out. Since this place was new and just opened up two weeks ago there is a less chance of it being busy on a Monday afternoon. Was I right the place was empty and perfect! I didn't have to worry about other people not wearing their masks or them not being 6ft away from me. I walked in asked for a pedi the manager took my temperature and kindly guided me to the polish colors. SO many to choose from it was hard to pick. The lady started my pedi bath and put the plastic divider up. It was strange being back to see and experience this new norm getting my nails done but I totally understand. I scheduled an appointment on their website and got a confirmation text days before. When I arrived, employees kept talking to each other and glaring at me. One employee approached me and asked about my appointment a few minutes later, but walked away without saying anything else. About ten minutes later a different employee asked me what I was there for, and when I showed him the confirmation on my phone, he said they needed to update their website and that they were actually closed for the day. Used to love this place, boy has it gone down hill. I had an appointment for a pedicure. Picked out a nail color, was told where to sit and that was it. The tech working with a client next to me shut the water off without even making eye contact. The water was cold. There were no jets on. No one came by or looked my way at all. Every time a client left I thought I would be next but the technicians kept disappearing. I let after 30 min and called the manager on my way home. He could not have cared less. The first time I went to this salon, it was good. I paid $155 for new set and regular pedicure. In two weeks I went back to do filling, everyone in that Salon had an attitude and very rude. Very disappointed. Made an appointment with a specific technician and didn't happen. Lady that did my toes didn't even say hello to me. The pedicure was about 10 minutes and toenails are uneven. Was going to get my nails done too but decided against it and left as fast as a I could. Would've loved to support a new business but unfortunately I will not be back. If I could give zero stars, I would. Joe, I am not sure what you don't understand. 1. Requested a technician that was recommended and accommodated my schedule to fit his and didn't happen. 2. Pedicure was rushed and not well done, which was not a relaxing experience. 3. Technician was not friendly, making it an uncomfortable experience. About 1 year ago I gave a 5* rating with a glowing review to this Sander Nail Spa. Boy have things changed! My recent visit was a complete and utter disaster. Long story short, the nail tech started my powder dip mani only to interrupt the process leaving me sitting for an hour with just the polish removed. Apparently their credit card machine was jammed from the day before when the owners child stuck a pen in it. With all manicurists busy with clients, mine was on the phone trying to get the machine fixed. I understand accidents happen, but what about good customer service? Where was an owner or manager to help out? Unacceptable to ignore a customer that you started with. I eventually walked out with unfinished nails. If I could give only 0* I would. Not going back. Oh and I emailed the website and never heard back from anyone with an apology or statement. read more

I scheduled an appointment for December 18th @3pm and had a very disappointing experience. I was told to pick my nail color and wait for a bit, which I did. There was only one girl their waiting ahead of me and they helped her 20 minutes after I got there. After another 20 minutes another women walked in , and after her 2 groups of 3 people walked in. A man told me I would me helped shortly but another 30 minutes later, they proceeded to help 4 other people who got there after me, before me. I waited over an hour. I have experienced many of the same things others have that have given them low ratings, however Joe and Lee both listen if you talk with them directly. They didn't start my nail appointment until it was 45 minutes past my appointment time and took people who came in after me before they started my appointment. My tech was horrible and hurt me. I am very unhappy by the quality of service provided. First of all after taking appointment I had to almost wait for more than 20 min.I was happy to wait that was not a problem but after waiting for so long also all of them was so much in hurry and they did my nails (full set) in so much rush and hurry that there is no proper finishing and they didnt do it properly they didnt even followed the proper steps and just in one day my nail got broke also and when I looked at it closely after coming home there were empty spaces in my nails there was no proper paint applied, the price which I paid is not at all worth for the quality of service provided. There is no proper explanation of price they guys charged us as I just did acrylic full set the basic not to fancy also and on their website it says 35-40 bucks and these guys charged me 60 which doesn't make any sense to me. I was very uncomfortable with getting them done. Wasn't worth the price at all. Then they overcharged my friend $40 and the manager wouldn't call her back and said she was never in the system even when we both watched them put her in and was overall rude when giving her the refund. I have been a loyal customer for five years and they have slowly gone from average to way under in their attitude toward their customers, the owner, Joe is as bad as his employees I have had all different nail and pedicure services done and nothing they do is above the average but my major problem is with the attitudes of the staff. I recently tried the no chip manicure which worked ok the first time I had it done, but the next time the nails were to be done the nails were soaked in remover and covered in tin foil, after which the girl scraped off a good portion of my nails, which had finally grown back after years of abuse from gels I finally had my nails good and strong , getting manicures weekly and they were looking beautiful although the polish chipped off after 2 days. Now since the abusive way they remove the old non chip polish my nails have gotten weak again and are bending, causing a crack in them. I I went in for the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks to have the cracked nails re-polished and joe told me it was my fault because my nails were week and one of his snotty employed chimed in and told him that I had them done 2 weeks ago. She was wrong as before I went in I checked my receipt and it was less than 2 weeks. She kept arguing with me but it was non of her business as she didn't do my nails. Joe reluctantly took off my polished and shoved me off to another employee who finished with me although she had another client at the same time. I can spend my money in at least 10 shops that are close to me. I will never give this shop any more business. They are extremely rude, disrespectful and definitely unappreciative if the customers they have. I feel like I have been treated like garbage and I don't want to give them any more business. I have been coming to Sanders Nails for over a decade now. It continuously gets worse and worse every time I go in. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a regular, but I make an appointment and have to wait over a half hour for them to even seat me. I constantly am handed over from nail tech to nail tech throughout each manicure. I am constantly being taken by Lee and Joe who usually do an amazing job but take over 2 hours to just do a manicure because of how they constantly take phone calls during manicures and are directing the other nail techs to who to work on. I have spent thousands of dollars here and still am treated like I'm invisible when I'm there. Now today, I got a no chip manicure with a full set of acrylics. Took about an hour and a half, started with one person who did the acrylics and then joe took me for the polish. The first tech didn't even ask what shape I wanted, just did whatever. Each nail is uneven and lumpy. In addition, no lotion, no cuticle oil- nothing. Just a bunch of Accetone to remove the gel residue which dried out my hands even more. $50 spent on a manicure where the tech barely made eye constant, listened to music through headphones the entire manicure, and then was handed off to the boss to paint my nails while also taking a phone call. Disappointing. First I came in for a pedicure and no chip mani. Very convenient location for me and the place is really esthetically pleasing. The person doing my pedicure didn't interact with me at all and gave me a very weak quick foot rub. The pedicure was rushed in general. I have been doing work with my nail lady to strengthen my nails and had a gel nail hardener on my nails to which I did not want to remove, and just paint over it. One of the nail techs, name I don't recall but was a male, spent the entire time I was in the salon ridiculing my nail lady and my decision not to let him put a full set of acrylic on. (also, my nail lady was ill and I broke a nail so I came here to have them fix it until I could see her again) His behavior was very unprofessional and also made me uncomfortable. Once finished I decided to book a volcano appointment for the following week to give it a second chance and hoped it would be the experience they hyped it up to be. It sounded amazing! The day of my appointment I show up at my scheduled time, pick my color, and I'm seated at my pedicure chair. Was told someone would be right with me and I turned on the massage chair. 20 mins later I'm looking around, nobody acknowledged they would be with me, nobody even asked if I was okay. 30 mins go by and I'm still sitting there and now the water is like warm. 35 mins hit and I got pissed and walked out. While I was sitting there the receptionist was playing on her phone and the computer, there was a man dusting the nail polish, and another man making phone calls. The rest were with customers. Been going here for about 2 years now. Today was just unpleasant. The last time I went for a filling I had a broken nail which the lady fixed and all went well. I went for my normal two week fill today and as she was filling my nail the machine cut my skin. She knew it hurt Me but kept going as of nothing happened. She kept going it a second time burned my finger the machine to fill is hot as Is. I told her that it did hurt but she didn't do or say anything. As I was paying she told me the amount and I asked why she was charging more this time compared to last time and she said she charged me last time and this time the same so I called my friend that paid for my nails last time and said no it wasn't the same price. When I told the lady I had a broken nail last time she didn't charge me more and this time I had a broken nail again and she did charge so it didn't make any sense. She then told me " I don't charge the price you are saying I did before go with someone else that can help you instead of me" that's when I got very upset bc as an employee you should not say that to a client. Then I gave her a tip after she started saying somthing in her language to a co worker after seeing my tip looked at me and walked away. That's when I got furious! Never had any time of service like this EVER! I love the place and the manager is super nice! But I couldn't believe this happened... My sister, mom, and I went here for some early mother's day nails and our experience was not the best. We had made an appointment for 2:00 but we were not assisted until 2:20. My mom and I were seated at pedicure chairs after 20 minutes of waiting but we waited 30 minutes with our feet in the water before someone came over to us. At this point my mom was fed up so she decided to only get her finger nails done instead. Meanwhile my sister had not been attended to at all in the hour that we were there. The pedicure was alright but the woman doing it did not seem to know what she was doing. She did not put top coat on one of my toes and did not file them very well. When it came time for my nails the service was alright but it took took a really long time for my dip nails with tips. 4 days later and one of my nails cracked and broke because it was not sturdy enough. The woman who did my toes did my mom's finger nails and she did not cut them down at all. Overall the customer service was quite bad and the nails weren't amazing. I waited 30-40 minutes last time even after calling before I came to make sure I wouldn't have to wait like the time before. Steven took someone else obviously right before I came so they obviously do not respect our time. I was not happy as I had somewhere to be so he rushed my nails and did a horrible job.
