Ventured over here on a recent Saturday night. After making it up to the 12th floor we were impressed with the upscale feel and decor of the restaurant. We received an excellent table along the floor to ceiling windows with great views of Omaha, the pedestrian bridge and the river. Our server was also very outgoing and fun. I ordered a filet and my husband got the filet with crab cake. Both steaks were prepared as requested and the crab cake was rich with lots of crab meat. My steak was really good, but I have had better. Our meal plus 2 drinks was just under $100, but we had a buy one get one entree coupon so we got outta there for around $75 including tip. Overall though a great place to check out and enjoy the beautiful city views. read more

Great views and for the most part great food. Their soups are usually amazing so I'd recommend that over a salad. We've eaten here quite a bit and service has always been excellent. I enjoyed dinner in a wide booth facing the the skyline of Omaha, and this is a romantic environment with rich food and wonderful service. We started the meal with delicious, flaky rolls that were still warm. Our table ordered spinach dip as an appetizer, which came with warm, toasted pita bread. I ordered the "steak and cake," which was a crab cake and small filet. The crab cake had large pieces of crab, unlike many places where the crab cake is mostly filler. The meal came with a large wedge salad and choice of side. My only criticism is that the steak, cake, and creamed spinach were underseasoned and needed salt. The manager himself delivered the dinner. I ordered my steak medium well, but it was quite pink on the inside. It's my fault for not speaking up because the manager asked us to cut into our steaks and check that they were cooked to our liking. The service was impeccable, and the waiter went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. He chatted with us and made sure that the dishes came to our liking and checked on us frequently. The food I would rate as 4.5; however, the service should have been far better. Not that it was bad...the 4 of us had a bill of $205 with no liquor ordered. My husband left a $40 tip, which I thought was overly generous. Maybe it was because the waitress was pregnant, but this was an extremely generous tip. Little things: she never offered my son-in-law a refill on his soda. She never offered us pepper on our steaks, as we saw another waitress do for her table. I would have asked, but I never thought of it until I saw others receiving it. She id not offer to box our leftovers. It would have been a nice touch to label the 4 desserts we took to go. What happened to this place. I visited this place years ago and was really wowed at the food, ambiance, and service but my most recent visit was a poor dining experience for what should be a top rated restaurant. Me and my fiancé both ordered steak but he got the special, I also ordered an appetizer (calamari) loaded bake potato for my side and cesar salad which cost extra but no biggie. When we ordered the calamari it stated it came with a spicy aioli sauce but the sauce accompanying it was like a sweet mustard sauce which disappointed me because it's wasn't spicy at all. Next when my steak came I couldn't believe the gigantic bake potatoe aside it I mean this thing was so big it seemed over cooked and was hard and crunchy in some spots I barely even ate and I love baked potatoes with my steak. My fiancé special wasn't much of a big deal either because the side it came with also was barely seasoned and hard we ended it up having to have it switched out with mashed potatoes. The last thing that was an issue throughout the night was our server who was very nice seemed to be running all over the place and we felt like a lot of time was just sitting and waiting for her to check in on us. Our dessert took so long to be brought back that I ended up asking another server to look into it but right when I did our server came and she did apologize but geez the is the 360 steak house and we expected better food and service especially for the $170 we spent. Our dinner started standing in no line at the hostess station with 3 hostesses standing there - when we tried to check in we were told us to "just wait a second". Drinks were great at the bar. Our waitress at our dinner table was very accommodating. My husband's prime rib was acceptable but as a featured entree it falls short. My pork chops were terrible. The first ones served were so tough I could not cut them with a steak knife. Our waitress wasn't surprised as she said. The second pork chop entree served was a tad bit better. They could be cut but we're still over cooked and dry. For Omaha to be the meat Capitol of the World - we were let down. On to Wyoming and Colorado where they really know their meat. read more

I go here pretty often and something always seems off for the type of restaurant they portray themselves as. My previous main gripe was when I ordered a medium rare bone in ribeye. It came completely charred black and was cooked all the way through and they still served it. I had to return it even though I was with a large group. It was inedible. The next steak they gave me was pretty much seasoned and tossed on the plate. I looked at it and just told them to give me a box to take it home. Today I figured I'd give it another shot. The steak was fine but the French onion soup was so salty and I like salty foods so that is saying a lot. They just can not seem to get the entire meal just right. My boyfriend and I came here for a late Valentines Day celebration-- Everything was fantastic! I am a sucker for good service and Amini did not disappoint. He was tentative, but did not hover and checked in just enough to make sure we were satisfied. We had the escargot for appetizer and OH MY GOSH--It was to die for! Our Caesar salads were tossed with the perfect amount of dressing and our steaks were cooked perfectly. The draw here is the amazing view from the 12th floor. I always make a reservations on Open Table and note that I want a window seat looking over the Omaha skyline. The service here is always pretty good. I will say this last visit we felt very rushed. I don't like that at all. If I am spending the kind of money that I am at a place like this, I want to sit and enjoy my food. I have been here many times over the last few years for special occasions. This most recent time was for my friend's birthday dinner. She had the special of the night which was a 16 oz ribeye with mushrooms and risotto. She loved it. I thought it was a bit pricey, but it was her special night. I opted for the small 6 oz filet mignon. They serve Omaha Steaks here so the quality of the meat is wonderful and it was cooked to my liking. However, my steak lacked seasoning and flavor. It also comes with a salad and a side, in which I got garlic mashed potatoes. I didn't get any real garlic flavor and they lacked seasoning. I wasn't blown away by my meal or experience here. They did bring us a small cheesecake with a candle for my friend which was a nice touch. If I am looking for a good steak I would probably opt for another place. Can't speak to the food, but the bar has one of the best views of any bar. Overlooks the Missouri River and all of the downtown Omaha skyline. For drinks, their Chocolate martini is killer. I don't usually like overly sweet drinks but this is an exception. The view is spectacular during sunset. We tested our luck and were able to be seated without any issues. The service was excellent and food was good. My S/O got the filet mignon and potatoes. Our twins were attending a concert at Stir so we decided to enjoy 360. Full disclosure hubby also wanted to check them out since they serve Omaha Steaks ( he is the VP/GM) but all opinions are mine. We were also using the Omaha World Herald Dining Card. We arrived a bit late for our reservation due to traffic and the manager could tell we were waiting and quickly prepared a table for us before the sunset. We had a beautiful view looking out over Omaha. We informed the waiter we were here for the long haul and he recommended yummy drinks and we shared a shrimp cocktail. Not once did we feel rushed and he timed the food beautifully. We enjoy a lot of Steakhouses all over and way too ,any in NYC so we were not expecting a side and salad to be included with dinner. The rolls were so yummy with the honey like drizzle on top. Hubby enjoyed the NY Strip and I had the surf and turf. Both steaks were cooked beautifully. There was so much food with his salad, my soup, steaks, 2 Rock lobster tails and the sides. What I liked most was the fresh creamed spinach. The usual steakhouse serves the over creamed spinach that you can barley find the spinach in. This was delicious the real food shined. We shared a cheese cake for desert and called it a night. The entrees were pricey at $52 and $54 but well worth it. We will be back even though we already used our OWH dining card. We are real food eaters and there was lots of fresh real food on the menu. My meat man who is picky about his steak said it was very well done. Note: the front end staff was a bit flakey but the manager was very aware of everything going on around him. When we called to tell them we would be late because of parking lot traffic the front end girl was not very kind but really the manager who we never told about the call was so wonderful. The second time they did it, it was my 1 year wedding anniversary. Whoops. Big mistake. The food is mediocre. I ate a steak and twice baked loaded potato, the potato was awesome, the steak was cooked okay. The second time around I ordered scallops. Nowhere in their menu did it say that their scallops had FISH EGGS. The waiter puts the plate in front of me and I immediately ask him to take it back. FISH EGGS?! NOT LISTED ON MENU. Yikes. The waiter says, what would you like? I look over at another customer and see that they have Mahi Mahi. I ask him, uh.. you have Mahi Mahi? He goes, yea, that's our special today. Of course he never bothered to mention any of the specials to us. Mahi Mahi is my favorite fish. So, that's what I told him to bring me. He goes, but that costs more money... and I go, that's not a problem, but you shouldn't be charging me more... you brought me scallops with fish eggs, and that's not normal. Had high hopes, all crushed. We ordered the escargot which was doused in the oil from the cheese above. I love it buttery and oil to dip my bread, but this oil was not flavored, it was clearly from the cheese above. Because the escargot also had phyllo dough on top of them, it was soggy and made for a very unappealing flavor and texture. We had to send it back and couldn't eat it. The calamari was not the golden brown you typically expect, it had a white color to them, and were very underseasoned. The bread that came to the table was very buttery, and tasted nice, however my hands ended up being full of oil. I took just a couple of bites and really couldn't eat more. So after a very underwelming and disappointing appetizer service, I was very much looking forward to having a wonderful steak, which is what a steak house should be known for. We ordered the filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and a crab cake. The filet mignon was ordered medium rare, & I received medium well. The mashed potatoes were cold, and didn't have any garlic flavor to them at all. The crab cake was the best part of the meal by far! Large chunks of fresh crab and very well seasoned. By the way, we asked for an extra plate, but we were told that's an extra $10 (not in the fanciest of restaurants did that happen to us). The waitress never checked up on us when the food first came out and because we were so hungry we just ate. When she did come to the table, the steak was almost done, & I told her we ordered medium rare. I showed her some of this steak left on the plate, and with a very condescending smile she said "would you like me to bring you a new one?" I said it's a little late for that now because we finished eating and we were very hungry. We were hoping dessert would at least end the meal right, but unfortunately the chocolate cake was awful. It tasted like uncooked butter and didn't have the deep chocolate flavor I was expecting. We left most of it on the table. What a shame! We asked for the check together with the manager (waitress never offered to send the manager over, which is what should have happened when I complained about the steak), and the manager did come out, apologized, and removed the steak from our bill. I feel he could have done more. Other places take the steak off, and comp dessert, they want the customer to leave with a smile and a reason to return. Not here. We were also not charged for the escargot, but that was obvious since we sent it back. To be honest, the entire thing was a big waste of money, the only thing I enjoyed was the crab cake and the glass of wine. I will never come back to this place. They need a huge overhaul of their kitchen and retraining to proper service of their waiting staff. Shameful for a steakhouse. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Great view of the river & downtown Omaha. Our waiter, Michael was friendly & attentive. Everyone enjoyed their steaks this evening. I had their 8oz filet mignon, which came out perfectly medium rare. The twice baked potato fell flat in flavor, it was bland & tasted like it came from a box. However the rustic bread they served with dinner was amazing, hard & crispy exterior & a soft I interior. My dinner came with a choice of salad or soup. I chose a salad with bleu cheese dressing, dressing was just ok. For dessert we all shared the candied chocolates covered cake. The manager Steve went out of his way to make sure my date and I felt special and taken care of. We went to celebrate our recent Anniversary/Valentine's Day. Our service was fine, the kitchen was the problem. I ordered my salad with ranch, it came with the ranch on the side and balsamic already on it (which the waiter failed to even see). I ordered my filet butter-flied and medium - it came not butterflied and well done. My husband's baked potato was hard and not done. For the amount of money spent, there are numerous other steakhouses we can spend the money at. Sadly, this will be our last dining experience there. I have been here several times over the years and most recently last weekend. The food is always good but nothing really over the top. I had drinks and an appetizer while overlooking the city of Omaha last weekend. The appetizer was the lobster scampi. While the taste was good, the chunks of lobster were small. I thought there was way too much cheese which made it too rich for me. I had hoped for larger chunks and a larger portion for $22--Not 5 small finger-tipped sized chunks buried in cheese. The views up here are great. But the service is average. A lot of the servers and bartenders will congregate around the bar area which can be very annoying at times (this is common knowledge as an industry no-no). Socializing is good, but should be left to when you are off the clock. The prices are out of this world. I'm surprised the place is still opened with those prices.
