The real deal. I had recently bought a Porsche Cayman, knowing the battery was weak and would kaput after maybe 14 turns. I was close, it was 16. On a busy Sunday, Alex gave the short time window, along with a good price. He delivered on both and was friendly and genuinely concerned about making sure the battery is fresh and works. Also made sure he knew if there were any issues, he'd deal directly. So far, my Cayman runs like a pretty charm and I can't say enough about the care and professionalism. In my opinion, they should just get an app and go franchise as delivery and instillation of a battery for only 15-20 percent more than lugging over to Autozone or whoever to deal with an unknown is a no-brainer. I could not find anyone to replace the dead 12 volt battery in my Ford C-Max hybrid at my house (to avoid COVID risk. Changing a hybrid 12 volt battery can be tricky. Alex was great, my car would not start in the morning, he was one of the dozens of places I called that picked up my call immediately, and was able to come assist me the same day. Although I had to text him a couple of times to get his updated ETA, it's understandable as he was working on cars. He also shared with me his location for better communication. When he came he diagnosed that my battery had died, and also pointed out problem with my belt. My battery was dead and I purchased a new battery but was unable to put it in myself. I have a 1976 Westfalia and the battery was too heavy for me to lift in and out myself because of the location of the engine and small opening of the hood. I found Jumpstart online and called Alex.
