I love the system and AAA has been professional all throughout--Belmin is great and very responsive! I had the system installed at my previous location last September. Aside from them never doing a follow-up test after the install (supposed to be 1-2 months after), I've enjoyed the system and it has worked wonderfully, along with the dechlorinator. Total cost almost $6k. My only gripe is I had to move in May, unexpectedly, and apparently, to move the system and reinstall at my new place costs over 20% of the entire purchase. My new place was literally a 2 minute drive down the street. I understand the complexity of the install and all but $1300 for a relocation seems a bit absurd for an existing customer. Maybe the cost is intended to make you think twice about relocating it and instead purchasing a new system (which I had considered for a while since the old property is going to be rented out). Oh well, I paid it anyway because I had to get it moved asap but lesson learned--make sure you are going to be at your install location for a good while before committing! So if you are able to fork up for this expensive system and don't expect to move anytime soon, I would highly suggest it. read more

We have had service with them for several years. We have had no problems with our equipment. It was time for a major service. They quoted & emailed us the information. They kept us up to date on when our service technician was coming along with his photo. The technician came on time and was genuinely helpful and patiently explained everything he was doing. We needed salt. There was absolutely no hard sale to buy from them or set up a delivery program. He explained the difference in salt, and then he refilled our system. Had my system installed about 8 months ago. I've been happy with the system overall, feel like it's a great investment. Called them out due to a decrease in water pressure, they responded the same day (local techs) which was great. He looked at all the fixtures where I had concerns. Long story short they had to return for a follow up. Another tech came out today (4 days later) assuming he was more experienced. He was knowledgeable, like the first guy, very thorough actually took the faucets apart, looked to see if resin has passed through. I have not tested the showers yet but the pressure is better. Our health has taken a big hit by the chloramine that SF started using in its water. We tried filters attached to shower heads to no effect. So we researched a better solution Once we decided on a whole-house system, we found AAA Water. Checking with the Better Business Bureau, I found they had received an A+ rating and BBB accredited status From the get-go our interaction with AAA was top notch! I received a text with a real-time tracker the morning Marqus came. He was very personable and informative. Once we made our decision, Giana set-up our install in the usual efficient AAA manner. Farzad came to do a pre-install site survey where we face-timed with the owner! Then Gerardo came to do the install well within the anticipated arrival time. Excellent service at a very fair price. We are one of AAA's more finicky customers with RO plumbed into our orchid greenhouse as well as an RO unit plumbed to our sink and refrigerator in the house. I had neglected to have either unit serviced for some time and the greenhouse unit was being cranky. I was worried my neglect would cost me an arm and a leg. Wes showed up and efficiently serviced the RO system in the house then we went down to the greenhouse. He took a good look at the system and knew exactly how to fix it. I had originally just wanted to get it running again, but since he had quickly accomplished everything I'd asked, I decided to have a full service done. The guy was super knowledgeable and organized and I might not be lucky enough to get him again. Again, he completed everything with a minimum of fuss. This week we had a replacement water softener installed. The salesman (Marcus) was prompt, professional, low pressure and very enthusiastic. The cost of the system overall was less than some competitors (I was surprised as I feel Kinetico is a ultra premium brand). The installer (Gerardo) was prompt, professional and worked very quickly. The experience up to that point was outstanding. This morning (3 days after install), I noticed a slight leak coming from the water softener. I phoned AAA Water Systems with a non emergency service call (the leak was small, but still a leak). Less than 2 hours after my call, Alfonso arrived. He corrected the issue (o ring leaking) quickly and professionally. I understand that this may not always be possible to resolve issues this quickly, but my experience so far has been stellar! It's been 2 weeks since my AAA Water System installation of RO and water Softner and I'm very pleased with it so far. There was one pending issue with the water line from my sink faucet that needed to be replaced and AAA installation team took care of it. This morning I had Samuel Crocker come to my house and do the replacement of a small gasket which was needed in order for the sink to not leak. We got the water softener and purified water system installed in our house. The sales rep, Al, was very thorough and detailed in his consultation and very transparent with pricing. It is a pricey system, but a good investment considering where we live, the city water is really hard and dries out our skin. A couple weeks after install, we noticed a small leak. I contacted their after hours service number and they took note of what was happening and taught me how to put the system in bypass to stop the leak until a tech could come out. Unfortunately since it was a weekend, no one could come out until Monday/Tuesday. When he did come out, he couldn't identify the leak, but resealed the joint to be safe. A week later there was another leak & this time the service manager, Wes, came out. He did see the leak and again, resealed the joint. He said all should be good, but if there was even the smallest leak, to give them a call and he would personally come back out and replace the whole unit. All was well until last Friday when there was another leak, but in a different place. Of course since it was Friday evening, no one could call me until Monday. I received a call Monday morning and they got me on the schedule for Tuesday afternoon. I made sure Wes was the one assigned to my house and they did reassure me it was going to be him. As promised, he came and replaced the whole unit. I normally don't post reviews and despite the multiple leaks with this expensive purchase, I still am giving 5 stars because of their customer service and their staying true to their word. When not on bypass due to the leaks, the system works great. We notice a huge difference in the softer water, especially in our shower and when doing dishes or washing hands. The purified water for drinking has given us peace of mind that most of the chemicals found in the city water is not being consumed. read more
