    Tripa, cabeza, Camaron, al pastor
    Sarah E. K.

Does this taco trailer allow good doggos? Yes, it's outdoors and they have a few tables set up in front of the truck. One of the best taco trucks around the area! We tried their tripa, al pastor, cabeza and camaron tacos. Their tripa taco was one of the best ones we've had. It was crispy and flavorful. The al pastor taco was nicely charred and marinated. The cabeza taco was rich in flavor and the meat was very tender. The camaron taco had generous amounts of shrimp. You can tell they put a lot of care into each taco, and they taste as good as they look. There's a few tables out or you can eat in your car. Parking was very easy to find around the truck. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, even when they're busy! Adrian's taco trailer is a must try if you live/work/hang out in the area!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Earlier this month, I still come to this spot. The tacos de tripa are my favorite, not overly crunchy just right I add lime ‍ and hot sauce

The taco: the puerco is finely chopped and marinated in a tasty adobo. It is not gloppy and not dry. Right in the sweet spot for me. I love red onions so I was happy to see those on there as well. The salsa roja had some heat, more of a dignified slap than a punch, but the flavor was round and full from the chilis secos and tomatillos. Just thick enough not to be thin, and just thin enough to not be thick. Drizzle con amor. The breakfast burrito had well-seasoned and tender papas, eggs, bacon, and gooey melted cheese. It was a great balance of ingredients, a nice soft tortilla, and generous in size but not a ballena. If I could quibble I'd say take the bacon a little further on the griddle but I would happily have another.

Had to stop mid bite to get our picture because we were eating so fast! A ton of selection. Accepts cards. Has seating. Quick service and friendly. Beware! The salsa and jalapeños are SPICY! We love spicy. The salsa verde is everything. I wish the salsas were self serve along with the cilantro and onions. We had to ask for everything. But all in all... This hit the spot. The rice and beans were average. But the asada tacos and mulitas were amazing. So flavorful. GREAT PRICE. Great spot in downtown.

Pretty solid street tacos. I got one each of al pastor, carnitas and chicken. The carnitas was my favorite, followed by pastor, then chicken. I think they were $2 each, which these days isn't too bad. It was easy to find, had a few tables set up with shade. Service was fine. I'd stop by again if I was in the area and hungry for a quick bite

Legit taco truck. I love their fish tacos-- it's a nice of generous, tender hunk of grilled white fish. Their shrimp tacos were good too, with tiny shrimps flavored just right. But yeah I definitely support this food truck. Super cheap, it's an A health rated truck, and the staff is really friendly and nice! They also accept card for some extra cents.

I asked for veggie burrito and they hooked me up it was really spicy tho so if you don't like heat maybe ask for no spicy but l gracias very yummy even with it so spicy

Every once in a while I find that I have a free hour or two in the evening, and what better way to burn that hour than to hop in the car and scout out some of East LA's finest taco establishments? This February 2019 tour took me to four spots, and while each had their strengths and weaknesses there was one that took the crown. Heads up Taco Review: Tacos Los de La Indiana St vs. Tacos el Korita vs. Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck vs. Adrians Taco Trailer Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere? In this hodge podge of taco shops you've got a stand, a truck, another truck, and a trailer all slinging street tacos left and right. No one distinguished themselves as being better than the other, although I can understand why some might have some hygiene concerns around Tacos Los de La Indiana St and it's worth noting that Adrians Taco Trailer takes a bit longer than the others if you're in a rush. Tacos Los de La Indiana St: Star (1) Tacos el Korita: Star (1) Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck: Star (1) Adrians Taco Trailer: Star (1) Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? Let's break down the prices and portions - all of which were reasonable: Tacos Los de La Indiana St: $1.25 each (Medium Size) Tacos el Korita: $1.50 each (Large Size) Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck: $1.25 each (Small Size) Adrians Taco Trailer: $1.50 each (Medium Size) Tacos Los de La Indiana St: Star (2) Tacos el Korita: Star (2) Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck: Star (2) Adrians Taco Trailer: Star (2) Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? Each of these taco spots had their strengths and weaknesses, but it was Adrians Taco Trailer that really came out on top. On the tortilla front, Tacos el Korita took the cake with big dense corn tortillas that were made right there in front of me. On the opposite end of the spectrum was Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck, whose smaller warmed tortillas were on the weak side. When it came to the meats Adrains Taco Trailer reigned supreme with generous portions of flavorful meats that were right on par with my favorite spots in town. From there Tacos Los de La Indiana St had great variety that did the trick. On the salsa front, Adrians Taco Trailer once again took things home with a fiery salsa that made everything better and generous portions of peripherals. La Indiana and Korita both had solid self service options as well, and Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck had a unique salsa in the mix but no ability to really customize. Tacos Los de La Indiana St: Two Stars (4) Tacos el Korita: Two Stars (4) Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck: Single Star (3) Adrians Taco Trailer: Two Stars (4) Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? There can only be one champion here, and it was Adrians Taco Trailer. Tacos Los de La Indiana St: No Star (4) Tacos el Korita: Two No Star (4) Santa Rita Jalisco Taco Truck: No Star (3) Adrians Taco Trailer: Star (5)

    pastor sopes

i got pastor sopes w everything on it and they were so good the salsa was super spicy and they gave me a big 1L horchata to go w/ it which was perfect also very affordable my food came out to under 20$ and they have a lil chair setup which is much appreciated cause there arent a lot of places around the area to sit and eat. the service was nice it didnt take too long for the food to come out.

No apology, no real explanation--they basically just brushed it off. Thankfully, the food saved the night! The Michelada oysters were TO DIE FOR--seriously one of the best oyster flavors I've ever had. We also had the short rib plate, which was delicious. The outdoor atmosphere and decor are really cute too. I would come back, but ONLY for those oysters--definitely not for the service.

Sonoratown was our first stop as it was highly recommended by my boyfriend's brother, and it did not disappoint. It immediately earned a spot in our top five favorite taco spots for carne asada in all of Southern California! The location that we went to is located in between Elysium DTLA and Perfumeria Starlux on E 8th St in downtown LA. There is only paid(?) street parking around the area that could be extremely difficult to find during work days. Because we couldn't snag a spot, my friends and I opted for takeout and didn't end up eating until about 30 minutes later. Despite the travel time, the tacos were still absolutely incredible--I can only imagine how spectacular it tastes fresh! My friends and I ordered the carne asada tacos, and my boyfriend opted for the cabeza. Before I even took a full bite, I tasted a piece of the loose carne asada and was blown away; it was perfectly cooked with a wonderful tenderness and deep smokiness. The use of a single, thin, handmade flour tortilla--rather than the standard double corn--was a total game-changer and exactly how I preferred my tacos. The salsas were equally impressive, offering fantastic flavor and a great kick. My boyfriend's cabeza taco was just as standout, featuring super-tender meat with a rich, savory profile. Wowowow! Between the exceptional meat quality, bold flavors, and great value, this is easily one of the best taco spots I've visited. It's a huge bummer that they don't have a location down in San Diego, but we will definitely be back!

Cute building with lovely patio seating: from the trailing hanging pothos plants, Spanish tiles, to relaxing latin-house music the vibes were welcoming. I'm not much of a drinker though, when asked if I wanted to make my pina colada a "float" I thought incorrectly about ice cream. It was graciously explained that you take an additional shot of rum and float it on top of the drink or mix in to make it extra boozy. The pina colada is top notch they hollow out a real pineapple to make the drink and it's the size of your face! The watermelon cocktail was delicious and there is also a mezcal option. Tasted like if a watermelon aqua Fresca was combined with a margarita, there is a hint of salt that brings out the fruit sweetness. We special ordered a bunch of different proteins and vegetables at half portions to make a feast: Aguachile- Light refreshing starter, kanpachi perfectly marinated and great for the summer heat. Crispy potato- Phenomenally done fingerling potatoes. Whipped beans- Carnitas on top made this dish. Fried chicken tacos- Found the chicken slightly on the dry side, if there was a creamy/thicker sauce would be even better... nothing wrong with flavor, good mild heat. I did enjoy the fresh shredded cabbage and carrots, reminded me of bahn mi. Empanadas- Loved the acidity of the sauce that cut through the fattiness of the ground meat. Light shell. Crispy Squash flower- Delicate crunch, like an angelic version of a jalapeno popper. Lamb chops- Definition of "treat-yourself" luxurious meat lollipops. Celery salad- Simple dish but the lemon flavor and tartness really helped break up the richness of other dishes. Churros- Light crunch and small, petite dessert. The thin caramel sauce is addicting. Fine dining, for those special occasions or if you just want to splurge for a morale boost highly recommend this restaurant. Valet parking or park across the street or around the corner in a lot for $5-10.
