Mother's Day in Flavortown, folks. Buckle up. I confess... I dropped the ball on making a dinner reservation early, and when options ran low, Guy Fieri's place came to the rescue. We've been here before and had a decent time, but this was the first visit with the full crew: husband, kids, and my dad. Let's just say... we had a mix of opinions. We arrived right on time and were seated without a hitch. Our server was super sweet, though there were a couple of small mix-ups with the drinks. No harm done, and it got sorted quickly, and everyone had something to sip while we waited. Food-wise, we ordered up a little tour of the menu: Husband: Trashcan Nachos (his go-to) Me: Plain Jane Burger + Fry Trio Kids: Off Da Hook Fish & Chips Dad: Classic BLT The wait for food was pretty standard. My burger was decent, but something had a sour tang...maybe the tomato or pickles? The tomato was hot, soggy, and a little sad. I scraped it off and moved on. The fry trio, however, was the real winner. Waffle, curly, and straight fries all together? Perfection. The kids liked their fish and chips, but honestly, it was mostly chips. Two small pieces of fish were buried under a skillet of fries. I get it... "Chips" is in the name, but maybe dial it back a bit, Guy? My dad's BLT looked fine, but if his tomatoes were like mine, I doubt it gave "fresh from the garden" vibes. He said it was "decent," which in dad-speak means, "I'll eat it, but I'm not excited." Dessert was where the magic happened. We got the cheesecake and the brookie. The cheesecake? Meh. Not terrible, just cheesecake. But that brookie? Absolute showstopper. Half brownie, half cookie, served warm in a cast iron skillet, topped with ice cream, salted bourbon caramel, and toffee bits. That little skillet of joy made the whole meal worth it. Would I go out of my way to eat here again? Probably not for the main dishes. The food is fine, but for the price, I know I can find better. This is my second visit to this particular location since they opened. Located in the Harrahs casino there is plenty of free parking and easy access. My first visit was to the main restaurant which is a dining room and viewing access to the building exterior over the Cove concert venue. Stopping over for lunch today I was under the impression I would have the same experience. I was surprised to find that the main dining room was closed, and only the kitchen area was open, which is a small and less formal, but still serving the same menu. Full table service was offered but there was no mention of the change in dining venue on their website. Apparently due to volume and staffing issues the larger dining room is only open on the weekends. One advantage to visiting earlier in the day is that you can order from either the breakfast or the lunch menu. Nice selection of appetizers, my favorite is the towering onion plate which is a nice shareable appetizer. Enjoyed the old-fashioned Philly style cheesesteak which was a huge portion and afforded leftovers for later! Recommend checking when the larger dining room is open to avoid my mistake, but still worth a trip if you're looking for some good and creative bar food! read more

This is a place I had gone to one time before and opted to leave before ordering because the prices are way too high. The food is good, but honesty I think you are paying to eat in Guy's restaurant but the food - should be priced lower. My mom and I went to eat there and she had a cheesy cheeseburger - was delicious. I had the burger with the mac and cheese on it - it's a #1 burger in Vegas - honestly so good. One of the things I really liked was it wasn't overly messy. We both also had the fry trio - which is a cute mix of straight fries, waffle and curly - nice seasoning on them as well. I also had the wings which were covered with garlic and hot honey - so good, my only complaint is the sauce be a little thicker - and the garlic be a little more pronounced. We also both got dessert - she got the cheese cake which to me was okay cheesecake - certainly not worth what it cost - kind of broke about when I ate it. I got the chocolate cake and while it was good - not enough frosting for me - and the cake was so moist that it would have been hard to tell if it was completely cooked. For me it was disappointing that it seemed to be covered with a broken up Heath candy barand covered it. I would have like less of that and more frosting - again - way to expensive. Just ate there tonight. Our waiter was excellent Armini, I hope I spelled that right. I got steak and shrimp, the special. I ordered medium well and it came a little more cooked than it should of been. The waiter asked right when he brought it if it was cooked right and I told him yes. I didn't want to send it back and wait. It tasted GREAT!!!! Tender, juice, and well flavored. Next time I will ask for medium. Asparagus simple and good. Salad with ranch, YUM! Perfect! My husband got the king crab legs and he loved them. Huge and very good flavor. His side, macaroni and cheese he said had no flavor. His salad was a Caesar and very good he said. Moscow mules are so good and I had pineapple margarita, also good. Chocolate cake was so big and good. We will be back! read more

Best restaurant view in the city! Overlooking downtown Omaha and the river, this location is awesome. Love coming here for a drink or dinner. The staff is super friendly and efficient, my only complaint is quality of food. For a high-end steakhouse, the chef really needs to step up their game. The steak was ok, smothered in sauce that took away from the flavor. Overpriced for the quality of food, but worth it for the view! Stopped by last night while we were at the casino. All 5 of us found the food to be really good. Service was friendly and food came out fast. We ordered the trash can nachos and thought they were really flavorful. 3 of us had the Mac n cheese burger. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. My son had the wings and said they were pretty good and my daughter had the pulled pork sandwich. Everyone really enjoyed the mix of French fries. read more

I've been here once with my mother, I have to say it's in a nice part of the Casino & hotel. The service is okay, food is subpar. The restaurant is clean & they always have entertainment playing on the TV. Overall it's okay, I do think it's overpriced for the quality of food you get. It's not bad food per se, but not worth what it's priced at. Overall a 5.5/10 for me! read more

We happened to stop here for the night in our RV and were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! It was definitely pricey, but worth every penny. For what it's worth, Harrah's properties always seem to have great steakehouses, and the Harrah's in Council Bluffs is no exception. Located on the top (12th) floor, the restauarant has a fantastic view of the river and Omaha on the other side. If you make your reservation on Opentable, be sure to ask for a table on the 'terrace' (it's not outdoors-- it's just elevated) or on the side overlooking the river. Great wine list and nice selection of domestic and craft beers. The food was excellent. We had the escargot to start which was different than we've ever had in France or elsewhere (it has melted havarti cheese over it) and the snails are not in the shell, but they were cooked properly and delicious. They're served with toasted pita triangles. Next, I had the wedge salad which was perfect-- smoked bacon, and lots of blue cheese (we even had enough to reserve some for our steaks) and my husband loved his Caesar salad which has a lot of shaved parm. Our steaks were cooked perfectly (we both had the filet-- I had the smaller one and he had the larger one) with loaded baked potatoes. The potatoes were good-- but probably the most lackluster of everything we ordered -- the skins were a little soft and the inside was a little more firm than I like, but the potatoes come loaded with shredded cheese, chives, butter and sour cream. The service was excellent as you'd expect for this level of steakhouse. The only thing to be aware of, however, is when we received the bill, there was a $3 upcharge for the salads that we weren't told about (apparently only the house salad or soup comes without an upcharge) which was fine-- it was well worth it, but I don't remember seeing it mentioned on the menu. Perhaps it was and I didn't see it. And the $3 upcharge for the loaded baked potato that was mentioned on the menu was actually a $2 upcharge on the bill. Not sure why there would be discrepencies between the menu and the actual charges. Regardless, it wasn't problematic enough for me to give it less than five stars and we would certainly go back. My second time to 360 was better than the first. They really outdo themselves!! Our waiter Amini was excellent! He was so charming and efficient! He even put a special little order in for cheese curds for us on the house. They were delicious. We ordered 2 bottles of wine and had such a relaxing time. The steak was cooked to perfection... and my sister had crab legs. The crab legs were HUGE. I couldn't believe how fresh and delicious they were!!! I can't say enough about this place , it was perfect environment for my birthday . Me & my spouse set reservations up online the day of because it was more simple than trying to remember to call back during restaurant hours . From stepping off the elevator & being greeted & brought to one of the best seats in the establishment it made me feel top notch. The waiters & waitresses were all friendly & efficient . There was a concert going on down below at the stir cove & it could be heard just enough that it wasn't overbearing . The whole ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful which is to be expected from Harrah's ! Food was top notch from the hot bread with house made butter , the Caesar salad, the spinach dip , the soup , my pasta dish & my husband's steak dish - there was not a single complaint ! I went to celebrate a life accomplishment - we made reservations as they are practicing social distancing. They gave us a wonderful booth accompanying an amazing view of downtown Omaha. Our server was so much fun! They gave me the wrong lobster tail but made up for it by giving us an extra tail to-go. Excellent all around! read more

Last night in Omaha, at a steakhouse above a Harrahs casino overlooking the Missouri River, I was apprehensive at first but surprised. Our server was very warm and sweet and the food was actually a good value because it included a salad (rare at a good steakhouse) our appetizer of bacon wrapped scallops were delicious but why do we need the bacon? You all know I hate bacon wrapped anything they were delicious without it. My friend got the rib-eye and I got the Filet, both were prepared perfectly mid rare but the ribeye had A lot of fat on it (A lot) for a prime the only one on the menu so disappointing. My filet I ordered crab cakes with it and they were surprisingly fresh with creamed spinach that was good but very very creamy. Dessert was a pear dish with a white chocolate covering it delicious! Great value, eh ambience and eh atmosphere but ironically delicious food. read more

My husband surprised me over the weekend by going here for the first time. We've been wanting to try this for awhile. We had reservations for 7:45pm but arrived early, about 7pm. Since he is a diamond member, they allowed us to be seated about 40 minutes early, which was a great perk! The views alone were worth the price of admission. We haven't been to a restaurant in town with one better. Very cozy and romantic setting. Perfect for date night. My husband called and requested seats with a view, which we got and loved. I ordered the hard seared salmon and my husband ordered the surf and turf. Both of our meals came with salads that were a decent size. The dressings (ranch and a balsamic vinaigrette) tasted homemade, which was a nice touch. We also got cute bread and butter before our meal too. My salmon was cooked perfectly and had this delicious sweet sesame sauce on a bed of mushroom risotto. The inside was tender and it had a nice crunchy outside. I also ordered the garlic mashed potatoes which were delicious. My husband loved his surf and turf, which was served with twin 4 oz rock lobster tails and melted butter and a 6 oz filet mignon. He said it was cooked to perfection and had a lot of flavor. It is a more expensive meal, we paid $140.00 with tip-but for a place you go to on special occasions and only a time or two a year-it's great and we highly recommend it. After several dozen visits to this place, NEVER again, The view is great, but quality of food, price and service is horrible.

Just finished a disappointing meal. Sat for 20 minutes before anyone took our drink order, while other tables seated after us (3 that I could see) all had got served. No real apology from our waitress but she never really served us. The sweet lady refilling our waters was the only one who cared and showed any attention to the table. Food was good (not great) considering the price you would think it would be better. Sides came out cold, but the view is amazing. The manager did make it right taking off a few items from our bill because the whole experience was what you would expect at Waffle House not a high priced establishment like this. read more

They put up with us trying to find the best spot to get a group pic, and helped us with all of them :-) Started off with the Think Mint martini. Not sure if that's the actual name; spell correction may have changed it... Anyway, it was pretty good. For the entree I had the Gulf shrimp, and they were fantastic. My husband and I had dinner here last weekend and we were not impressed. We hadn't been in a couple of years and we had high expectations for this level of restaurant. I had the filet with mashed potatoes and crab cakes. My husband had a bone in NY Strip with King Crab Mac and Cheese. The meat was tough, bland, and undercooked. I ordered mine medium rare and he asked for medium, but both steaks were very much more on the rare side. The crab cakes and mac and cheese were just ok. On top of the mediocre meal, we did not have that great of service. Overall, it wasn't a good experience and definitely not some place I would recommend for a nice, expensive meal when you want to indulge. read more

I hadn't been here in years and I must say it was much better than I remembered. Bread was great and refilled quickly. I ordered the filet mignon with lump crab meat, it cam with a house salad and a twice baked potato. Everything was perfect. Two others ordered the filet with oscar topping and gnocchi for their side - they both loved it. Last person ordered the pork chops, his favorite thing there, and he was pleased as usual. Service and food were both great. If you are looking for a perfectly cooked steak at a restaurant where everything isn't ala cart then this should be at the top of your list. My partner got the salmon with lobster raviolis. The sauce on the raviolis was very sweet (obviously pre packaged) and the salmon had a nice crust but was salty. Absolutely horrible. I sent my steak back 4 times before they got it right. A manager did not even come to our table and I went to go personally talk to the chef as they are up front as you walk in and he was too busy playing on his phone and not interested in the meals going out. We have been here over 10 times and most f the time it is really good. The last two times has been a fiasco. Looks like we will start going back to Sullivans Steakhouse. read more

Im wondering who pd for these good reviews! Omah Steaks would be tramatized if they knew how bad the beef is. Taste like it was cooked 2 mo ago, froze, then warmed up. We went w a small group. 3 of us had prime rib, the most tasteless, tough slab of beef I ever had from a quality or cheap rated resturant. 3 others had filets. tasteless !! Garlic potatoes were dry and boring. This was 3/1/2020. The view and waitress were the only good point. What a shame, when people go there for a special, experience and receive such disappointment. Shame on you for charging those prices. 6 mo ago I had crab legs, they were dried out, taste funny and served with vegetable oil instead of butter. Everything was DELICIOUS. Only one problem, the bone in rib eye was way over cooked. Once they were made aware of the problem, they removed the steak and cooked another one. which was cooked perfectly. the only problem with that was... Everyone else was done with their dinner by the time the replacement steak arrived. I guess I would have expected from such a fine dinning restaurant, at the very least maybe an offer of a complimentary dessert, or a drink or an appetizer. Considering we did have two appetizers, two desserts and several drinks. But nothing was offered, even though the manager brought over the new steak. This was my 2nd trip to 360, this time for a large business dinner. Again, the rolls, lobster tail, salad, mashed potatoes were all excellent. Once again though, my filet was severely overcooked. I ordered MEDIUM RARE, and it came out with NO PINK whatsoever! I didn't feel that it was appropriate to send it back because I was sitting at a large table amongst my peers for a business dinner. This is my 2nd overcooked filet here, please let the chef know what's happening here! I can't believe it's a coincidence. I'm starting to think this place just masquerades as high end in an effort to make their high rollers feel special when they come up to dine with their half off coupons. There are MANY better places to have seafood or steaks in Omaha/Council Bluffs. read more
