    I was so happy now it just a mess

    I bought my first car at 19, and it turned into a total fiasco from week one. Here's my blunt, no-nonsense take so you don't fall into the same trap. Yes, the iconic "check engine" light appeared within days of driving off the lot. You'd think a fresh purchase would be less problematic, but nope. My first car purchase as a 19-year-old was a disappointing lesson in buyer beware. A check engine light within the first week is a major red flag, and the cascade of reliability, maintenance, and financial headaches that followed made it one of the most stressful experiences of my early adulthood. If you're shopping for your first ride, please do your due diligence, and don't ignore the red flags just to save a few dollars upfront. This place was horrible they miss least you with a great facade but there honestly evil.

    Stay away!! Dishonest dealer, we went to try to get a Honda civic but then we liked a blue Camry they have there, salesperson said the car was 20k and it was also advertised in their own website at that price once in the finance office they jack up the price to 23k boom just like that and they also add a 495 anti theft deterrent ? What ? When I call them out on that the finance guy could not specify what was that. If they want 23k then advertise as such don't jack up the price just like that you been warned

Penske Downey had way better reviews, so I figured that was the safer bet. But Envision said they had the exact car and color I wanted, so I took a chance. The beginning was a little rocky. I did feel a tiny bit of pressure toward the color they had on the lot, nothing crazy, just enough for me to clock it. But what actually kept me from turning right around was ALYSSA. She's just... comforting. The kind of person who makes a young, timid first‑time buyer feel like she has a big sister right there at the table. I could almost whisper to her what would make me take the deal or walk away, and she'd help me get that across without making me feel silly or out of place. Then the sales manager came over and the whole vibe shifted. The tone felt off, kind of dismissive, a little superior. Like my asking for a better rate was somehow an outrageous request. It definitely threw me off and made me clam up. But credit where it's due: after stepping away (and probably thinking through what deal he actually wanted to land), he came back much more collaborative. Better rate, better price... and eventually he even bought us Shakey's while we waited. Total plot twist. (I think my positive experience by the end of the night made the pizza extra delicious). In the end, they even worked their dealer connections to get the exact color and features I originally wanted from their affiliate two hours away. So, despite the ups and downs, I left with the car I'd been hoping for, at a price and rate I felt good about, with a full belly and a surprisingly positive final impression. So yeah, I'm glad I gave them a chance. It wasn't perfect the whole way through, but thanks to Alyssa (seriously, she's a gem) and the team ultimately making things right, I drove off happy. One last note: I'm keeping this at 4 stars for now because I'm still waiting on my paperwork. The finance guy told me I'd get the email copies the same day, but it's been 11 days and nothing has come through. For someone who likes to review everything for peace of mind, that's been a little stressful. Once I finally receive my documents, I'd be happy to bump this to 5 stars, because the rest of the experience really did end on a high note.

    We bought our daughter a Kia 5 GT here & I wish we went somewhere else…read more This is the shadiest dealership that I've ever dealt with and I've been robbed by a dealer for $10,000 before. They had brand new tires on the car when we checked it out. When we picked it up the next day, we didn't realize it until our daughter got home, but they had changed all of the tires to cheap crappy tires that didn't even match. One of the tires blew up and she had to pay for a new one herself, even though we had bought the warranty for $3000 that covered the tires. They won't even honor the $3000 warranty that we purchased because they say that it's in the last owner's name and there's nothing they can do about it. They sold it to us knowing that our daughter had to drive 250 miles home with tires that weren't even designed for this car. They should be brought up on charges. You try to call them and their phone doesn't even work or someone directs you to another line that just hangs up on you. The salesman was very inappropriate with our daughter also. He came up to us and asked us if we would be interested in any cars in the Mitsubishi sex sex sex section? What an absolute weirdo... This is an absolutely horrible business and nobody there Honors any of their own words.... Do yourself a favor and stay 1000 miles away from this business!

He owns a successful company, but after a long workday he arrived in his Prius wearing his work uniform and an old T-shirt. Unfortunately, it became painfully obvious that he was judged based on his appearance rather than treated as a serious customer. When he politely requested a test drive for the BMW M3, the sales representative told him he needed to "check with the manager first." After some time, the representative returned and informed him that the manager had refused the test drive, without providing any legitimate explanation. My husband remained calm, respectful, and humble throughout the entire interaction. He did not argue or cause any scene, he simply left. However, the experience was deeply insulting and incredibly disappointing. What speaks volumes is not only the behavior of the staff, but especially the attitude of management. A luxury dealership should treat every customer with professionalism and respect, regardless of what they wear or what vehicle they arrive in. Sadly, this dealership failed to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service and human decency. People should never be stereotyped or looked down upon because of their appearance. Today, your dealership lost valuable customers because of that exact mentality. We will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere. Once again, SHAME ON YOU, you guys do not deserve even 1 star!!!
