I'm giving 2 stars because of 3 points: 1) you can't reach them if you have left your car there. They no longer have anyone working the front desk. 2) was given a quote on brakes....I then asked for a quote for shocks....when I went with just the brakes my original quote went up 60%. I got them to at least get close to the original 1,009 to 1101.28 3) calling wasn't working so I started emailing...still waiting for my receipt and a response to what my Warranty is for the work and parts. To sum it up, pay attention to the quotes & if you stay with your vehicle you're ok communication wise. Get a printed receipt. Oh, they are Oil Changers now...not Kwik Bar...
