I can not recommend hair stylist Vee for hair coloring. She has cut my hair for several years. I asked her to color my hair for a special event and showed her two color samples. Unfortunately the color turned out very dark and I expressed my disappointment repeatedly. Vee did not offer to correct her mistake and took my $150 payment and just walked away. I was treated absolutely fantastically here and got the best haircut I've ever had. I made an emergency appointment for a haircut (to prepare for a big event) with a one day notice and they brought me in immediately and saw me even though my hair was wet. They were attentive and worked with me even though I was going for a challenging fairly uncommon cut. It's hard doing a short haircut on me and still making it look feminine, but they pulled it off! KATRINA is so talented! She's very friendly, patient, and knows how to listen to her client's desires. She gave me the hair color that I want based on pictures and what I've told her. 3Sixty Salon is nice. They have a chic lounge where clients can wait comfortably. Also has bar to get water, coffee, and mimosa (not sure of this because I didn't see it, but the guy told me I can have mimosa if I want to). (After 3 weeks) Although my hair is still rough in the shower, my hair remains soft after detangling. Though I have to apply a small amount of oil from shaft to ends otherwise I look like I got electrocuted. Color is still good after three weeks but you will notice that my hair on top is so dark compared to the picture taken right af. (see pictures) NOTE: whether you are only getting a trim or a haircut, the price is the same. So if it's just trimming, go somewhere less expensive. That's my only gripe. So when you come here they wash your hair before they cut it, It's all included at first I thought that was extra, but no. when i come i just tell them what I wanted and they go through my hair and untangle my hair and wash it. The first time I came here I didn't them wash my hair because I thought it was extra so when the person that was cutting my hair made it really uneven. but when I called the salon the manager came in on his day off and cut my hair the next day ( the day the salon was closed). I got Brazilian blowout done on march 2nd. Within 10 days my hair became birds nest. I was promised smoothness will be there for 6 months didn't even last for 10 days. After many months of searching for a hair stylist who understood curly hair, one of my co workers recommended Charlie. I texted to make an appointment on Monday and he agreed to see me on Thursday evening despite his busy schedule. (He was booked on all Saturdays until December mid week) The salon was really clean, well maintained and had a friendly woman at the reception. So getting to the haircut - Charlie first analysed my hair, asked me about my routine, what products I use, how I style it, what I expect of the haircut, etc. And he divided it up, clipped it and chop-chop. It was exactly what I expected and I loved it! It wasn't too short, so I'm really happy about that. The products he used to wash and style my hair were amazing as well. It is a line called UNITE and it is not CG approved, but it made my hair feel soft and had the wet look going on! I'm definitely going to buy some. :) Charlie was an amazing person, so warm and friendly and did a brilliant job on my hair! I'll definitely be coming again to get my hair coloured and cut. Getting my hair professionally done has never been something that I have done. I've always tried to do it myself and always FAILED miserably, leaving my hair in the worst condition. I finally let my pride down and went and got a hair cut (a beautiful short shaggy mullet) from Mandy because I had really adored the work she had done on my friends hair. She had to chop off a lot but since then my hair has been so amazingly healthy and has sustained that healthiness. After my big chop, my hair felt so good that I wanted to go and get a color transformation: My next session (2 months later) I went and did a full 360 on my hair. I went blue and green and I was OBSESSED. I genuinely had felt so good about myself which was something I hadn't felt in so long. I struggle with self esteem and holy sh** I loved looking in the mirror. I felt so vain at some point bc I was just stare at myself. I genuinely mean it when I say obsessed lol. I then changed up (AGAIN) and recently did purple. I love Mandy's work and I'm sad I had not gone to her earlier. All those years I had failed doing my hair and continuously damaged it, I could've been buckling down to pay for the skilled work she puts out. I am constantly getting people asking me how my hair looks so healthy with all the coloring I've done and I genuinely do not know. Mandy's got some magical hands and is so good about keeping the integrity of your hair while also making you feel like the sexiest person alive. I love that she caters to your wants and also adds her own creative flare. Also the color she uses does NOT fade out super quickly. I came in for a haircut appointment after a LONG time. This was my first time coming here, but it was super close to my house so I decided to go for it. I was scared about the covid situation, but the salon has great precautions in place. They don't allow anyone without an appointment inside the store, they take your temperature upon arrival, give you hand sanitizer and sanitize the chair/station as well. You do have to sign a covid waiver once you arrive, just stating that you understand the risks of covid and won't hold the salon responsible. You have to wear a mask while in this salon, and my hairdresser wore one as well. She and I were the only people in the salon when I went in for my cut. Anyway, my appointment was with Angel. She mentioned to me she was running late, so I had to wait about 30 min. It wasn't bad, I just sat in my car. When she was ready, she texted me and apologized for the wait and offered me a free hair mask to make up for it. Super nice! I wanted to get a lot of my hair chopped, and showed her some inspiration pics. She really took her time and made sure I was happy with my end result. I was super happy! Probably the best haircut I've gotten, plus the hair mask was amazing. I highly recommend Angel and this salon. Also love that they accept Venmo, makes paying super easy. read more
