I left 2 messages on Friday, 1 in the morning and 1 in the late afternoon and I also filled out a contact form on the website, none of which received a response. Since I was anxious to set up an appointment to get my windshield replaced, I chose another shop. If the owner had a problem where he was unable to conduct business, he should have updated his voicemail to reflect that.

Since I was in a rush, I chose them over Safelite, thinking it would be a quicker option. I waited while they worked on my car, and an older man "who seemed to be the owner" handled the job. Once he was done, I immediately noticed several issues: the door panels were damaged, the paint was scratched, and the door panes weren't installed properly. When I pointed out the damage, he was dismissive, and after a frustrating argument, he finally admitted they were responsible. He promised to get a paint patching kit and call me, but that never happened. To make matters worse, he charged me for cleaning up the broken glass, yet I can still hear pieces rolling around inside my doors whenever I drive or open and close them.
