While I love the truck, the way they did the deal was pretty scummy. We had agreed upon a price, with interest rate and monthly payment and everything. I took a couple days to think about it and decide to buy the truck. I called in and confirmed price, interest rate, monthly payment. When I got in there they lowered the interest rate and kept the same monthly payment. Effectively raising the price. Then they lied and said they never agreed to the interest rate blah blah. "Oh I forgot what the interest rate was". They literally said that when we confirmed in the phone that morning. Be careful of this little maneuver and I would advise spending your money elsewhere. If you hear the name Semaj, run far far away!

When I explained that my husband does not buy my things and that I purchase and pay for my own car myself, the response I received was, "Oh, you can do that?" It was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I asked to work with the salesperson Traveron I had previously worked with months ago and was absolutely amazing , but I was refused and told he "doesn't know the product." The entire interaction felt dismissive and sexist. Women are fully capable of making their own financial decisions and purchasing vehicles without needing a husband's approval or involvement. (Christofer Cervantes) Unfortunately, I've now had two separate experiences with him, and both have been extremely disappointing. The first visit involved a major issue with my Jeep. The biggest problem wasn't even the repair itself, it was the complete lack of communication. I was repeatedly told, "I'll call you Monday with an update." Monday would come and go with no call. I'd call on Tuesday, only to be told I'd receive an update by the end of the day. That call never came either. This pattern continued throughout the repair. As the customer, I shouldn't have to chase my service advisor every few days just to find out what's happening with my own vehicle. My second visit was for a TPMS issue after installing Fuel Rebel wheels using my original factory Mopar TPMS sensors. Three tires report pressure perfectly. One tire consistently displays "-". The explanation I received was simply that the aftermarket wheel was causing interference and that I should replace the sensor with an aftermarket one. I asked a reasonable question: if the wheel is the problem, why are the other three identical wheels working perfectly with the same factory sensors? Instead of performing additional diagnostics, such as swapping the wheel or sensor to determine whether the problem followed the wheel or remained at the same corner of the vehicle, I was essentially told, "Sorry, nothing I can do." When I suggested swapping the wheel or trying another sensor to actually confirm the diagnosis, his response was, "Well, you are not going to pay for the labor right?" It came across as dismissive rather than someone interested in identifying the actual cause of the problem. If the testing proved my aftermarket wheel was responsible, I would have gladly paid for the labor. I wasn't asking for free work. I was asking for a proper diagnosis instead of assumptions. Customer service isn't just about fixing vehicles. It's about communication, professionalism, and making customers feel like you're genuinely trying to help. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite on both visits. I hope management reads this because this dealership has the potential to provide excellent service, but experiences like mine make it difficult to want to return. Now I'm at a tire shop doing the work they should have done to identify the root issue. Is it the sensor or the jeep? Stay tuned... UPDATE:******** After I swapped the entire front right wheel and tire assembly with the rear left, the issue remained at the front right. I brought this information back to the dealership because I wanted them to continue diagnosing the problem rather than simply blaming my aftermarket wheels. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there were no managers on site and that if I wanted to speak with one, I would have to come back on Monday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. I then asked if there was a phone number I could call to speak with a manager or someone above the service department. I was told there wasn't one. As a customer, that left me feeling like there was no way to escalate my concerns or have someone else review the situation. What makes this even more disappointing is that I contacted another Jeep dealership afterward. Their lead service advisor told me they had no reason to immediately conclude that an aftermarket wheel would prevent a factory TPMS sensor from working. They invited me to bring the Jeep in for a proper diagnosis and explained that if the issue was covered under warranty, they would take care of it. If it wasn't, they would explain why. The difference in customer service and willingness to diagnose the issue between the two dealerships has been significant. STAY AWAY from this place.. and more importantly this service advisor.

BUT I checked the VINs, which matched, and he backtracked saying he was new and didn't know. Second, the prices advertised online are not what you will actually pay. The dealership adds thousands in "dealer accessories" that were already installed (original sticker in glove box!) leaving you no real choice but to pay for them. This inflated our out-the-door pricing dramatically. Example: 2025 Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport (Intense Blue) * Internet listed price: $17,938 * Out-the-door: $24,350 * Original sticker listed the features now being "added on" by the dealer That's a dramatic increase and feels like classic bait-and-switch tactics. McKinley Grant was aggressive and apparently did not want to sell a single car to us that day. (We later bought two cars at Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos!) On top of that, this nearly new vehicle had a faulty seatbelt--a serious safety issue and probably illegal to sell. A car with known defects should not even be offered for sale until fixed which was not offered. This experience felt dishonest and unsafe. Further to that, one of the staff started photographing the car and discussed within earshot of everyone that the car was sold over the phone. Very deceptive. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere. Should've checked Yelp beforehand as this seems to be a pattern. By contrast, I visited Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos. Check my review. Not only did they sell me the car listed on the internet for the actual price, I decided to buy a second car in the same transaction.

Within the first 3 months the issues began even with proper maintenance. Finally recently the fuel pump to the vehicle is now needing replacing which costs thousands of dollars. I called the dealership to see if there was anything they could do since they had sold us a failing truck and they said no, not even trying to help us what so ever. Now we are stuck with a 30k loan and a non operating vehicle. All they care about is getting a sale. They don't care weather or not the vehicle works just working enough to sell it. DO NOT GO HERE.
