I'm glad we have Filipino foods here in Rancho Cordova. I met the owner and he's very super nice. I share all the food I tried. The best thing about it was the halo halo, pandan halo halo. It's super cool even though it's winter season. The silogs are great, beef caldereta, pork lumpia and chicken wings. I suggested if they can serve fried fish. More power to you and your business. For a cafè this place takes forever to make a drink I wouldn't come here unless you plan on waiting for a tea for more than 45 minutes. Go to another boba spot you ain't missing anything special. Don't let listen hype. Do better! read more

Restaurant was quaint, small. There are no restrooms. The food was good but not excellent. The value to cost was it was expensive for the amount of food that we received. The staff were very friendly but that was not what we were purchasing. The Turon was disappointing as it was the size of Shanghai lumpia. The halo halo was good but again expensive nearly $12. We found out about this place through instagram. The place is small, but clean. Super disappointed for my first time here. My partner and I walked in and it wasn't busy at all. We ordered 3 items: a melon drink, buko pandan halo halo, and tocilog. The tocilog came out first and quickly. The food wasn't very hot. Warm at best, like it was waiting in the back to be ordered. We waited 45 minutes for the melon drink and longer for the halo halo to come out. Other folks that came after us got their orders before our missing items. We were forgotten twice even after asking one of the owners. The first time we asked one of the owners, he said ok, walked in the back and that was it. The second time asking a different employee seemed to get our order out. The melon juice came out and tasted watered down like it was sitting in the back. When the buko pandan halo halo came out it was good! I'd order it again, but definitely not worth the wait. We got an apology but that doesn't make up for the wasted time. Overall a bad experience. Unfortunately, I feel like trying Filipino food is a rare thing in this city. I was so excited to try this place and if we decide to go again, hopefully it's a better experience. read more

Very cute shop with ample seating to sit and chat while eating Halo Halo or drinking their yummy drinks. I got the Buko Pandan Halo Halo and the Ube Latte. Perfect amount of sweetness for the Halo Halo and I love pandan so I'm glad the flavor came out of it. The Ube latte was sweet but had the caffeine still come thru. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this cafe while trying to find a post work out snack. We saw filipino food and matcha on the menu so we were convinced. When we walked in, we automatically loved the cozy aesthetic vibe of the cafe. There was decorative greenery and fairy lights through the store. We ordered the matcha latte and pork lumpia. The matcha was smooth and not too sweet (if you're asian you know this is a compliment), it was topped with a nice cream foam. And they use ceremonial grade matcha! The lumpia was also very flavorful and not oily at all. We met the husband and wife who owns this shop, Kate and Freddy. They were so kind and grateful that we stoped by. Sacramento is lacking in Filipino food spots, but 4estea fills that gap. They have a decent variety of filipino desserts and snacks, and they are even planning to expand their menu. Was visiting from the Bay over the weekend and happened upon this new spot after dinner. We were pleasantly surprised to see Filipino dessert options. We opted for the Buko Pandan and the Halo Halo. Both were delicious and not overly sweet. My daughter practically inhaled her Halo Halo. Ingredients were fresh and service was fast and friendly. The owner took her time to check in on us and was open to suggestions and comments. This spot is located in a quiet shopping center with plenty of parking. Me and my partner frequent this boba shop since we moved near the area! It's so so rare to find a Filipino boba shop! We have tried almost all of the menu and it has not disappointed! The food is so so delicious and I can confidently say that it rivals grill city. I can say the service is personal and family-like. I will say to take the 1 star reviews or the ones related to the time it takes for the drinks/food to arrive with a grain of salt as this is a small business. Love it! I love supporting Filipino businesses, so I was happy to see that they opened up so close to me! Yema Ice Coffee- 9/10 - I loved this drink! I usually don't like yema, other than this pastry a bakery I used to work at made, but this was delicious! It was perfectly sweetened and not too milky. The owner was very nice as well, I came here to study the first time I went and there were lots of outlets for charging. The one downside is there's no bathroom so I couldn't stay as long as I wanted. Will definitely be coming back to try their food and more drinks! read more

Came to check out the rice bowls. Ordered a beef bowl for $17.99. The good: very flavorful and the person at the counter was great. The bad: vast majority was gristle. One would think that customers would expect at least some meat at that price. If the dish is full of gristle, they would not return. Not a smart move and the chef ought to know better than to include a bunch of unchewable elastin. That's the kind of stuff you would trim away before cutting up the beef for the dish. Trying to save a few pennies and losing a customer is not smart business. read more

turon matcha SOO GOOD, i've never had anything like it! comes with caramalized banana slices with sweet and savory turon flakes :D they're very generous with the flakes! the owners were really nice. the inside is small but good for studying if you get here early on a weekday. the small tables have outlets :) i'll need to come back to try the food and desserts !! definitely worth a visit. read more

We came here on a whim because I was craving matcha. My husband had the Muscat Verde and I had the Mais Con Matcha. Both drinks were amazing! My kids took me here yesterday for my birthday. We drove all the way from Lathrop to try this place. We ordered chicken inasal, tofu biwith nori flakes, lumpia, chicken wings, kwek kwek & fish balls. For our drinks, we ordered pina refresher, mango sago, strawberry blend, matcha latte & matcha turon. Chicken inasal was ok, not the best we've tried though, tofu bites was great, very flavorful with the sweet nori flakes added to it, lumpia I didn't get to try but, I just noticed how tiny the serving was, chicken wings I didn't get to try, kwek kwek & fish balls are just fine. I couldn't give a full review on the drinks except for what I had, which was the turon matcha. While I love the concept of incorporating turon with the matcha & the cloud like texture of the creamer, the matcha itself just didn't meet my expectations, it is missing that matcha flavor that matcha fanatics like me are looking for. One of my daughters also noticed that with her matcha latte order. Service was great though, thus the 4 stars. The owner (?) gave us turon for free as it was my birthday. Unsanitary conditions!!!! They allow dogs inside, over the sales counter and at the dining tables, dog drool and shedding everywhere. The food and service is so good and we want to come back but cannot stand the gross dog policy, it's illegal anyway so hopefully they will put up signs and enforce the law in the future read more

Love this place! I always buy cheese flavored fries from potato corner but I guess now I'm gonna have to get it here instead, since every piece of their fries is really coated of cheese powder.
