Going to give this its fair shot for lunch. We came in for something quick and easy and the salad was great. Server helped us quickly and place had plenty of seating. I don't have much to say on this one but we had a good experience. Cheers!

I'm glad to see this Maggiano's has survived over the years. Today had a really great modification to the chicken Alfredo. We asked for the chicken to be blackened. It really zipped the flavor up.

Pretty mediocre spot in my opinion.. went on a Monday evening for a birthday dinner. We ended up being late to our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, but called in advance letting them know and they said it was fine. When we get there however, the hostesses looked confused as if we never called and were kind of passive aggressive about finding a table for us.. mind you the restaurant is like more than half empty lol. The food is mediocre.. maybe I got the wrong kind of dish but my pasta could've been from Olive Garden I would've believed it lmao. Big portions but price still does not reflect quality. Our waiter was nice and you definitively pay for the ambiance but would go to other places with better price to quality ratio.

I've been to this location before Very good service and the food is pretty good. They had and over the top shareable menu. For Thanksgiving. Such huge portions. Of course Took home ate a little after gave the rest away. All in all definitely worth it for the holiday. We sat at the bar area for quicker service since there was a 45 minute wait. And it did take a while for the delicious dessert chocolate cake (that was scrumptious) to come out, but understandable since it was Thanksgiving. Love the decor of the building so Italian

Maggiano's recently changed up their bread offerings from the focaccia bread to some type of warm pull apart buns served with butter and I can't stop thinking about them! They are delicious! I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as the original bread they bring out to your table but this new offering is definitely a hit! Not to mention their food offerings and flavored sweet teas (raspberry & peach) are delicious! Just thinking about it makes me want to head over to Maggiano's for lunch! Of course service is always attentive thry just need to be more attentive to bringing out the check when guests are done eating and ready to leave.

This review is unique. I was injured so I was unable to go to the restaurant in person. I have been many times before, but this is a delivery experience. My order was lyricism canceled because of the delivery driver having complications, but I eventually got my order. It was over an hour late. That was horrible! However, the presentation of the food was excellent when it arrived. I ordered the Rigatoni D. The pasta was well cooked. The chicken was fresh. The marsala sauce is incredible, and the take out packaging was durable.

We visited the Maggiano's at this location with my fiancé and mother in law. The interior of the restaurant is designed old timey and has all these black/white photos on the walls which makes the place look cool. Upon arrival they bring you bread and butter which is truly amazing. We ordered different salads, Lasagna, and their bolognese. I thought the food quality was good but not amazing like it usually is at a Maggiano's restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly however service was a bit slow. I have tried their location by north park mall and it was a better experience.

Maggiano's never fails to provide great food and service! Best server there! Thanks Greg you made it an unforgettable night! Definitely management material! If corporate is listening!

Restaurant wasn't even half full on a Friday night. Given the mall's decline, this wasn't too surprising. Our server was very professional, but also human. Food was flavorful and hot. Zucchini was the star of the table. I love the vintage Italian crooner music they play in the dining areas.

The new chicken parm is horrible. It came out cold and they didn't have any way of heating it up so they made me a new one. The 2nd one was the perfect temp but the cheese on top was bland, the basil is added just before service and isn't prepped in anyway so it just kind of sits there. The pasta was unflavorful. Really disappointed in the meal, especially at the higher price. My wife was done with her mushy Alfredo by the time I got my meal. She got crispy chicken added to hers and there was barely any there. The restaurant was freezing. It was 90°F outside, 72°F inside would have been fine. I asked the server if they could make it warmer which I think they did but it was still chilly. The manager comped my meal but we still ended up with a $73 bill. Not a great value. We used to come here all the time but I won't be back anytime soon at these prices and this quality

We are regulars and absolutely love this place! They often change the menu due to revenue which is a con especially when it comes to the most amazing Dessert GiGi's butter cake with wipe cream and a strawberry drizzle with freshly sliced strawberries! We go for every occasion (anniversary, birthday and my husbands 1 year post transplant from leukemia) the location writes sweet things to us on plates and the manager who used to be here who unfortunately passed away had taken care of our meals a few times coming in out of pure kindness we were there for my husbands 100 day post transplant and he was there and saw us! Honestly a beautiful environment not even based off of the food or building but from the staffing. I couldn't recommend the food, the environment enough but most importantly the staff!! You will love the food but you will love the service and workers more!

    Had an amazing day!

Ambiance, service and great food! We had an amazing day at Maggiano's Little Italy. I was there last Wednesday for a conference, I would recommend it to everyone.

Stopped by here to see if they still had my favorite dish. I love the decor in all of them. I live the fact that all of the location the same. I was seated promptly since I had a reservation. Alvin was my guy for the evening. He shared with me a few items but I knew what I wanted. I had a fresh and delicious house salad to start. I love the dressing they use but I think the avocado sets it to another level. My entree was the rigatoni in vodka sauce with grilled chicken. The sauce was amazing and the chicken was grilled perfectly. The pasta was a little over cooked but the sauce made up for it. I had to save room for dessert because I love the warm apple crostada. I had to make sure the ice cream was on the side because I hate melted ice cream. The dessert was really good but could have had a little more of the caramel sauce to go with the flaky crust.

The food was amazingly good--one of the best italian places I've had in a while. Our service was subpar. We were a group of 5 people all around the age of 23-24, and it seemed like our server just assumed that made all his shortcomings okay because he tried to act kind of bro-like with us. There were multiple periods of time where we were left alone for anywhere from 10 minutes to 40. It took us a LONG time to get our food even though we were one of maybe 4 parties in the restaurant. One friend got told they were out of something, ordered something else, and the waiter went, "that's a joke, right?" and told him they were out of that too. His entree came out almost a full 30-40 minutes after the rest of ours so he just packed it up to-go. Only a halfhearted apology that everything was taking so long and no type of compensation. The food was good enough that I would go back to try again since partner and I live in the area. But i really hope we don't get this guy as our server again.

We didn't realize until we were ordering that they do a BOGO half off deal on entrees every Tuesday, as long as everyone orders an entree. As a result we definitely had too much food on the table but it was nice for our party of 7 to try a bunch of different things! I didn't have time to take pictures of it all, but we started with the bruschetta and the sautéed mushrooms. Bruschetta came out hot and great as usual, but the mushrooms were a bit salty. The complementary salads were nice and light and our servers were great at refilling waters and bringing out more free bread throughout the night. For our entrees, we ordered the creamy lemon shrimp pasta with spaghetti, the eggplant parm with fettuccine, the lasagna bolognese, the shrimp spezia, the tortellini bolognese (one of the specials that day), and the dolce e salato & cesarini pizzas. My favorite items of the night were the dolce e salato pizza (the sweet and savory combo was excellent and the crust was light and fluffy) and the shrimp dishes - the shrimp was cooked very well. I'm not a big red sauce person but the bologneses were also pretty good. The long noodles were a little mushy in all the sauce but the tortellini was not bad. Portion sizes were huge so we took three boxes of leftovers home! And one of the ladies at the host stand helped us take some nice group pictures outside the restaurant after our meal. For a solid local red sauce joint that will fill you up and then some, look no further!
