I appreciate his direct style and willingness to attempt to fix the problem with a full refund and sincere apology. While I'm sorry it occured in the first place, I very much appreciate the sincere effort to make it right. ORIGINAL SITUATION (4/18/26): Poor customer service, lack of attention to detail and overpriced! I arrived to drop off a dress for cleaning on Wed, 4/15. Another customer was in the storefront with a raised voice, expressing frustration that she kept getting the "run around"... I attributed the interaction it to a difficult customer but perhaps should have taken it as a sign. I advised the woman at the counter (no name tag) that I needed to wear my dress on Saturday and began to point out three very obvious stains on the front. She quickly collected the dress from me, waving me off and telling me she would "check the whole dress"... She handed me the receipt and walked away. The receipt indicated pick up at 5pm Sat (obviously no good for my previously shared timeline). I flagged down another employee who was able to change the time to 11am. When I arrived on Sat, 4/18 to pick up the dress, Maria helped me immediately. However, the SAME three stains were on the front of my dress untouched. Maria was able to have them spot treated and provided a slight discount upon request ($32 instead of $40 - still far more than other cleaners in Brentwood!). I shared my frustration with the situation and while Maria was kind and efficient in remedying it, there did not appear to be a process of providing constructive feedback to management in hopes of avoiding the same thing for another customer in the future. People support businesses with their wallets and I will absolutely not return or give any more business to Carriage Regal Cleaners. read more

I will give you the cliff notes version: basically don't go here unless you want your clothing ruined. I had been going here for years for my dry cleaning, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worst. First, they couldn't find a couple of items that I dropped off for dry cleaning. We went to pick it up and they said the driver had delivered it it but he hadn't. I then went back a second time for those same items, and they searched harder and found the items. Strike 1. Next up I took two designer clothing items (both of which were sentimental gifts) for dry cleaning, including a Celine jacket and a Tom Ford dress for them to dry clean and unfortunately they damaged both. The Tom Ford dress was my very favorite item in my whole closet and the once sharp shoulder pads that created the look of the dress were mutilated by this place's machines. The worst part was that they didn't even notice, or apologize after I pointed out the damage. Strike 2. My Celine wool trench coat was also damaged. They offered to fix both, but I didn't trust them with the dress so I just left the coat with them, for them to repair. Once again, a month later when I called to see if the Celine coat was ready, they said the driver had delivered it and left the coat outside our home but we never got it. I asked them to look again. After the first round of damaged clothing and misplaced items, I was willing to give them a second chance and continued to take my things there for dry cleaning. This time around with the misplacing of the coat, I don't think I can give them a third chance. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. I just can't risk having my clothing damaged or lost anymore. The misplaced items yet again was Strike 3 for them. If you want to keep your items in good shape, l and not lose them, I would suggest avoiding a Carriage Regal Cleaners. I stopped by here recently for an estimate on a pants alteration. Even though the estimate was too expensive, I was greatly impressed by Maria's professionalism. She was very honest in showing the pants to the tailor for an estimate. There wasn't any pressure in whatever I decided to do. My dry cleaning was late. When I did pick it up, I did a quick look at my clothing and I could not see any glaring stains through the plastic. When I got home, I saw that they hid a note under the hanger (so you will not see it until you take the garment out of the plastic) that said they were unable to remove a few stubborn stains. I then noticed the stains and I understand that some stains are difficult to remove. But they should tell you this in person when you pick up your dry cleaning and not hide it in a note. Instead, they charged me full price without apologizing for the delay and also not telling me at pick-up about their failure to remove the tough stain. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. They completely destroyed a tie that belonged to my grandfather and was important to me. Bled the colors through and also ripped the material of the tie. The tie had a *small stain* and I asked them to be *careful* with it. They could hardly muster an apology, the woman didn't even act like she cared. She was going to charge me too. Do not go here. I will always be a loyal customer to A Carriage Regal Cleaner! Here's the main reason... I had an important family wedding this past weekend, and I missed my window to pick up my clothes before they closed for the July 4th holiday. Frantically, I reached out via the email on their website. Shortly after, they responded to my urgent message, and although they were closed for the holiday, they made every effort to try and have the store opened for me so that I could pick up my tuxedo for the wedding before I left for the airport at 4:30am on July 5th. Maria was amazing, and came in during July 4th to open the store for me. My clothes were ready and looked perfect as always. I am so grateful to them for saving the day, so that I had my tuxedo (and pants and shirt for the rehearsal dinner) ready for the wedding. It was my mistake for not being able to pick up my clothes before they closed for the 4th (emergency with the kids), however they defined what it means to have great customer service. They treated me like family, and went above and beyond for me. It really meant so much, and I am here writing this review for them, with so much gratitude after a spectacular wedding weekend in Aspen. Dry Cleaning is fine. The alterations however, were a mistake coming here. I brought a very expensive pair of pants (Rick Owens) where I emphasized that I didn't want the shape to alter, which the person said that the shape won't. I'm not sure if he understood what I meant since what I got definitely had a different shape where the fabric looked like it is being stretched at a focal point. I still had to pay full price for a service that I was not happy with. In short, if you have expensive pieces to alter and wanting a better tailor, I highly recommend not going to this place for your money for what you get. read more

If you want your clothes ruined, this is the place for you. I scoured reviews in my area looking for a place to fix some of my nice clothes that had snags on them and also for typical dry cleaning on my nice pants and cashmere sweater. I decided to go here since Fazio had such bad reviews. I dropped my things off Friday, showing them everything that needed to be fixed and cleaned. I show up Tuesday, so worried about my stuff, and for good reason. I paid $120 (for 5 items) and the two things that needed threading were completely disregarded. In addition, the sweater was dry cleaned incorrectly and came back with more tugs and pills than when I brought it in. I came back to resolve the unfinished and bad work. They assured me it was "human error" and my items would be fixed. I came back the next day and my clothes were nothing more than "fine". The tugs were fixed but the sweater was warped and looked like someone had been pulling the edges. This sweater cost me more than $1,500, not to mention everything else I brought in. My cashmere sweater was ruined, pills everywhere and the collar is completely stretched out (picture attached). The place where it had a stain looks like they scrubbed and ruined the fabric. They fixed a loose hem on my pants but same thing, pills everywhere and not cleaned well. I will most certainly not return and actively advocate that friends and people don't waste their money here. Service was great, prices are not. It was my birthday last Friday (10/02/20, I was in a jam. I needed my birthday dinner outfit ironed. This cleaners is located conveniently across the street from my job. I just needed my outfit ironed for my birthday dinner after work. They did the job & my outfit was ready same day. BUT ALWAYS leave with a "Pre-Itemized" receipt/bill, as inevitably it will be more than you thought it was at drop off time. This place snuck in a $55 extra charge for my first time fluff and fold service for two scarfs and a small blanket. I called 2 times and checked the website before getting the service. We even mentioned it was our first time when we handed the bags over. They call a day later to tell us it'll be ready, and that there are additional charges. We could not even remove the charges because they had "already dry cleaned them". When we were there, the woman who attended us was very rude. She said that we "should have known" and that "all our customers know about this" despite hearing us tell her about the calls, the website, and that we were first time customers. I went there for the first time last week and met Steve. I am a yelp customer (saw coupon online for $23 for $40 credit) and chose this business due to the proximity to my office. Best part, there is Free pick up & delivery drop off dry clean & laundry to your office. Friendly staff, great service (available next day), and good value, make sure to use the coupon online. Very disappointed with Carriage Regal Cleaners. I really wanted to like them, as the location is super convenient for me. They used too much starch on my suits and sucked the life out of a few of them. They broke a couple of buttons on my dress shirts. They did offer to fix these, but it was sloppy work and an inconvenience. The prices are more expensive than average. I previously worked in Century City and got my dry cleaning done in a building there, so I am accustomed to paying higher prices. However, Carriage was much more expensive then my previous cleaners. I gave them multiple chances to make things right, but it seems the only person who has authority is the manager. I dry clean my work clothes often and have never had issues until I came here. Being a long time customer of A carriage regal cleaner dry cleaning I am erally impressed with the quality and work this establishments has. I work in the valley and I am well over my head to even think about dry cleaning sometimes, and that is why I took the time to find A carriage Regal Cleaner. I appreciate the fact they pick up and deliver my dry cleaning from my place of work for free and return it within the few days of picking that up. That in it by itself is worth every penny for me as Im super busy and cant bother thinking about what to take to the dry cleaners in my area. Most don't deliver but this place is one of the few who do. I really enjoy speaking to the manager/owner Steve, he knows me by my first name and I appreciate him being their for me when my dry cleaning is needed, escpecially in a emergency( like if I need a suit done within the next day or a load of shirts need to be pressed by the end of the week). Not only are they pricey ($68 to dry clean an evening gown... but I was willing to look past that because the gown had a number of stains), they also have terrible customer service. Wow... I just picked up dry cleaning about an hour ago and had to take a few deep breaths and calm down before writing this review. So I came here on a recommendation. Plus, I had seen the big sign in the window saying "We Accept other Cleaner's Coupons!" I should have known....false alarm. Not until you pull into the parking lot do you see the fine print (in illegible yellow) saying Restrictions Apply - or some crap like that. I had received a 40% entire dry cleaning order coupon from a Fazio's email.....I thought PERFECT time to try this new place! WRONG!!!! I dropped off about 12 items, a few tops, pants, and a few dresses. They can't accept my 40% coupon, 30% is the highest they will honor - fine, so be it. I'm thinking 30% is still pretty reasonable, right? I go to pick up my clothes today and my total is $83.35. WTF?? Is that with the 30% off? YES! Wow. I look more closely at the receipt.....$7 to $8 bucks for each shirt............ready for this? $16 for each dress!!!! Are you kidding me? These dresses were simple dresses, not silk or anything requiring extra special attention. I'm sorry, but that is a rip off. Had I not had that coupon, I would have not paid it. I havent dry cleaned anything here but i always come here for golf skirts/pants alterations. The tailor here is AWESOME!! He does a perfect job for any type of clothing material including pants with zippers on the bottom I suggest you call ahead of time because the tailor only works at certain hours and days. Its a convenient location because its almost like a drive thru- you literally park your car right infront of the store to drop off/pick up. There is always a worker to attend to your needs so i would say the service is pretty quick. read more

As a first time customer to A Carriage Regal Cleaner I was terribly disappointed in my experience. I dropped off a couple items for dry cleaning including a casual summer dress. The slip I received did not include any prices and when I picked up my clothes they charged me $32.50 to clean one casual dress (my whole bill was over $80). Absolutely ridiculous! If they are going to have prices that are completely unreasonable then they should have those prices posted in the store or at the very least listed on the slip. Never going here again. To be honest I'm quite surprised the reviews here aren't higher! They've been able to remove a red ink stain off a white dress AND dried paint from my jean shorts. Their team made sure not to overpromise, but on delivery my items looked brand new, no stains visible! If price is a concern they are always running coupons, just check their site. It typically ranges from 20-40% off. Give them a chance despite some of the harsh reviews, they do an excellent job dry cleaning your clothes. read more

I went to this cleaners for the first and last time. I asked if I would be able to pick my clothes up the next day at a certain time. I spoke to Erica and she said that would be fine. I went back the next day. My clothes were not ready and they had trouble finding them. I waited as I needed them. They could have cared less. The manager Amelia was so unkind and so unpleasant that I asked who owns the cleaners. She told me and I asked her to please have him call me. David never called. Apparently he is only in on Wednesday's. That was November 17th 2021. Clearly he is not going to call and clearly I will never go back. Dry cleaners are a dine a dozen on Wilshire Blvd. If David doesn't care about his business then I will find someone who does. Maybe Flair at Barrington and San Vicente. Been there forever! I am shocked by the poor reviews, I feel like this is the best dry cleaner I have been to. They have never damaged my clothes, they can get tough stains out, their hours are great and the customer service is fantastic. You can always find 30% off coupons on their site to bring the price down. I have had two situations in the 10 years I have used them where a shirt was lost. When I said it was around $70 they credited my account $70, no questions asked. One of the shirts was located a few weeks later and they said to keep the $70 since it took a few weeks to locate it -- I have never heard of a business being so gracious. I moved away from this cleaners recently and have had such a hard time finding anyone as good as them I am going to go out of my way to come back to them. Highly recommended. read more
