Came to this 7-Eleven and had a really good experience. The service was great! The cashier was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the visit even better. The store was very clean and well organized and they had a lot of options to choose from. I also noticed they had the new Red Bull flavor, which I haven't really seen at many other locations (or maybe I just haven't been paying attention lol) I also loved that they had the LA Times here so of course I had to grab one. I have been a regular here for at least 5 years and I can say the people working here are amazing. Always on top of keeping fresh coffee and food for my breakfast runs. First off, this is by far the BEST 7-Eleven I've ever been to! Luis is absolutely amazing! He's so helpful and so are all the other employees! The shelves, coolers and coffees are always stocked and they have lots of cool stuff. The ambiance is always upbeat and friendly. Review for Free 7-eleven slushee!! Awesome to have free slushee's on 7/11 Mon. The line was about 20 people long and the parking was a bit of a mess since it was a tiny parking spot. however, the employees were awesome and kept the line moving. They yelled out to the new people to make sure they know what flavors they want before getting to the front. There was a person dispensing slushees and there was another person handing them out. Due to the corona virus a staff member has to serve your drink for you but he was only wearing gloves NO FACE MASK and I didn't see him wash his hands either. That is so disgusting and unsanitary they would be better off letting the customers handle their own drinks. Literally came in here to get cash back without having to use the atm and acquire that fee since I am from Vegas and what a an attitude did the cashier have. (Tall dark skinned chubby dude) have like cmon it's 11 at night and you have a job to do. When I brought my chips to the counter he stands there waiting to finish his text. Like really? Im pretty sure that text won't pay you money. Now I proceed to get my chips and money back. The machine says other for cash back but your limit is $10? Like really? Why say other? Not even offering like do one transaction then do another. Then after being rude to me he talks Spanish to the guys behind me much nicer. Like really just because I don't want to be a racist ass and speak to you in Spanish directly instead of English doesn't mean you need to be rude. This review is targeting the Coffee bar condiments; standard spinning creamer holder, with the usual hazelnut, Irish cream, vanilla, half & half, and so on. When reviewing a chain store like this, the key is presentation and extras that make them different than one another. This 7-elevn generally has all the creamers stocked and enough sugar for everyone during the morning rush. I am giving out a 3 star for the weak presentation and no extras like cinnamon, marshmallows, iced half & half, among other things. read more

Very rude customer service. I wanted to use my Marlboro mobile coupon and he said they are not accepting coupons in a very disrespectful way. I use my mobile coupons in all 7-eleven stores and never had a problem. I guess they just ignore people. I won't shop at this store anymore. read more

Oh my baby Jesus. I just left here in sheer horror. I'll start by saying that I am a very hard-working individual I have built my own business I work 60 to 70 hours a week. I have a friend staying with me Who is going through a horrible time in his life right now and I ran over for him to get a few things for him to eat and what not. I got to the counter and the clerk started review my purchases with a really sour look on her face. She asked me "is that your car?" I responded "yes" in reference to my Mercedes. She looked at my phone and said "nice phone". I was little confused I said "thank you". Then she started yelling at me and said "it must be really rough day have a nice new Mercedes and a nice phone and dressed nice and still get EBT." I just stood there like holy crap did this just happen? I told her very firmly that before she assume such false craziness that you check the name of the EBT and compare it with my ID and she would know that it's my friends card and I was doing an errand for him. She'll probably soon realize what it's like to have to use EBT and file for unemployment. Her schedule blocked belong to somebody who deserves it and will work for it and appreciate it. This was the single worst location I've ever been to. The workers have always been rude to me and I have been so unlucky when I bother showing up here. This location isn't open all the time, even during the day some of the workers will decide to lock the front doors randomly. Most of the machines are out of order and if you tell the worker they will kick you out of the store while they take forever just to fix the stupid machine. The workers are just plain rude, one of the workers kept staring at me and telling me to hurry up when it was only 8PM. Now I know why this place is never packed with customers. I love this location. Despite being able to walk here, they have everything I need. Coffee, energy drinks, beer, and wine. The same handful of employees are always working and they are super nice. Always say hello when walking in. They are also very fast at getting people checked out. read more
