Finally tried this very popular bakery near downtown Santa Ana! Arrived around 11:15 am on Saturday and waited about 35 minutes. There's street parking only and we parked about 2 blocks away. They handed out samples while we waited in line of the rosemary focaccia and blue masa sourdough, both were very tasty. We ordered a lot so we could try a bit of everything -- rosemary focaccia, pan de sal, strawberry donut, chocolate chip cookie, butter croissant, pain au chocolate, tomato cheese danish, and croque monsieur which came out $68. My favorites were the Rosemary focaccia and croque monsieur sandwich. Everything was super high quality and I highly recommend this bakery!
If you love sourdough, you NEED to come here. First things first: prepare yourself for the line. Sometimes it's 10-15 minutes, sometimes you might be out there for 30. And yes... you're waiting OUTSIDE. So during this Santa Ana heat, come prepared. Umbrella? Portable fan? Ice cubes in your pockets? At this point, do what you gotta do. But once you make it inside... it sooo worth it. The Heirloom Bluecorn Masa Sourdough is absolutely amazing. It has that beautiful purple/violet color (im color blind so dont trust my color perception haha) inside and such a unique flavor. If you're a sourdough person, this is the loaf you need to try..Their baguettes are also ..crispy on the outside, soft inside, and dangerously easy to finish. They also sell French butter, which I took home and put on my eggs, and apparently I live in Paris now. Seriously dough ()... SO good. I haven't tried their drinks yet, but that just gives me an excuse to come back..which I definitely will. Bottom line: if you call yourself a sourdough fan and haven't been here yet... we need to have a conversation Amazing bread. Worth the wait. Just remember the sunscreen.
Bread here is amazingly good. When walking in, you will be welcomed with various bread options to choose from. Before I jump into the goods, one of the best things ever is their offering of umbrellas for the people in line. That is such an awesome idea and way to think about the client experience before stepping into your door! That is a 5-star on its own. Bread wise, you have a combination of sweet and savory. Focaccia, while gi-normous, was delicious. Left a satisfying impression on texture, aroma, and taste. Airy would be another way to describe it. There are so many other options that we wanted to try but did not have the capacity... which means, we need to come back and sample the other ones. While inside, one may wonder how limited space can provide a pleasant experience. Well, pick your items, pay for it, and walk around to the back. You will have quite a bit of space to enjoy the goods with your pack. If not, tables turn pretty quickly, so you are good. This is a good pastry/bread spot. Come get some!
Delicious savory and sweet pastries! Small shop in a quiet neighborhood, limited seating but it's worth it to snag a spot on the patio and have a nice cuppa with your morning treats! Service was warm and welcoming, and the goodies they sell on the shelves are great too. French butter? Oui s'il vous plait!
Carb lovers, this one's for you! One of my favorite spots for fresh-baked goodies. Every time I'm in line, I start eyeing all the pastries and somehow convince myself I need more than I came for. Tried the Ube Cruffin, Blue Corn Sourdough, Blue Masa Cornbread, Sun-Dried Tomato Croissant, Pan de Sal, and Corn Cookie. All were great! Perfect balance of texture and flavor. Currently making my way through the rest of the menu. Ha. There's a front patio plus an alley area with tables to eat and hang. Parking: Street parking only, and it can be a little tricky since the bakery is surrounded by apartment complexes
There was a little bit of a line with about 4 groups ahead of me and my friend. We waited a bit outside in the summer heat. Lol The building looks like an old arch aircraft hangar. The bakery storefront is quite small. There is no indoor seating, it's all outdoor in a front patio or an "alley" patio between two hangars. Parking is only street parking and is very limited. All of their available savory and sweet pastries are displayed behind a glass wall on a counter and everything looked incredibly appetizing. We ordered two iced matcha lattes (fabulous!) and three pastries: - Ube Cruffin - crispy cruffin with a marshmallow cloud on top, creamy ube in the center. - Sundried Tomato Oaxacan Cheese Croissant- it's like a yummy croissant pizza with a savory tomato sauce under the blanket of baked cheese - Croissant Cinnamon Roll - comes in a tin with just the right amount of frosting. So glad I finally got a chance to check it out. Staff was very friendly too!
Finally got to take the adventure out to this fantastic battery. My wife name with me and we were so pleased. I highly recommend you trying it if you like great sourdough or freaky have items. Please note that therr may be a line, but ours was fairly quick and we even received samples. That was a really wise idea because my lovely wife wanted the focaccia bread too. My intent in going was to get their purple sourdough for a friend's housewarming. We accomplished that and then some, spending a bit but than I intended, yet we enjoyed all we could. I've if my favorites at a donut shop is actually a ham, cheese and jalapeno filled croissant, and they had them. It was very tasty. Going back to the sourdough bread... Oh my goodness it is so good. Ok. Honestly I could go on because we also had strawberry croissant and their goods are simply great! Don't hesitate to go and tell them Frankie said you MUST GO if you like a solid bakery. Enjoy! Waited maybe 15 minutes outdoors in line on a Saturday morning. Parking is tough - street only. Only patio seating both in front and out the back door is available as the space inside is small. They sell a lot of merch and food items on the side like cheese and alcohol. Honestly did not care too much for the coffee - wish the classic cream top had more flavor. My favorite pastry was the sundried tomato/oaxacan cheese - it was kinda like pizza with a bite to it. The croissant cinnamon roll had really good icing but the croissant itself was a bit burnt on the bottom and gets stuck in your teeth. The soy scallion gochujang pastry was a bit more sweet than savory and I wish it wasn't. For those three breads and two coffees we spent around $40 and I don't think it was worth.
Still my favorite bakery in Southern California. Everything is delicious and the staff is so friendly. Chef Karlos is awesome and makes everyone feel welcomed in the controlled chaos of the busy lines. There are tables to eat on in the front and the back so it's perfect for a sit down. They also offer complimentary umbrellas to use while you wait in line.
Love this bakery so much!! They have the freshest and most delicious breads. The line goes pretty quick even when it's out the door so don't let that stop you from trying this spot out. The workers give you samples to try and are so patient while ordering. I didn't LOVE the matcha (a bit too bitter for me) so I'd suggest getting that elsewhere.
Delicious! It's worth a short wait in line to indulge in these masterpieces of baked goods. The cinnamon roll is unique and definitely very shareable. Coffee is also very good and staff is friendly.
Seen this on IG so I had to come check it out . You know it's good when there is a line out the door . (It was worth it) So many goodies to choose from but went with the most popular Ube Cruffin - it was delicious. Everything looked so good I wish I could have tried more but we will definitely be back .
Wow! Where do I even begin? Our group found this place while looking for pastries nearby, and we saw that it was highly rated and felt extremely compelled to check it out (as it was a quick drive for us). Parking nearby was a bit tricky. It was a busy Saturday morning, and this place is located in a small residential/retail area. We could've waited for other people to leave, but decided to park a bit farther and do a quick walk (which was 100% worth it). The interior was lovely, as all the pastries, breads, and sandwiches are neatly organized and displayed. There was a line, but it moved pretty quickly. I did also notice that they have no in door seating, all of their seating is located in front (patio) and to the side in an alleyway. We tried the Chocolate Croissant, Croque Monsieur Croissant, Tomato Cheese Croissant, and Ube Cruffin. All of these were sooo delicious that my mouth is actually watering as I type this review. I firmly believe everyone should visit at least once!
Ambiance: hipster, tight space, bungalow alley way seating available Service: Upon walking in, we were greeted and asked what we would like. Platters of fresh bread, sandwiches, and pastries are laid out behind glass covers. You pick what you want and the server will grab it for you on the bread tray. On your left are the sourdough loaf, some sandwiches made with their baguettes, and pastry items of both sweet and savory. When it was time to pay, there was a slight delay for us because the cashier did not enter all of the items together and so we had to make two separate transactions. Food: Ube cruffin- My favorite item here! Topped with toasted meringue cream, sugar dusted cruffin, filled with real ube. The lamination of the croissant was beautiful, the muffin structure soft and chewy. I do wish there was more ube filling, because it did take a couple of bites to get to the ube middle Pain au chocolat- Standard pain au chocolate, croissant dough was slightly more greasy than desired. Iced americano-Standard, definitely the shop is more focused on their pastry items Sourdough Japanese milk bread- I did not really get a strong sourdough flavor. When toasted, there is a slight sweet flavor, it is a unique take on the milk bread because it doesn't have the feathery layers of milk bread. True hybrid of both sourdough and milk bread essence. I finally was able to try 61hundred bread since I kind of woke up early. It was difficult to find parking in the front so I parked in the neighborhood. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was able to order several things. I got a cruffin, cornbread, croque monsieur and sun-dried tomato Oaxacan cheese croissant and the great pumpkin iced. It was delicious. I went in wanting one thing and left with several things in hand. Would definitely come back for the croque monsieur. There is seating outside and on the side. read more

Dined in breakfast around 10:00 am on 04/06/25 on a Sunday. There was a line outside and we waited 10 minutes, but it is really sunny. I would wear something to protect yourself because there isn't any shade. Parking: Street parking. You might have to parallel park. We ordered the monkey bread, ube cruffin, tomato oaxacan, and the pistachio latte. Monkey bread: 3/5, tasted average and nothing unique about this pastry item. It has a nice crunch, but the flavor wasn't there for me. Ube cruffin: 4/5, Delicious! I loved the ube filling inside, but wished they added a little more to my cruffin. The crystal sugars on the cruffin was ok and wouldn't prefer it. Tomato oxaxan: 4/5, tasty! This was a good savory pastry to eat. The sauce was addicting mixed with their cheese. Pistachio latte: 3.5/5, the flavor wasn't strong at all. I wished i tastes more pistachio, but the latte art was beautiful and the latte itself wasn't overly sweet too. Overall, it is best to come early and prepare yourself to wait. It is worth the wait and I have to come back to try their other breads. read more

At this point I may need to admit I have an addiction if you haven't tried 61hundred yet, what are you waiting for? You won't find better quality in the area and the staff continues to be such a pleasure to interact with! The rosemary focaccia and sundried tomato pastry are by far my favorites but the other treats are a delight as well! read more
Got here around 10 AM and there was a small line that moved quickly. Great place for some fresh baked goodies with Filipino influence. Of the three, my favorite was the sundried tomato pastry. The sauce was very umami and balanced the croissant portion well. Next favorite was the Ube Cruffin. The filling was strong in ube flavor with a soft croissant pastry inside. The outside was crispy with a granulated sugary exterior. I would have preferred it without the granulated sugar since I'm not a fan of the gritty texture, but that's a personal preference. The pistachio latte was a bit expensive for the size and didn't taste like real pistachio. Instead, it tasted more like almond? But the level of creaminess and sweetness was good. I'd rate this a 4.5. read more
I visited 61hundred bread this past Sunday around 9am and it took about an hour from the start of the line to leaving with the breads/pastries/drink. Street parking was quite busy but I was able to find a spot a couple blocks away. Service was very friendly and more than happy to answer questions about the different breads and pastries. Seating out back was plentiful as most of the other patrons left immediately after getting their breads. For the food itself, my personal favorite was the Ube Croffin, which has ube inside and a meringue on top of a croissant muffin. The texture was perfectly flaky although the ube flavor was not as strong as I expected. My second favorite was the focaccia bread, especially when paired with the wild garlic butter located in the fridge next to the cashier. I also tried the sugar croissant, monkey queen, pain au chocolate, and of course the signature heirloom blue corn sourdough, all of which were good. The two negatives in terms of food were the chocolate scone and the fact that they ran out of the Japanese milk bread. The chocolate scone wasn't bad but was drier than I was expecting given that one of the workers had hyped how moist it was. For drink I tried the Ube Latte which to me needed more sugar. Overall, the breads and pastries here were really good and worth the hype. I'll definitely be back to try the Japanese milk bread and for more of the Ube croffins and garlic butter. read more
100% Legit! Service was great, stylish interior/exterior, open kitchen (which I love)... but the baked goods... absolutely on point! Had the Ube Cruffin, Tomato Danish and a Raspberry Almond Coffee cake thing (wrong name but it was solid!) Also got a couple of tasty chocolate chip cookies to compare a basic... and then added a blue corn sourdough loaf, sourdough Japanese milk bread loaf and some Rosemary Focaccia to share with neighbors... took it to go. Every item was super high quality! Not inexpensive but you felt like the value was there in the immense quality. We loved it all as did our neighbors! Plan on a wait depending on when you get there but the line moves fairly rapidly. I didn't try any of their drinks but people seemed to be ordering them. Grabbed some expensive butter that comes in a variety of types... that was worth it as well! I hope you enjoy this spot as much as we did! read more

I liked their Japanese milk bread, but the soy scallion gochujang roll was a miss for me. Friendly customer service overall. Sometimes there's a line but it's not too long of a wait! You should be able to find parking easily on the side streets. I wouldn't mind returning to try some of their other pastries. read more
Been supporting 6100 bread ever since they we're a cottage home bakery, so this was exciting to see that they finally have a store front. Located at the Historic French Park neighborhood in Santa Ana, this bakery occupies one of the two hangar looking buildings. Street parking only, but if you go early during the weekends, it doesn't seem to be an issue. They have patio seating in the front & a little alley on the side with additional seats & a nice restroom. Love the open kitchen concept. You can see them prep & bake their breads while in line. And if you're lucky enough, you'll come across Chef Karlo passing out samples while you wait. Coffee & refreshments available. Pastries range from $4 to $8. Breads around $12-15. My favorites are the sundried tomato (only savory one so far), the monkey queen, the ube cruffin, their chocolate chip cookie, blue corn sourdough loaf, the rosemary foccacia, and just this past weekend I got to try their ham sandwich. So. So. Good. Their croissants are top notch - buttery, flaky, & just perfect. I also come here for their shipment of french butter. Safe to say, we love this bakery so much... we've gifted boxes to family & friends over the holidays and they have been frequent customers since. This was the meeting spot of a seller from FB MP so I got to 6100 right before they closed and was able to get the last blue corn sourdough. I came home with my haul and TBH I was more stoked on the bread than the FB MP item! Cut a few slices, stuck it in the toaster, lathered it with butter and was on repeat for the next two days until every crumb was gone. The bread didn't get stale at all. This is going to be my default meeting place in Santa Ana! read more
UBE CRUFFIN 5/5 Successfully came back to try the infamous ube cruffin and my tip is get there before it opens! This was worth the hour wait, i get the hype. This is the must try item here. The ube is so good and the croissant is so flakey. Honestly i wish i bought more lol CAPPUCCINO/FLAT WHITE 2/5 the cappuccino was not good! so sad, it was very acidic. i should've gotten up to say say something but the inside of the place is so busy and intense. The flat white wasn't great either. I hope they start to make more elevated drinks soon, for now, stick to starbucks. read more
PARKING: only street parking. Kind of difficult to find on the weekend. COFFEE: they use hidden house coffee beans! I love that they support locally. The salted ube foam is a decadent and sweet. I'd recommend getting the cold brew or an iced latte unsweetened if you don't like overly sweet coffee. PASTRIES: they mostly carry sweet pastries, the savory pastry, the sun dried tomato croissant is amazing! The ube pastry with the marshmallow cream is very sweet. The corn bread was okay. AMBIANCE: plenty of outdoor seating but it fills up quick. There were many patrons waiting for a table. They have a water station and bathrooms for guests. read more
Absolutely worth the hype! Arrived here on grand opening weekend and by the time I got to the front (11AM) they only had the Cinnamon Roll Croissant and Blue Corn Masa Sourdough left. I've never had sourdough so soft and airy. Do those words belong in the same sentence or did this place crack the code on the best sourdough? No seriously I'm sitting here 2 weeks later with leftovers and my toasted sourdough is as fresh as when I had it the first day. They have plenty of outdoor seating but parking can be a challenge so plan accordingly. I think this bakery is really setting itself a part and I can't wait to come back and try more goods! read more

My ex-coworker, who doesn't even like bread much, recommended this bakery, saying that the bread here is "just crazy." The shop is open for only limited hours: Thursday to Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.--just five hours a day, four days a week. I went on a Friday morning, and fortunately, there was no long queue. There's no seating inside and only a few small sitting tables outside. I tried the ube cruffin, Tomato Danish, chocolate croissant, and a heirloom blue corn sourdough. All the croissants were clearly well made, with the layers beautifully defined, and the pastries were perfectly flaky. My favorite was the ube cruffin, which had a wonderful combination of ube flavor, cream, and coated sugar, with that flaky texture. The heirloom blue corn sourdough had a great chewy texture and flavor. I could enjoy the bread on its own, without any butter or jam. However, I agree with other reviewers that these breads are pricy, especially when the price of croissants is almost double that at other bakeries. However, as long as they're a once-in-a-while treat rather than an everyday meal, they're worth trying. read more

fresh, tasty, quality bread and pastries. you can tell this place uses European butter for their pastries and breads. sampled the panettone and focaccia... superb! but went home with their blue corn masa sourdough loaf, ham and cheese croissant etc. highly recommend! thanks for making amazing bread 6100 read more

I swear if this bakery was in my hometown I'd be here weekly! I am an amateur baker and a lot of things that I thought that would be great 6100 has brought to life! I love blue corn and their incorporation into their sourdough & cornbread is perfection ! They are known for their ube cruffin and heirloom blue corn sourdough, however, their blue corn cornbread is top tier for me. With the rich butter! I last minute added it on and so happy I did. Their sourdough has a great sour flavor with a hint of the blue corn towards the end. Perfect for sandos, toasted with butter, charcuterie, or just about anything. The place next door serves it as their bread and butter. Their croissants are delicious with great flaky, laminated goodness. I enjoyed the ube cruffin, it had a great ube flavor & is definitely worth a try. They fill it with a lot of ube filling so it can get messy and overwhelming. I do recommend the chocolate almond croissant that was my preferred croissant of choice. Since I was only there for the weekend I had to stop myself from trying their cookies and other goodies. You can tell how much time & craft they put into their baked goods. Fresh goodies for the morning. I went Saturday morning just ten min before opening and there was a line but it took about 20 minutes as it continues to move. Waited an extra 15 minutes for my drink. I got the pistachio and ube latte, they were tasty but nothing too special. If you're on the go skip the drinks. Street parking in a quiet industrial looking neighborhood. There is a lot but may be a lil walk, otherwise not challenging to find parking. Super nice service. While waiting I got to watch them prep so I was entertained. They also stock with butter from France, too bad I couldn't get one as I had a check in bag. Follow them on IG to get updates on the line & what is sold out. I will definitely be back when I am in the OC. In the meantime I'll try to re-create it. read more
Closed Mon-Wed, and they only open for 5 hours I believe from Thurs-Sun so get in there before they sellout their items. We tried the ube cruffin which was delicious. Not overly sweet, great size and oozed ube. The line was out the door but the bakery itself is not that large and seating is only outside. Fresh bread such as the rosemary focaccia was game changer and large! read more
61hundred Bread is a new Filipino owned bakery located in an industrial like setting in Santa Ana. There is no parking lot here so street parking will be your best and there is a good amount of it all around the area. This spot is already growing a really big customer base so expect some lines and wait times when you stop by. Inside, they have no seating but have a nice patio area with about 8-10 tables for seating. They have a solid option of many different breads, pastries, and desserts to choose from. Keep in mind that some of their items do sell out so plan accordingly if there is something you really want to try. Wifey and I ended up picking the Blue Corn Sourdough Bread, Chocolate Croissant, Caramelized Croissant, and a Matcha Latte to wash it all down. Overall, we are glad we got the chance to check them out and support an awesome Filipino-owned business! All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. 61hundred Bread is definitely next up to be one of the best bakeries in OC and beyond! read more

Went here couple but they're closed Monday-Wed. Finally got here when they're open. Just say, it's beyond what you would expected...the place is well set up, well organized, well planned, and well displayed their baked goods. The moment I walked in, I just have the urge to get everything cause the smells, the displays, the baking right there, the coffees, the choices are just hit you all at once. I just felt like a kid in a great bakery place. Went there early so only few customers ahead of me, parking can be tricky since it's a neighborhood area and they don't have their own parking lot so..but by the time I left, there was a long line from inside to outside. Staff are nice and very friendly...ordered moved quickly and easy payment. They have an outdoor courtyard seating area. The drink is quite good and tasty. The baked good are just quite impressively good. I love the Japanese milk bread, I couldn't stop from nipping in the drive home. Their other baked goods are just quite yummy and delicious. Perfectly baked and perfectly sweet. I have to restrain myself from eating them all. As for pricing, it's not cheap for sure but worth it....definitely! A place just simply delightful of goodness and gracefulness. read more
Maybe because I arrived 20 mins before closing, so I did not get to try much of their more popular / viral items! Parking was no issue, a few spots left on the street. I got Pan de Sal, Rosemary Foccacia, Croissant plain and an espresso with Ube topper. The croissant was my favorite but nothing truly stood out and the rosemart foccacia was just too overpowering, I could not enjoy it. The coffee wasn't a fave either. It looked cool with the ube topper but nah. I loved the fridge of butters though, they have so many kinds to choose from! What a bummer, I should definitely come back and try other items first thing at opening. read more
monkey bread: 10/10 my favorite pastry from here! it's not overly sweet and the texture is amazing. it's a little crunchy but mainly soft. ube cruffin: 7/10 not overly sweet, just a hint of ube. the filling inside is a lot and the cream on top is good. the muffin outside is more sweet than the filling. blue corn muffin: 6/10 it's a interesting flavor but not really my thing. it tastes exactly how it sounds. it's almost like eating a tortilla but as a muffin. plain croissant: 6/10 average, nothing special. it's good but there's better croissants from other places. chocolate chip: 5/10 portion is big but the texture is a little hard and not that soft. the flavor isn't that special. overall, we came around 10 am and there was a small line. it took less than ten minutes for us to order. the line started to pick up quickly after. the place is small and there's some outdoor seating available. there's only street parking so just know that in advance. it was a good place to try but i wouldn't come back again. read more
Delicious croissants, pastries and breads. Pastries are flaky and fresh. You can see them baking as you buy. A lot of flavors are what you can find at many bakeries but they have some unique flavors like ube cruffin and heirloom blue corn sourdough. They also have delicious coffee and butter imported from France. I was most impressed by their savory breads: the blue corn sourdough is fluffy and moist and it was even still that way 2 days later after I already cut into it! (Stored it in a ziploc bag). I had a taste of their rosemary focccacia and that was also amazing! Folks are catching on as there was a long line this Saturday morning BUT the baker/founder himself is out on the line passing out samples! Just stick to the breads and pastries...but do come early. We came the first time at 12:30 and everything was sold out, thus, they already stop selling their coffees and matcha. Came the second time around 11:45am and they had a few plain croissants and sourdough bread. Got one of each and a matcha latte, along with the pistachio coffee. Their croissants and sourdough bread was wow - amazing. Defiantly worth it. As for the coffee-ehhh I had better...especially the matcha. I even asked for extra matcha which I doubt they added any because it tasted like pure milk-even the color isn't as "green" for the amount that I've requested. Customer service-could be better. I asked the cashier what he recommended, he said matcha and pistachio so I opted for them..then a few minutes later he asked me what flavor I wanted for my coffee...huh I thought I ordered the pistachio. They seemed very distracted..or just not care much since they have plenty of customers already...and I've noticed some customers were offer a paper handbag to put all the pastries inside while others were expected to just hold 5/6 little bags in their hand It's a grab and go so there's no seating inside. There's some tables outside on the side of the store but I didn't see anyone sitting there... Parking-there's plenty in the streets. read more
This review is mainly for the croissant as croissants my jam and this spot has been on my list to try for a few months now. Appearance was good, but I prefer the tighter structure with height. Flavor was terrific, hint of sweetness and sour notes. Texture was flakey and crispy and not too doughy, however, quite greasy for a croissant. Overall, we enjoyed everything we tried, yet found the grassiness to be a consistent factor. They don't serve hot drinks in mugs, only paper (coated with plastic)... no thanks. read more

Food ordered: 2x ube cruffin, butter croissant, chocolate croissant, sun dried tomato Oaxacan cheese chili oil croissant, monkey bread, rosemary focaccia Drink: ube cold foam on pistachio latte w/ whole milk Total: ~$60 Highlights: everything - focaccia bread: so fluffy and the coarse (i think) salt was great at the end. and we got to sample it!! - ube cruffin: tldr - note notes, could eat a whole one without feeling gross and regretting my life decisions. not too sweet, filling was perfect thickness, topping was so fluffy, texture of croissant was perfect. - monkey bread: like a kouignn amman. perfect sweetness and crispiness Notes: - croissants: not overly buttery as most places which enjoyed - sun dried tomato croissant: no comment yet c waiting to reheat it at home! - cold foam can only be paired with cold drinks, but he person checking us out rec'd the pistachio latte hot Experience: - got in line at 9:30 and waited about 20 min. - parked one street over - plenty of seating in the front and side - bathrooms available on the side - was offered focaccia samples while in line (this sold us on the rosemary focaccia) - very friendly staff - played early 2000's music like the fray and fun. on external speakers (instant serotonin booster and saw multiple ppl dancing including myself) 10/10 spot. Ube cruffin: 5/5, I love both ube and marshmallows so the filling and frosting was delicious Rosemary focaccia: 5/5, very light and fluffy, perfect for a sandwich or to eat warm on its own Gochujang roll: 3/5, glad I tried but a little oily so probably would pass next time Monkey bread: 4/5, basically a carmelized croissant Matcha: 3/5, okay but wouldn't get again especially since it was $7 read more
Trigger warning. This review is not for the weak. If you have an addiction to carbs and coffee then consider yourself warned... Best rosemary focaccia I've had in my entire life. Hands down. If you come here and only decide to get one thing it's that. But clearly we didn't. We ate with our eyes as my mother would say to me... and zero regrets. We arrived by 7:45 to find a slew of people ahead of us. They open at 8am so that means for sure someone was there by 7am. Parking is on the sides of the street. And there are small chairs and tables to sit and eat along with benches where the restrooms are. Very industrialized deco and honestly just blew me away. The service, the baked good, the attention to detail. All of it was just impeccable. We ordered pan de sal, Japanese milk bread, orange scone, monkey queen (caramelized ) butter and chocolate croissants, sundried tomato croissant, and of course focaccia. The bread is so fluffy, has a bounce to it that leaves you wondering what kind of sorcery are they baking up in there. We met the chef who pays homage to his Filipino Provence which is where the 6100 comes from. You can tell from the moment you get inside everyone is treated like family. I can't rave enough about this location. Their coffee is only served until 1 pm and was delish, especially my pistachio iced latte. Come by, wait in line, bring your friends. You won't be disappointed. We bought enough bread to hopefully last us a week.. who am I kidding, more like a day or two. read more

Is there always a line? When a good day and time to go?
Unfortunately, there’s quite a bit of a wait since they are only open Fri-Sun from 8am-1pm. I would recommend arriving a bit before 8am which is the time they open. If you get there after 9am, the line starts to get backed up. Good luck!!!

Regular item, not seasonal.
Any Vegan options?
Yes they have focaccia which doesn't use milk or butter. But as for the pastries I'm not sure.
What's the parking like? Is it in a busy street?
Street parking. It's not a busy street but lots of traffic for the bakery.
