Pineapple margarita
Jessica L.

Just ate there tonight. Our waiter was excellent Armini, I hope I spelled that right. I got steak and shrimp, the special. I ordered medium well and it came a little more cooked than it should of been. The waiter asked right when he brought it if it was cooked right and I told him yes. I didn't want to send it back and wait. It tasted GREAT!!!! Tender, juice, and well flavored. Next time I will ask for medium. Asparagus simple and good. Salad with ranch, YUM! Perfect! My husband got the king crab legs and he loved them. Huge and very good flavor. His side, macaroni and cheese he said had no flavor. His salad was a Caesar and very good he said. Moscow mules are so good and I had pineapple margarita, also good. Chocolate cake was so big and good. We will be back!

Best restaurant view in the city! Overlooking downtown Omaha and the river, this location is awesome. Love coming here for a drink or dinner. The staff is super friendly and efficient, my only complaint is quality of food. For a high-end steakhouse, the chef really needs to step up their game. The steak was ok, smothered in sauce that took away from the flavor. Overpriced for the quality of food, but worth it for the view! Hope they step up their food game because this location is prime.

Trash can nacho's

Stopped by last night while we were at the casino. All 5 of us found the food to be really good. Service was friendly and food came out fast. We ordered the trash can nachos and thought they were really flavorful. 3 of us had the Mac n cheese burger. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. My son had the wings and said they were pretty good and my daughter had the pulled pork sandwich. Everyone really enjoyed the mix of French fries.

We happened to stop here for the night in our RV and were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! It was definitely pricey, but worth every penny. Service was excellent, food was to die for, and the atmosphere with the beautiful view is not to be missed. Thank you for such a great experience for two weary travelers!

Escargot - yummy! Served with melted Havarti cheese and pita toasts.

For what it's worth, Harrah's properties always seem to have great steakehouses, and the Harrah's in Council Bluffs is no exception. Located on the top (12th) floor, the restauarant has a fantastic view of the river and Omaha on the other side. If you make your reservation on Opentable, be sure to ask for a table on the 'terrace' (it's not outdoors-- it's just elevated) or on the side overlooking the river. Great wine list and nice selection of domestic and craft beers. The food was excellent. We had the escargot to start which was different than we've ever had in France or elsewhere (it has melted havarti cheese over it) and the snails are not in the shell, but they were cooked properly and delicious. They're served with toasted pita triangles. Next, I had the wedge salad which was perfect-- smoked bacon, and lots of blue cheese (we even had enough to reserve some for our steaks) and my husband loved his Caesar salad which has a lot of shaved parm. Our steaks were cooked perfectly (we both had the filet-- I had the smaller one and he had the larger one) with loaded baked potatoes. The potatoes were good-- but probably the most lackluster of everything we ordered -- the skins were a little soft and the inside was a little more firm than I like, but the potatoes come loaded with shredded cheese, chives, butter and sour cream. The service was excellent as you'd expect for this level of steakhouse. The only thing to be aware of, however, is when we received the bill, there was a $3 upcharge for the salads that we weren't told about (apparently only the house salad or soup comes without an upcharge) which was fine-- it was well worth it, but I don't remember seeing it mentioned on the menu. Perhaps it was and I didn't see it. And the $3 upcharge for the loaded baked potato that was mentioned on the menu was actually a $2 upcharge on the bill. Not sure why there would be discrepencies between the menu and the actual charges. Regardless, it wasn't problematic enough for me to give it less than five stars and we would certainly go back. Also worth it to note that you can pay with your Caesars rewards card points here and in the attached Vertigo bar.

My second time to 360 was better than the first. They really outdo themselves!! Our waiter Amini was excellent! He was so charming and efficient! He even put a special little order in for cheese curds for us on the house. They were delicious. We ordered 2 bottles of wine and had such a relaxing time. The steak was cooked to perfection... and my sister had crab legs. The crab legs were HUGE. I couldn't believe how fresh and delicious they were!!! I love this spot and wish I lived closer!!!

I can't say enough about this place , it was perfect environment for my birthday . Me & my spouse set reservations up online the day of because it was more simple than trying to remember to call back during restaurant hours . From stepping off the elevator & being greeted & brought to one of the best seats in the establishment it made me feel top notch. The waiters & waitresses were all friendly & efficient . There was a concert going on down below at the stir cove & it could be heard just enough that it wasn't overbearing . The whole ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful which is to be expected from Harrah's ! Food was top notch from the hot bread with house made butter , the Caesar salad, the spinach dip , the soup , my pasta dish & my husband's steak dish - there was not a single complaint ! It was all delicious!

I went to celebrate a life accomplishment - we made reservations as they are practicing social distancing. They gave us a wonderful booth accompanying an amazing view of downtown Omaha. Our server was so much fun! They gave me the wrong lobster tail but made up for it by giving us an extra tail to-go. Excellent all around!

Omg let me say it again OMG... the food was excellent especially the crab cakes. We went for my man bday dinner. We had great seats were we could over look the city. And the restaurant scenery was great. The staff was nice and attentive. Trust me if you have not eaten here you are missing out. We will be back very soon.

Great food and atmosphere. On the 12th floor of the harrah's casino. Waitress was very attentive and made sure everything was great. She also promptly refilled drinks.

Chose this restaurant based on reviews, had a 20% off coupon courtesy of my hotel, and steak. Lucked out and got parking in front. Ordered the Caesar Salad, rack of lamb, and seven layer coconut cake for dessert. Son got the ribeye. Restaurant gives you a choice of steak knives, nice touch. Gilberts serves more than just steaks, as I've been to the one in Tysons Corner and loved that one. There were four of us who came here for dinner... We started with cocktails, which took an odd amount of time to arrive at the table - we got half and then waited about 10 minutes for the other two to show up. Not sure what happened here, but those who got their drinks waited so we could all drink together and this made that moment a little off. We started with their Pretzel Crusted Onion Rings - WOW!! These things were HUGE!!! The thickest and biggest onion rings I've ever seen or had and they were tasty! The pretzel crust was very tasty too. I opted for their blackened chicken rigatoni for dinner. It was decent, but on the bland site. The roasted red pepper cream was interesting looking, but a scoop of blandness too. Overall I did like the flavor of the chicken and the sauce/texture was nice. This visit was decent, but slight delays in service and food being on the bland side makes me want to give it 4 instead of 5 stars.

We were seated right away, and it was a perfect day to sit outside. The hostess let us know they had workers outside, but we were totally okay with the noise, which ended up being very minimal. We didn't order any drinks, but for food, I decided to try the birria grilled cheese, which comes with one side, and I chose fries. Not only did it look so appetizing, but it tasted AMAZING. The bread had some sort of seasoning on it that added so much flavor to the sandwich. The fries were seasoned exceptionally well too. I'll definitely be back sometime soon to try more items. The food today was 10/10, and our waitress was very kind and attentive as well.

I had the Cubano sandwich, which was good overall, especially the smoky meat, but I think the coarse-ground mustard overpowered the flavours a bit and dulled the smokiness a bit. A plain yellow mustard might balance the sandwich better and let the smokiness shine through more. The sweet potato fries, however, were excellent. My wife Laura ordered Emily's Salad, which was pleasant and fresh, though we both thought it could have benefited from a little crunch--maybe some seeds or nuts added in. Our daughter Alex had the birria tacos and carne asada fries. The tacos were tasty, though a little on the small side, but the carne asada fries were fantastic. Umai! (I am a Rengoku fan; if you know, you know.) I highly recommend it. Our other daughter, Sam, ordered the birria grilled cheese and elote fries, and both were really good. Her cherryade was especially refreshing. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, though the dining area and patio felt a bit bare. A few plants outside and inside would really warm the place up and give it more character. The music was pretty good with indie hits in there. I also tried the Old Fashioned. It was definitely strong, which I appreciated, but it felt like it was missing a touch of sweetness or something to round it out. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, and I'd absolutely go back and try more on the menu. Their waitstaff was top-notch and really were on their game. The restaurant has good ingredients and solid ideas--it just feels like a few flavour balances could be dialed in a little more.

We sat at the bar and Connor took great care of us. He was funny, attentive, and made one of the best Moscow Mules I've had in a long time. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the salmon had a great crust without overpowering the fish. My favorite part may have been the sweet pea and lemon risotto. It was soooooo creamy and packed with flavor. Every bite was better than the last. The vegetables and accompaniments on both plates were thoughtful and well prepared. Actually, we enjoyed our meal and service so much we had dinner there twice. First off, the restaurant is really well designed inside. It's a really contemporary space with a great vibe. The service is exceptional (for dinner) and they go out of their way to take care of their guests. Then comes the cocktails, which were also quite excellent. And they have an extensive (VERY extensive) wine list! Impressive. The food is also (mostly) excellent. We dine in fine restaurants all over the world from Chicago to Paris to Tokyo and London and the food here was top quality, prepared exceptionally, and really delicious--largely due to their wood fire oven. I hadn't seen an oven like this since Grant Achatz's Roister/Fire in Chicago. I was very impressed. We started with Wood Fired Oysters, which were delicious. Their house corn bread and honey butter were also quite good. I normally don't care for corn bread but this was a really nice accompaniment. My wife and I shared the ribeye and truffle cava mac and cheese. Both were very good. On our second dinner we had Omaha Farmer's Board, a very good charcuterie and meats appetizer. But the Ricotta Agnolotti was our only complaint to this truly exceptional restaurant. The pasta dish felt like it was trying too hard to be fancy. A parmesan foam on top was cold, brining a nice hot dish down. The overall look of the plated dish was "overfull diaper." Not appetizing. The creme brûlée was very good. Overall, highly recommend this place as a steakhouse with an incredible wood fired grill. This place should be busier than when we went, to be sure. It deserves attention and it deserves to be recognized as one of the top restaurants in Omaha.

The tastiest part is the super sweet poppy seed dressing. As far as the stars of the show go, I've eaten several of their steaks. They've all been well marinaded and perfectly cooked, but the ribeye and strip had a lot of exterior gristle that should have been trimmed off before grilling. Meals come with a baked potato, and other sides are available. I wish creamed spinach and corn were options (it is the Cornhusker state, after all), but those are just my preferences.
