My wife and I can't say enough good things about Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter! After getting quotes from a few local plumbers for a water softener install and a few small plumbing tasks, we reached out to Aaron's to get one more quote - so glad we did. Aaron himself showed up the very next day for an on-site evaluation and quote. Aaron was super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He showed up wearing a mask and wore shoe covers while in our home and during all portions of the evaluation and subsequent jobs. He presented multiple options for water softening and wrote out a quote which was very competitive with other plumbers. We decided to go with Aaron, and to our surprise, he was able to install it and complete other tasks the very next morning. They showed up on time and completed the job super quick! A few days later, we had a small water leak at one of our toilets, and we reached out to Aaron late at night. Stephen, on Aaron's team, came out the very next morning. It turned out the issue was complicated and poor Stephen worked hard almost the entire day but resolved the issue after running around town to get parts! These guys are awesome! After getting a shockingly high estimate from another company to repair my parents waste line connection to the Sunnyvale city sewer line, we called Aaron's for a second estimate. We chose them based on their many positive reviews, and we weren't disappointed. Aaron himself came out the afternoon of the day we called, and their estimate for the same repair work was half of the first company's quote. And, Aaron's estimate included the cost of a city permit fee, which the first company neglected to include. Aaron and his team were prompt, thorough and professional in their estimate and their work. The final bill did end up being more than the initial estimate, but only because it included additional repair work that had not been apparent upon first inspection. The need for the additional repair work was clearly explained in advance, including photos of the damage to be repaired. The job was completed within two days, and the final bill, including the significant additional repairs, was still 50% less expensive that which we had been quoted by the first company. The 4.8 5 star is not 100% accurate, they delete negative reviews. They go to yelp and get all their negative reviews taken down with the most audacious claims that are untrue. In the past year I can see how many customers have been so upset due to lack of honesty, tripling their prices etc. They threatened to tell other plumbers to watch out for my family due to they didn't follow THEIR policies correctly by getting the correct home owners signature on a contract. Aaron's plumbing is a sham, they quoted 4000$ for a job they already did and messed up royally to the point where it left my family without hot water for 3 days. And then when I asked them why it was not originally fixed after paying $6,000 for the first job they claim "that wasn't what was in the work order". The owner clearly cannot take any responsibility for their lack of service and they will turn around and blame the customer instead of taking ownership. Do better. Also these people showed up to my house unannounced and scared my wife half to death banging on our front door... thanks Aaron. read more

Aaron came out to look at the drainage in our yards , which is 25 years old and in the suburbs. He was very personable, easy to to talk to, polite, tidy, safe and cleaned up his work area and tools each day. He gave us updates on what he was finding were the issues, showed us the issues, offered different solutions and gave quotes on the costings of those solutions. He turned up on time, was happy to explain things to us and was easily contactable. Having dealt with many contractors who don't communicate well and don't take so much pride in their work, including some who weren't careful with our home Aaron was a breath of fresh air. I had a lot of trepidation working with a plumber on something as impactful as my water heater. Had no idea who I or what I would get coming to my home. Well Aaron himself showed up, right on time and diagnosed my problem very quickly. I truly thought I needed to replace my water heater but he figured it out with in minutes and had replaced the part which he had on his truck and fixed the leak within 15 minutes. I woke up the other morning to a flooded lawn due to a pipe which had burst under the ground. After calling for help Aaron arrived and was able to get to the root of my problem(literally)lol a root from a tree had made its way into the old corroded pipe. Really bad experience with this company, the technician did not want to listen to anything that I was telling him in fact, he was incredibly rude. The technician was getting mud all over my floors and did not offer to clean it. Ended up having to pay double then was estimated for services on our sink.
