Called and requested a specific veggie pizza, repeated myself several times the toppings I wanted (artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes) and ended up with some random kitchen sink of veggies, including broccoli and raw onions. Barf. I was provided options for salad dressing, creamy Italian or Italian. I ordered creamy Italian, received Italian. Stopped by 700 on the way home from work. Being in New Haven/Fairfield County area can make one a bit of a pizza snob. This is some good pizza. Filling and they are not cheap on the toppings. Ordered a pizza over an hour ago (they said 40 mins). I have been on hold on the phone for over 15 minutes calling to check on it, still no answer. Feeling starving and forgotten about . Terrible service. Would not recommend if you plan on eating the same night you order the pizza. I changed this from 1 star to 4 because I just got a call from the owner personally apologizing for the bad service and offered a new fresh order tomorrow. Really appreciate the recovery effort! Recently ordered pizza, large pepperoni, that was very good but a little pricey. It took almost 50 minutes to arrive, which I feel is too long. But the pizza was better than the national chain pizzas. I guess a higher price gets better ingredients as the pizza was very cheesy and the pepperoni plentiful. It was cooked the way we like it, with the crust nice and crisp. I guess that's the hot oven(700 degrees) they use to bake the lies. We haven't tried anything else on the menu but we are interested in the sandwiches. We may wait until we get a discount coupon. The pizza is good but we are on a budget. read more

Ordered take out one night last weekend from here and was super pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Mama's Pan Pizza which is a thicker then normal crust, but not as thick as a Sicilian pizza. It had fresh crushed tomatoes, garlic, basil, EVOO, and buffalo mozzarella. It tasted so fresh and delicious! You could taste every simply ingredient cooked perfectly on this pie. Although I thought their prices were a bit high in comparison to others, obviously their ingredients are of higher quality, so it was indeed worth it. Great phone service, knowledgeable on the menu, very friendly. Completely accurate delivery time as promised, very nice driver. They had Pepsi products which always delights me. They even had coupons on their menu which I took advantage of and always appreciate. Had their cheesecake which was to DIE FOR! I hate graham cracker crust, this one had NO CRUST! Amazingly delicious! I will definitely order from here again, their menu is quite extensive too so there is literally going to be something for everyone to gobble up and enjoy. So... I was reluctant to order from a place that delivers... but I got a flyer in the mail.. and being located in orange.. a good location. I decided to give them a shot. I was very pleased with how everything was! A large pie 18"... not a burnt new Haven pizza which I think is way over rated and bs that you pay extra for cheese. ( what ! ). Was great.. also boneless hot wings and penne with vodka was to die for. Delivery on time. 30 bucks for everything. It's a New York style pizza but not thick crust. Excellent. Pizza can be kind of subjective, but I like this place. It is not New Haven style "apizza", but that's okay with me. The crust is good, but a little thicker than New Haven style and not charred on the edges. Toppings and ingredients taste fairly fresh and service is good. Has a small sit down area but no bathrooms. As far as I know it has the best deal in the area for slices. Any two slices and a 20 oz soda for $7. During lunchtime they have a large variety of slices ranging from the basics to daily specials and buffalo chicken. Even at dinner time when there's usually only cheese, they're willing​ to throw any ingredients you want on. Is it my favorite, no, but it's a great place to grab a couple tasty slices at a good deal. read more

They do a"philly cheese steak" that actually does justice to the concept( I grew up in Philadelphia). We just ordered a small Buffalo chicken pizza and an eggplant parmesan sub- both very disappointing! The pizza had no sauce, red or white. It was under cooked and flavorless. The eggplant parmesan sub didn't have more than a teaspoon of sauce and tasted very dry. When we called them to say we were unhappy with the food, they just said that's how the food is made. After repeating again about the reasons why we were unhappy with our food, the guy was very dismissive on the phone and offered us a $5 credit...when we paid $27. I ordered the Chicken Francese, but had them add cherry peppers to it. I also asked for it over spaghetti and not a side of spaghetti with marinara. Unfortunately it came with a side of spaghetti/marinara. I called and they offered to send out more, but it wasn't that big a deal- just wanted to let them know for their own sake. I rinsed it off and threw it in with my chicken. And the Chicken Francese was excellent. It's a simple dish, and it was simply done perfectly. Perfect egg coating, chicken was cooked perfectly, and the lemon sauce was excellent- very tangy. They didn't skimp on the cherry peppers and they were an excellent addition. If you like some heat to your dishes you would love this combo, and they did an absolutely wonderful job here. I plan on ordering again from them this weekend. read more

The first order I placed with 700 Degress was not what we ordered. The person who took the call was responsible for not paying attention to what I asked for. The manager from 700 Degrees read my review online and then called me at home. WTF? Since when is it appropriate to call customers who are not satisfied with the food from a restaurant? The manager wanted to make up for delivering the wrong food and offered a $15 credit. Big deal. I thanked him and accepted it. When I used the credit, we ordered several items and they sent food that someone else ordered and our food went elsewhere. The food is very poor quality and the manager needs to stop hiring teenage girls who are pretty and flirt with the male customers to work there and hire people who are capable of taking an order properly.
