Smooth and easy from start to finish! I researched so many companies, it felt like a full time job for a minute there. Very glad I went with Adept. Pricing was reasonable and better than others, the communication was seamless and the guys were super sweet and worked very quickly! They really took care of my things while also being fast. Didn't hurt that they were nice to look at as well lol! Overall a great experience and definitely recommend. I almost tried to save money with a uhaul and getting random guys, but I'm so glad I spent the money and hired professional movers. Thanks for a stress free moving day! read more

This is my second time using Konstantin and Sergei for my move, and I truly wouldn't trust anyone else. They are exceptionally professional, efficient, and so careful with every single item - this goes to Irina and the exceptional office staff too. The entire process was smooth, stress free, and honestly a relief during a very chaotic time. They work quickly but with incredible attention to detail, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is placed exactly where you want it. They're kind, reliable, and genuinely take pride in what they do which is so rare to find. I couldn't recommend them more! Fantastic movers! These guys were awesome! Many movers are careful OR quick, these guys were both!They moved quickly but precisely, and it was clear they were experienced and knew exactly how to protect door frames, furniture, and boxes. Chris and his team were incredible! Efficient and professional, they handled our move seamlessly. Despite a lot of stairs and some heavy pieces of furniture, Chris and his team were able to get everything out of our old place and into the new without trouble. I moved this past weekend from a condo in Redondo that has 3 stories, and no direct flat access in and out of home, to a single level home in RPV with a few steps up to the main entry. I have many large and heavy pieces of furniture that in my previous moves have always been an issue. I have moved 7 times in the past 10 years with this furniture, and this was BY FAR the best, quickest, and most professional move I have experienced. The crew consisted of 4 men, Viktor, Alex, Oleg, and Art. They did not have an issue with any piece of furniture. They took apart and reassembled perfectly in new location. They kept going all day, and made sure everything was handled with care. I have moved this furniture, like I said, 7 times in the past 10 years, and this is the first move where a piece of my furniture was not left in the garage due to them not being "able" to put it where I needed it, resulting in me having to hire another moving company to come move it in the house. Everything was brought to our new home safely, and they worked hard to put everything exactly where asked. There were some things that needed to be boxed up so they packed those for us as well. They are amazing. I could not have been happier with my move. I called about five places for quotes. Adept was the most cost effective, but also the best customer relations. They called me back, yet were patient, but clearly motivated to book the job whereas I found myself chasing down the other company (some of whom were double the price). Then, the day of the movie I had ILIA, SERGE, and ALEX -- super kind, efficient, CAREFUL movers. They moved my items like they were their items. Even when they didn't realize I could see, they were extremely careful with my items from disassembly to move to reassembly. But beyond that they made what could've been a stressful day extremely fun and care free for me. Every item arrived perfectly and they went a nice and beyond from start to finish. Wow- I have comle to expect nothing but disappointment from business in LA and this was a great surprise- totallly the opposite. From the get go, they were honest about expected time and charges. I planned on keeping the car in storage for 2 months, and they were flexible with me on arranging when to drop it off. I ended up having to drop the car off 3 weeks earlier than expected and it was not a problem. When I dropped off the car, Alex and Alan were super assertive in explaining how the car would be stored. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. I also liked the fact that Stephanie kept my contract open in the event I needed to bring the car back, she was so accommodating. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this service again !!!

Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
