Hands down, this was the most unprofessional treatment I've ever received as a paying customer. I was forced to use this shop on a warranty claim for a part. One of the employees (maybe the manager or owner) got very agitated that I made a valid claim on the part during the warranty period and berated me in front of the other employees and customers about how my car was faulty, and it was responsible for the malfunction, not the manufacturer. Maybe it was my car, maybe not. Regardless, I would've appreciated a simple: "Thank you for your continued business. Sorry this malfunctioned. Let's file the warranty claim for you. By the way, this is somewhat unusual to re-occur so I'd recommend you get your charging system inspected." Quotes from the employee: "I've been working with cars for longer than you've been born" "You just aren't listening to me. Whatever; it's your life" "See you in 2 years when it fails again" The other employees were actually pleasant to work with and sympathized with me as he walked away.

Digging around I found the deck boards stamped as Kiln dried heat treated. Checking their website also states that it is pressure treated. Not what I paid for.

My trailer was not a brand sold at the local Leonard. Regardless, Joe told me to bring the trailer right over and he would have someone diagnose the problem. Upon arrival, Joe greeted me and then walked with me to the technician location. The two technicians diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.
