2018 SUBARU FORESTER!!!! Called ahead twice about the 2018 Subaru Forester on lot, both times we inquired about the damage reported on the car fax, in which on both car fax & dealer reported it was merely cosmetic damaged, had been inspected & repaired. This was the only damage I closed by both car fax & dealer, we drove 3 hours out of town to view this car, as soon as we see the vehicle there is clear visible damage to the exterior to the car in SEVERAL areas NOT reported or disclosed by the dealer or car fax, firstly the reported damage to the rear drivers side of the car is reported fixed & it is NOT, the bumper & rear side panel are both popped out & severally scratched, secondly there was non disclosed damage to the front passenger bumper & side panel are badly scratched & dented. Thirdly both doors on the passenger side have bad scratches the length of both doors, multiple scratches throughout both doors, seriously so disappointed, when we asked the dealer about why the damage reported was actually not repaired he said "oh well sometimes when we take it on test drives the bumper pops back out but you can just pop it back in" when we asked about all the other non disclosed damage he replied "well when we buy cars from auction they may suffer some damage in the transfer" absolutely ridiculous PLEASE READ if you plan on looking at the Subaru Forester on this lot!! read more

They switched me banks without informing me. When I went to pick up my car it was dirty; they did not bother to detail it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Bought Chevy HHR from them, had small dent in fender. Sales man said would get it fixed. When I went to pick up car, worst job ever. Body work done by child, and was painted wrong color. I was out of town and ride left so I took car. Mistake. When I called could get hold of sales personae, then my calls were unanswered. I posted bad review on there Facebook one night, got call next morning. He said was out of town, right. He could have been less helpful, exact words. " I took it to body shop. What more can I do?" Could have cared less. I got lawyer working on it, he researched this place and said it was terrible. The salesman then posted reply acting he gave great price and wanted to help me. Car was over priced, but it ran good and was needed. When it told him that keyless entry didn't work, he opened up the car during test drive. He said, it was only $30 to replace parts, I went Chevy $106 and $60 to program. I found aftermarket ones has them programmed for a little less. Still cost $75. fraud!!!fraud!!!fraud!!! they sold me my wife n 2 kids a small suv because we needed a dependable car. we liked a particular car on the lot but they suggested other vehicles and they only could get us into one car if we wanted something dependable. we got a 2010 volkswagon tiguan. we left the lot with a check engine light due to a o2 sensor code and faulty emergency parking brake and the car flooded everytime it rained. i took it back 3 times and all they would do is reset the check engine and send my family on our way. it has been 2 months and i have made 2 car payments to the finance company and i have had to change the water pump($1200), transmission valve($600) and the o2 sensor and emergency parking brake was never fixed. im waiting for 605 to contact us about fixing this problem if not we will just acquire a lawyer, contact better business bureau, and talk to the finance company about qualifying anybody from this dealership. power to the people stand up against fraudulent businesses!!!!!! read more

First off let me start by saying I hate walking into dealerships and the sales men come rushing at you trying to make a deal before you even step foot on the lot. "Sharks" I call them. Well at 605 Auto sales, I never felt pressured into a deal they let me look around until I had questions. I found a car I was looking for, perfect for me everything I was looking for, I asked to take it on a test drive. The sales guy politely said yes. I didn't think it would be possible considering he would have to move several cars around to get to the one I was interested in. Took the car for a test drive, fell in love even more. In the back of my head I was contemplating getting the car or not since my credit is not to good. Still I went in and they ran my credit. Thinking I would get a laugh in my face and they would send me packing. On the contrary they said they could finance me. I was so happy!! This place is just HORRIBLE! got my car in April the brake light signal has been on since then took it 2 wks after to have them check out the car because the AC kept bringing out this smell like honey kinda smell also the right rear view mirror is broken they put some plastic thing over it said they can fix it so I took it in waited for an hour and to find out they told me that the mechanic was only able to put the lowjack in and they said they would give me a rental so I can leave my car there till they fix it well that was a bunch of bull. Told me I had to call and make another appoinment so to this day they haven't fixed it. Top it off I have yet to receive my plates and I got the car in APRIL!! I have been taking the car to mechanics so they can fix it and still can't find out what the problem is. My car seems to be getting worse as time goes by I have to have the gas more then a quarter tank if not then it starts putting and shuts off on me. just last week on my way back to work from lunch at every single damn light and stop sign it putted and shut off!! Where do I start. I wish I would have seen all these posts before I went there. I've never had to write a review on a place. Ever, Ever, Ever. I'm a college student (I know right I should be smarter than this) well my dad had tried fixing my other car that I had, that by the way was and is amazing I mean that is a real car what they gave me is garbage. I asked does it have any heavy problems? They said no. Some of the lights were on and I told them are you guys going to fix it and they said yes. I spoke to Bobby he is a very nice person, good sales man but I think he should find another job were people are actually honest. Finally I bought it I gave my old precious car to them. I had just gotten home when the car started tripping the lights on the dashboard wouldn't turn on and then check engine came on and all sorts of other lights came on. I didn't know what to do I called them and I told them on a Friday if I could take it and they made me wait till Monday. I thought to myself its okay they have my back. I took it Monday I spoke to Jessica and she was very nice as well she helped me out and everything, she said I needed to leave the car and I could take my old car while they fixed it they said it would take a couple of days. No biggie. ITS BEEN A WEEK!!!!!!!! I went frustrated because in the time I had to call twice myself because no one was updating me on anything. When I did get a response the unprofessional person who called me didn't even know what was wrong with it or what to say. I went early in the morning and I told them I didn't want the car. I spoke to the unprofessional, brainless manager, I told him I wanted to cancel the contract I told him I would pay if I had too money isn't a problem and he had the nerve to try to humiliate me saying that money was the problem because that's why I had put my car as a down payment because I didn't have any money. please people!!!!!!!! do not go to 605 auto sales. all the people there are bullshit. the employees and the general manager are all full of shit. i regret buying my car here. if i could return it i would. the owner is a dick and i feel like fucking him up. his name is rego. punk ass gave me his word that they will fix things that the car i bought needed. 1. transmission fluid needed to be replaced. 2. oil change was needed. 3.check engine light was on and they had to replace the accelerator pedal sensor and they bullshitted me and told me that they replaced it but never did. 2 months later light came back on. i got tired of dealing with there lies and i was already stuck with the car so i just started fixing it myself since i'm a auto technician. then some a/c control switch had to be replaced and they replaced but after when i picked it up my outside temperature display was not reading a temp. told them what did they do that now my temp reading does not display and they said to bring it back so they can fix it. okay i did so. left it there for 2 day and they called me to let me know that my car was ready to pick up and i asked them ok did they fixed the problem and they said yes. i was like ok cool. went to pick up car and i got in just to see that my temp reading was still not working. so i got pist off and i asked to speak to the gm/owner (rego is his name) and he got stupid with me so i had to get even more stupid with him and he calmed down and so did i. he said sorry and then he said to give him a week to get the right part and i said ok. 1 week went by and nothing. so i said ok give them another week. 2 weeks went by and still he hasn't called me. so i called him and i couldn't get a hold of him. finally when i did he forgot who i was and what part i was taking about. then he gave me some bs and told me one week and i said you told me that 2 weeks ago and he said oh its because its hard to find, and i know that's bullshit because i have found the part everywhere. it has now been about 2 months and he still hasn't called me. i been calling in all week to talk to him and he don't call me. now i feel like i have to go in in person and talk shit. i mean come on i'm pist. when i was there looking for a car they were all nice and oh don't worry will take care of everything. bullshit! and to add to it, they never changed my transmission fluid. i decided to change the fluid myself because i didn't trust them, and when i dropped the transmission pan omg!!! it was dirty as hell!!! anyways please i beg you guys, do not!!!!! i repeat!!!!!! do not go to 605 auto sales. big mistake. i gave 1 star because i have to select at least one star. or else i would have gave them zero!! read more

this was the worst experience i have ever had- ANYWHERE! (and that's saying a lot!) I have horrible credit, so i had to go to a dealership like this. they were able to finance me, but they sold me a P.O.S car- there were electrical problems and every once in a while, when i start the car, the radio, windows and air conditioner dont work! the radiator leaks and i am going to have to replace the brakes. Also... everytime it rains, water pours into my car on the passenger side. you can see it running in from behind the glove box (i couldnt have know that was going to happen until the 1st time it rained!) now, when it rains, i have to have towels piled in front of the passenger seat to catch as much water as i can! on top of it... they didnt get me my license plates for 5 months! When i asked them for it, they said that they would have them that week, and it took another month and a half to get them! Then, they said it was MY fault! I gave them my smog check, like i was instructed because they were dealing with the DMV for my registration, etc. I got a letter from the DMV after having the car for almost 4 months that said i never turned in my smog check, so the registration was incomplete! The manager is a Major Jerk! I will NEVER go there again! read more
