(Which is great, considering that when I hunting around for other plumbing companies, I was getting quoted for less than $350, of which the plumber first had to come for a consultation, then book a separate date to actually do the work). I made an appointment with Emilio and Awesome Rooter & Plumbing a few days in advance. Emilio arrived 10 minutes early. He had shoe covers and was very prepared. I thought I was only going to get a quote, but Emilio brought along his handheld drill-based drain snake. Emilio took a look at my clogged drain for 5 minutes, suggested we use his snake. He did it right on the spot, and it took less than 10 mins, and had my drain running smoothly again. 30 day warranty on his work. The short review is this: Martin is a wizard! He sucked a 2 lb. Piece of metal out of my main line…read morewith a shop vac, saving me thousands of dollars in repair costs! The details: I called Martin after a clog removal by another company went sideways (probably the topic of a no star review in the future). The first company identified where the problem was, but also caused a spill of sewage inside the house, then quoted me $5k to dig up the pipe and really fix the problem. To no one's surprise, I wasn't happy. So I called AHJ for a second opinion, and Martin answered the call. He spent a good 20 minutes on the phone, asking me detailed questions about the problem, and explaining my options (the other company did none of that). He made no guarantees, but said he thought he could solve the problem, so I asked him to have a look. He was at my house within 3 hours. The line had two objects stuck inside, causing backups. Martin worked to jet out one of the objects out, then used a camera to inspect the entire 80 ft. length of the pipe. The second object was still there, though, and it looked like digging was the only option. However, this is where the real magic happened! The second object was about 12 ft from the clean out, and it was not budging. Martin, however, thinks outside the box. He got out a large shop vac and stuffed the hose down the line. With the help of his camera he aligned the end of the hose with the obstruction and started up the vacuum. It took a while and was not easy work, but Martin eventually pulled out a 8" long, 2 lb. solid steel spring! That's no exaggeration (How that got in there I'll never know). It was Amazing! He also documented everything with his camera and thoroughly explained everything that we could see. So, I now know all about the good, and the bad, of my main sewer line, should any future problem arise. Thank you, Martin, for the exceptional service!

While working, he noticed…read morethat the previous plumber had shoved one pipe into another because it was missing an extension piece, which had also damaged the adapter. Although it wasn't actively leaking right then, he highly recommended replacing those parts. I told him I wanted to think about it first. Right after he left, I noticed a leak starting. I called the company back immediately to get it fixed, and they sent him right back out. He replaced the damaged parts quickly and without hesitation. I am so happy with how accommodating they were to resolve the issue so fast. I definitely should have just listened to his advice the first time!

I was first referred to them by a coworker in 2023 to replace a pressure reducing valve. Upon arrival, they noticed our shut-off valve was on its last legs and replaced both with expert quality and a price that didn't make me cry. Earlier this year, we bought a new counter depth fridge, only to realize the water line protruded 4 inches into our small kitchen. It was a total space-killer. Expert Rooter came out and changed it to a recessed line. The kitchen feels roomier! Another amazing job. Yesterday, the water heater sprung a leak. When my husband tried to turn off the water valve, the pipe decided to keep leaking anyway. Guess who came to the rescue? EXPERT ROOTER. They replaced all the water heater, with brand new connectors, water valve, and the gas valve. I will refer them to anyone and already have done so with friends and family, and the consensus is in: they are now everyone's primary plumbing company.
