Terrible expirience!! I came to remove no chip polish that I got done somewhere else. They said it would be $10 but if I got a manicure they would not charge for the removal. I decided to do just a regular manicure because I had been doing no chip for a while and wanted to give my nails a break. This was the worst manicure I ever got. The same evening all the nails had already chipped and all I did was go to dinner. I went back the next day and was told they would not give me my money back and all they could do was redo the polish. They never never even removed the cuticle, filed my nails so jagged that they caught on everything and also cut my finger! I was so disappointed and now it's not even 24 hrs later and again all the polish has chipped! Do not go here, they have no idea what they are doing! I usually never write reviews but felt I owed it to people in the area to say something so others can save their money and not have the same expirience! Today I came in at 3 to get a full set acrylic nails which I have been doing for the past couple of years. Not to mention I used to work at this place. When I first started working here, no one told me what to do, no one told me how the prices work, how to work scheduling appointments, nothing. They simply tossed me around like a rag doll telling me to do so many different things at one. One weekend I was left ALONE to work everything and deal with all of the costumers. Horrible. Despite this I continued to get my nails done here until today. Like I said before I came in at around 3 and left at 6. 3 hours for a nail design I get all the time. I normally go to Tina who is absolutely amazing but today she was on vacation so I went with whoever was available. Today Joe who is the owner did them. The application was so horrible it felt like today was his first day ever doing acrylics. Not to mention he messed up my ring finger nail so bad he stopped doing my nails and had another girl finish them. My end result was not what I wanted at all and I showed him a picture many times of what I wanted. Not to mention I was also scheduled for a pedicure which I never got. I asked for a discount and he complained on how what I asked for was too difficult and in the middle of our conversation he walked away. So beyond unprofessional. He had someone else ring us up for 110$. So irrational and mind blowing how much I had to pay for such a horrible experience. Do not come here. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. My cousin and I rode our bikes there. They were very nice about the bikes. We had made an appointment 3 hours prior for 2 child manicures. We got there 10 minutes early but by the time we picked out our colors the 10 minutes has past. We waited 25 minutes and they finally started my manicure. After they finished my manicure they hadn't started my Cosin's. She asked if she could get her manicure now and they said that she had to wait 20 more minutes. She had already waited over an hour. I went earlier this month and got acrylic nails with my friend. They did a really bad job on my nails and didn't do any care or clean up on them. My friends nails were chipping a day or two after she got them done and an hour after I got mine I went to another place and them re done and better quality. I felt very rushed the whole time and uncomfortable. I was told that my nails were going to be $60 which was fine and I paid for it and left a $20 cash tip despite not liking my nails because it still took up his time to do them. I was asked to make an account and watched them enter my information into the system so I could be checked out. Once I left I noticed in my bank account a few days later they charged me $100 for my nails. I called and asked why and if I could be refunded the money and was told a manager would call me back. A few days later after not getting a call back I called again and was again told someone would call me later that day to get it figured out. After another few days I called very frustrated asking again why no one was calling to fix this issue and then said I wanted a full refund. They told me to come in but with my busy work schedule I had someone go in for me with my card and ID and a picture of the bank statement saying I was charged $100. They said I wasn't in the system and they said they couldn't look up my account or transaction and they were very rude to who I had go in for me. I know for a fact they can look up a card transaction. He told us my bank statement wasn't proof of the transaction when it CLEARLY states I was charged $100 from 312 nails wheeling. I hate leaving bad reviews and have actually never left one but this experience was extremely unprofessional and rude. The fact that I watched them make an account for me and conveniently when I wanted a refund I didn't have one. I am very disappointed in the way this situation was handled on their end. read more

I come from Chicago just to get my toes done at this place! Today I had Zoey; she did such an amazing job. From the detail in cutting my cuticles to the leg massage (which was out of this world), I'm ready to book my next appointment. The prices are very fair; I think my amazing pedicure is $29-$30 dollars. Everyone that works there goes above and beyond in everything. I went in a half hour before closing for a regular manicure and the gentleman said okay, but I could tell he wasn't pleased. The woman who did my nails did just an okay job. When I left there were still two people getting their nails done who were there when I arrived, so they weren't held up by me coming. One day later and a nail has already started to chip. Don't think I'll go back, primarily because of the attitude of the man who talked to me when I came in. It's unfortunate because the salon is very pretty and it's convenient to my house. read more

I've been coming here since about October of last year, so a few months. This last time getting my nails done was probably the worst service I've ever personally gotten anywhere. I made my 5:30pm appointment online, like I always do. However, when I walked in, I was informed they were too busy for me and I had to either come back or wait. It was less than a half hour at this point so I decided to wait. The girl at the front desk told me that the wait was because one two out of the three techs did dip and one of them had an appointment and the other was already with a customer. I understand already being with a customer, but I also had an appointment so cue my confusion as to why the later appointment was automatically more important. I asked that maybe while I wait, that someone wrap my nails as I had dip on them already, the same girl that was upfront said yes and proceeded to put one drop of the acetone on the tiniest piece of cotton to wrap my nails. I sat waiting until about 6:10. Once my tech finished up with her prior customer, she rushed over, looking very annoyed and sat down and started to set up. I asked her if she wanted to take a second to grab water or something, I had already waited this long, what was another two minutes at this point. I was ignored. Not a single thing I said to her was acknowledged. She started to work. She was clearly in a rush since all that was done was removal of the polish, cutting my nails, and applying the new stuff. When cutting my nails, she cut them to where I wanted but since she was in such a rush, she them spent the next few minutes filing them way shorter than I wanted, so short to the point that one of my nails is basically round. She started dipping and applied two layers of color. she wasn't even able to take the time to completely cover the first layer of color completely so the majority of my nails have lines showing the two layers of dip. Once she was done, it was just "okay you're done" and then she stated scrolling through her phone. I go to check out and upon checking in, I had received a message that I had enough points to redeem a reward. I tried to redeem the reward and I had to explain to the girl upfront that Sanders Nails and 312 were the same. After she tried to convince me that I had to go to the location in Wheeling to redeem the reward, I explained that I use the website to make my appointments and only got the reward message after checking in for my appointment. Frustrated, she gave in and agreed to give my $8 off. I paid and left. so for my 5:30 appointment, I was out by 6:30 and 40minutes worth of my time was spent waiting. I will not be coming back. I'm a paying customer and have never felt so disrespected. read more

Not worth the $75 for basic pedicure and no chip manicure. They were rude to people coming in while I was getting a pedicure. One of their regulars complained numerous times on how the reception continually messes up her appointments. Another regular confirmed it. It's Wednesday and I got my no chip manicure on Saturday and it's already starting to chip. No organization whatsoever and messy stations. I get three weeks out of all my no chips yet this is chipping already. My friend asked for two ten's for a tip and the girl snatched the 20 from her hand and shoved it in her back pocket said thank you and disappeared. I'm glad she thinks it was worth a 20 dollar tip. On her phone half the time. I think you need to overhaul the entire staff and salon. Will never come back and will make sure to pass the word to friends to not come here. I've been a loyal customer since they opened. I have always gotten an ombre by Joe. I have always taken off my own ombre, trim and filed my own nails so I don't have to wait so long. Last week I asked for a lavender ombre color. Joe mixed colors and after 3 nails I told him it's not the color a wanted, he mumbled something and kept going. At the end I told him again it was not the color I asked for and he said he would apply polish over the ombre, I said no. I was charged $60, first time I paid that. I told the guy who rung me up and he said that's what Joe charged. I left dissapoint and when I got home I looked at previous charges which ranged from $45-55. I called and asked for a manager. Same guy who checked me our said he was the manager "Jimmy" which I didn't believe. Told him again my disappointment and he asked me if I wanted tI talk to Joe, I said I shouldn't have to if he was the manager. He came back.and said the difference in price was that I had had a filler in my previous visits..I didn't know what a filler was, I never had that. Then he said my nails were short and it's harder to do ombre with short nails. Are they Kidding? MY NAILS WERE NOT SHORT. Then he said I should ask the price before any work is done. Went in yesterday for a dip manicure. I originally picked out this pale yellow color, but a few times throughout the manicure I mentioned how the color was not looking anything like the color I originally picked out. This was looking like a dark yellow/brown...He said it would look better with the top coat on. Waited for him to put the top coat on and it looked no different. When he was all finished I apologized a bunch of times and said it isn't his fault that the color didn't match at all (although they should ALWAYS swatch it for you because this happens frequently at nail salons with dip. Even he agreed) but I said I'm really not happy with this at all. He had such an attitude with me and was clearly pissed off that the colors didn't match whatsoever. However, why make the customer feel bad when this was not my fault? I'm paying for the manicure so I want to be satisfied with it. It was really unprofessional the way he handled it. Then he starts laughing to other technicians and pointing to my nails. It felt really uncomfortable. I understand it was frustrating for him to re do it but I was really polite and he even threw away the original swatch because he knew the color didn't match. He gave me a decent no-chip instead and then charged me $45... which is outrageous. He was also pretty rough with the drill and hit my cuticle so hard at some points I thought it was going to bleed, but I didn't say anything because he already threw a fit that I didn't like my nails the first time. I think it's also important to mention that another customer across the way from me was complaining that her nail technician was being rude to her. These nail artists have no class whatsoever. Been going here for about 2 years now. Today was just unpleasant. The last time I went for a filling I had a broken nail which the lady fixed and all went well. I went for my normal two week fill today and as she was filling my nail the machine cut my skin. She knew it hurt Me but kept going as of nothing happened. She kept going it a second time burned my finger the machine to fill is hot as Is. I told her that it did hurt but she didn't do or say anything. As I was paying she told me the amount and I asked why she was charging more this time compared to last time and she said she charged me last time and this time the same so I called my friend that paid for my nails last time and said no it wasn't the same price. When I told the lady I had a broken nail last time she didn't charge me more and this time I had a broken nail again and she did charge so it didn't make any sense. She then told me " I don't charge the price you are saying I did before go with someone else that can help you instead of me" that's when I got very upset bc as an employee you should not say that to a client. Then I gave her a tip after she started saying somthing in her language to a co worker after seeing my tip looked at me and walked away. That's when I got furious! I have been going to this salon for a few months Trish did a great job there and she was the reason I stayed so long. I got my nails done and something must have been dirty because I ended up with an infection of my nail and ended up going to the hospital to get treated. I decided to be nice and talk to joe and he offered me free services. I ended up going there again because I thought I would give it another chance. Well Trish isn't there anymore when I walked in the staff all looked at me and humiliated me, joes wife told me she was gonna do my nails but to remember that she does a "worse job than my husband" which didn't reassure me because he had messed up my nails previously I Asked for another nail tech and she suggested that I leave the salon and go to another. I feel completely disgusted by the humanity In these people. I have never been treated with more disrespect in a salon that is supposed to help the clients. Being nice did not work there and I am surprised that this place is still in business if I were you I would find a new salon. Tried this place again since second time is the charm and I have officially moved Into the neighborhood. But was the worst mistake ever like absolutely horrible. My mom and I both got dip done. Mom got ombré which was done totally wrong as I had told the technician that dark was supposed to be in top and light in bottom but of course couldn't follow simple instructions and my mom had no clue since she has never gotten ombré done and was hoping that the Technician was doing what I had asked. Than with me the technique was using the buffer thing and kept doing it on my skin to a point where my skin had bled and after that color was missing on so many sides of my nails it got irritating. I also had mentioned I wanted a simple design on my nails and they said okay we can do that but that was a lie no one in the whole shop knew how to make a simple squiggle or a flower. One technician attempted and one was a big flower the other hand was small one hand had three squiggles while the other had 5 like seriously couldn't even do it symmetrical. Two hours later I left with no design and my nails looking like a kid just painted them but with dip powder. My advice is plenty of salons around go somewhere else because time spent here will be time well wasted. read more

If I could give them no stars or negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst possible environment to be in. I went with my co workers to this nail salon as a gift from our employers. The woman who I was unfortunate to get as my nail tech scolded me like a child, telling me not to splash my feet when I placed them in the water. Then when it was time to polish my toenails, she asked what color I wanted, well as I am sure many people have done in the past, I showed her the color in a photo because I liked a Christmas design I was wanting for my manicure and I just wanted my toenails to match with the base color... she relentlessly went to find the color for me. She brought back nothing that even came close. When I attempted to explain that to her, she gave me (in her rude manner) a nail color swatch that once again, didn't even come close to the color I was asking for. Then once again, she proceeded to scold me like a child talking loudly in front of a salon full of people that I needed to go pick out a color and that she shouldn't have to do it for me. I finally had enough and said forget it, I do not want anything and that I was leaving, she went to speak with a man who I thought was the owner about me. As I approached them and asked him kindly, if he was the owner, she pushed me, yes pushed me away. Then of course the owner came up to make it right and by then I had, had enough and I could not wait to leave. It was embarrassing to say the least. I found out from my co workers that their experience although it was not as bad as mine, they still were made to wait for almost an hour to have someone do their manicure after they had their pedicure done because the employees were taking clients in between. Was driving past and decided to stop in for a manicure. There was a grand opening sign with 20% off. With special, manicure was $16. That would be reasonable, if they did a good job. Terrible color application to the point that I asked to redo. Second time around was only marginally better but after spending over an hour on a manicure, I wanted to leave. Nails chipped not even 24 hours later because of the lousy polish application. The salon itself on the inside was very beautiful, but it doesn't mean anything of it's not quality work. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came here last week with a couple of friends after booking an appointment a day ahead of time. When we arrived, they took my one friend for her no chip and started right away. Within the 20 minute span of my friend and I waiting for our appointment (we were on time for), we received the most AWFUL customer service. My friend had asked a couple questions about the acrylic service she wanted and the man who checked us in was extremely rude. I was looking at nail colors and another worker grabbed them out of my hands and brought them to her customer. I was appalled and when she brought them back to me 5 minutes later did not even acknowledge her rudeness. After 20 minutes of waiting for our appointment, we nicely asked how much longer it would take. The man replied that 3 other customers (1 being a walk-in) was in front of us and mentioned that they closed at 7pm. The fact that we made an appointment for 6pm and then were told they didn't know if they'd have time to take us was the final straw for us. We walked out and went to a much more friendly & respectful nail salon down the street. Will never be returning here. SO RUDE!!!!! read more

He started to shave down my acrylics and he shaved down all the way down to my real nail and was shaving my real nail, which hurt but he kept shaving over it and did not care. The lady doing my design was trying to pressure me to choose my design, which I already had and which they messed up and made me pay $55 for it. It was way too high for just a fill in. I was very excited to try this place out. My excitement was soon turned into extreme frustration. I made an appointment for 3 people at 6pm. I had a no chip scheduled and wanted to change it to acrylic the day of. The person I spoke with told me it would be no problem and that they would change it for me. We get there for the appointment and was told that I didnt call to change it to acrylic and that I could wait but it would be a while since there were 5 people in front of me. I was a little frustrated since I was told it wouldn't be a problem but whatever. They took my one friend right away while my other friend and I sat and waited for about 15 mins (also fine, I understand you have to wait a bit) I asked the same person if I were to wait for acrylic how long it would be. He said at least an hour and a half but they also close at 7 so there might not be time. OK?.... so first you tell me I didn't call to change my appointment, then you tell me I can wait for acrylic but when I ask how long the wait would be you tell me you might not even be able to take me since you close at 7. There were people with walk-ins going before my friend which is absolutely ridiculous when we had an appointment! My friend was looking at colors to choose from, and in the middle of her looking a worker walked over and grabbed them out of her hand without even asking because another customer needed them.... I saw some reviews on here also talking about the poor customer service, in the replies they were saying that that didnt sound right and that they wouldnt do the things the reviews said. Your response to those reviews just shows your poor customer service. The only reason I go to this place is because of the location (close to my house), but it's just not worth it. My most recent experience was this past Saturday when I had an appointment for 9 AM and was the first to arrive just before the place even opened. Shortly after, other customers started rolling in and they apparently all had appointments too (for 9:15 and 9:30 from what I could gather). I ended up getting serviced AFTER these other people, which is absolutely ridiculous. Their excuses included these other folks being "regulars" and some of their workers coming in late, but none of that should matter when I had the first appointment of the day AND got there before anyone else. The quality of their service is no better; the girl doing my nails got up several times to pick out nail colors for other people while I sat and waited (this is while their boss was sitting around playing games on his phone). Avoid this place like the plague if you value your time and dignity. read more

I went there for at least nine months. The prices were good. My favorite technician Shane. Left there I had to my nails had to be done by other workers. One of the ladies there was very very rude. She yanked one of my nails off with a clipper it hurt at lot and she said my index nail was loose should I take it off. I said no it really hurt when you did that last one to which she replied........you want me to take it off? To which I said mmmmmm no. She said Fine you get infection. She had not mentioned infection before. I said I don't want an infection you can take it off. She stood up yelled at me and said .....YOU go back to other girl I not doing your nails. I let her know I wasn't going in the back......but out the front door. When the manager isn't there they get kind of rude. I was a walk in customer and was told someone would help me in 5min, I waited 20min till someone was free. The young guy working there did a great job on my nails but I could tell the owner was rushing him to finish up. As he was getting ready to paint she had him go with another customer and she finished painting my nails which I did not like, it's rude and horrible service to have someone else finish the work that someone else started, def not the way a shop should be managed. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. NEVER in my life have I had damage to my nails, until I went here at the beginning of September. Within about 2 weeks, I noticed that two of my nails were developing weird peeling bubbles right by the cuticle. Then they began to peel deeply by the cuticle. A few days later, the same thing happened to another nail, and then another. Only now (beginning of January) do my nails finally look somewhat normal. My dermatologist informed me that the damage to my nails was damage to the nail matrix, caused by either unsanitary eauipment or the manicurist pressing way too hard when pushing back my cuticles, or both. Thus, four of my nails peeled SEVERELY from the cuticle toward the tip and there was nothing that could be done, other than to let the damage grow out, which has taken 4 months. This is the worst manicure experience I hve ever had. If you are considering getting a manicure here, RUN to a different salon!!! read more
